Arvind Composites is one of the largest Pultrusion manufacturer in India. We offer superiorPultrusion solutions for cooling towers, Decking systems, cladding, Louvers, Cable managementsystems, stairways and Handrails.
Pultrusion is a process that enables continuous production of composite profiles with constant crosssections and material properties tailored to specific purposes.

Click to edit Master title styleTypical Properties of FRP
Glass fibre (also called fibreglass and glassfiber) is the most widely used reinforcement material in
Pultrusion industry.
Typical properties of Fibreglass (GRP) profiles and tubes are
• Light weight (75 % lighter than steel, and 30 % lighter than aluminium)
• Very good specific strength
• Very good specific stiffness
• Low coefficient of thermal expansion
• Thermal insulation
• Non-magnetic
• Good chemical resistance
• Low maintenance
• Weather proof
• Low water absorption (high fibre content)
• Cost effective

Manufacturing Process:Moulded gratings are manufactured by interweaving continuous thoroughly wetted fiber glass with thermo-setting resin system. Liquid resin and glass rovings are poured in standard mould manually. Moulded gratings are taken out of mould after curing.

Manufacturing Process :Glass strands, Mat and surface veil are drawn through resin where the material is impregnated with liquid resin. Desired geometrical shapes are formed and cured as they are pulled through heated die. These shapes are pulled out mechanically on continues basis and are cut in desired length. These Section bars are assembled with cross bars to achieve desired spacing.*Please refer the Load Deflection Table separately

FRP Poles & Accessories are widely used nowadays due to its inherent advantages over the conventional metallic material.Arvind FRP Poles are manufactured through “Centrifugal Casting” process. The length of Pole varies from 4 mtr to 12 mtrdepending on the application.

Layers of glass cloth are spread on the inside walls of a tubular mold which is rotated at high
speed.
Catalyzed liquid resin is then injected into the rotating mold.
Centrifugal force ensures that the reinforcing fibers are thoroughly saturated with resin and serves
to drive out air bubbles that might compromise the physical properties of the pipe.
The mold continues to rotate while the resin cures. High Quality and void free Pole is formed.

• POLLUTION FREE: FRP Poles are not chemical treated hence does not release chemical products in the environment
• LONG LASTING: Poles can be re-used and moved and thus avoids new purchasing
• FRP is electrical Insulator and does not need earthing work
• The composite Poles are made in such a way that it snaps upon impact in the event of a collision. Safety norms have
been met within the relevant categories as based on extensive crash tests (both head-on and side-impact crashes).
• FRP Poles are cost effective on a longer period of time due to less transportation, installation and maintenance cost.
• Centrifugal casting typically results in a 100% resin liner, which acts as an excellent chemical barrier.
• The resin liner also resists abrasion and protects the fiber reinforcement.
