Challenges Impact Depicts the introduction of the Hand Hygiene Auditor Booklet Audits conducted by IP&M Service has decreased to 29% during Audit Period 3 (2017) from 76% during Audit Period 3 (2016). The total moments of hand hygiene audited increased to 5197 from 3634 over Audit Period 1 (2016) to Audit Period 3 (2017). The introduction of the Hand Hygiene Auditor Booklet has had a major impact in increasing the sample size across the board, with data more relevant to all clinical settings.
