LEARNERS DEVELOPMENT
A. To conduct regular evaluation of learner performance.B. To participate in the division, regional and national level
contests.C. To organize the Supreme Student Government and Academic
and non-Academic school organizations.D. To conduct NAT Review to fourth year learners.E. To conduct programs, convocations and activities that will
enhance and showcase individual skills and talents.
TEACHER’S DEVELOPMENT
A. To conduct regular meeting to teachers for information and updates at least once a month or if need arises.
B. To encourage teachers to attend seminars and workshops in the different learning areas for development and updates and/or take masteral degree.
C. To conduct school-based training program.D. Encourage and support teachers to initiate joint projects.E. Allow teachers to manage their own decision-making
committeesF. Allocate resources to answer their needs in the learner
achievementG. Provide opportunities outside the school for teachers to
develop their leadership skills.H. Create a fruitful, unstressful and joyous environment where

PHYSICAL FACILITIES
1. To complete the concrete perimeter fencing of the school.2. To construct room for Guidance Office and Prefect of
Discipline’s Office3. To complete the ground leveling and improvement.4. To sustain the vegetable garden inside the school.5. To construct new building for Senior High School.6. Completion of the Pathway7. To transfer the school gate to new location.
SCHOOL – COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP
1. To schedule a General PTA Meeting at least three to four times in a year or as the need arises.
2. To get involved in all community activities.3. To attend the Barangay Council’s beginning of the year session
to gain support through its IRA funds to be used for school projects.
4. Attend Barangay Assembly to share information to the community.
5. To conduct home visitation for gathering information from the parents regarding their children’s strengths and weaknesses shown in the school.
6. To revive the reading program to be handled by Language teachers.
7. Enlist the support of community organizations to help raise funds and resources for learning.
8. To ensure BSP/GSP Participation in school, district, division, and council wide encampment and jamborette.
9. To encourage participation of the Pantawid Pamilya recipients in all school activities.
10. To engage barangay officials in the school reading remediation or intervention.
11. To mobilize the community to support the full implementation of Enhance basic education curriculum K to 12.
12. To intensify the Alumni involvement in the implementation of the school thrusts and programs and ADM – OHP.
