One-day Workshop on Food Art Therapy By Professor Kim Yeong-hee (Dec 5, 2018) PT_20181205 Trainer Professor Kim, is the Professor of the Department of Child Welfare at Chungbuk National University and Supervisor of the Kim's Child, Adolescent & Family Counseling Center, Korea. She was the director of Cheongju Healthy Family Support Center. Prof. Kim was the president of Korean Couple & Family Counseling Association from 2008 to 2010 and Korean Association of Family Relations from 2011 to 2013, and vice-president of CIFA (Consortium of Institute on Family in Asian Region). Her research interests are marital relationship, parent-child relationship, child & adolescent problem behavior, and family counseling & therapy. She was received the highly respected scholar award of 2010 and chosen as an influential scholar in 2013 from National Research Foundation of Korea. Therapy to address issues of aging in their clients as well as themselves and their families. Workshop format : Mini Lectures, Hands on experiences on performing and experiencing with food materials Sharing sessions on shaping and expressing feeling and thoughts, by a use of food materials Target Participants : Students from Social Sciences, Social workers, family therapists, psychologists & other health- care professionals

1. Application will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. 2. Email notification on application status will be sent only when application and payment have been received by FGPRC, please con-

tact us if you do not receive any notification after 7 days. 3. Application will be regarded as successful only when confirmation email has been issued. 4. Cancellation of courses will be announced via email at least one week before the commencement of the course. No separate noti-

fication will be issued by post. 5. Course Fee is non-refundable or non- transferable to other course once the enrollment is confirmed. 6. Receipt of application fee will be issued on the day of the course and payment method will be indicated on the receipt. 7. The training materials of the program, including its lecture notes, worksheets, power-point slides, and demonstration videotapes,

were prepared by the trainer and all materials contained therein are the property of the trainer. No reproduction of any pieces of these training materials is allowed without the permission of the trainer and the Family & Group Practice Research Centre (FGPRC).

8. Certificate of Attendance will be given to participants who have attended at least 80% of the course. 9. No form of recording, including audio- or video-recording, during the training program is allowed without prior permission by the

trainer and the FGPRC, Department of Social Work, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. 10. If Storm Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted by 7am, the lesson will be cancelled. Details
