Supplies:Paper plate, glue, red, green, yellow and brown constructionpaper
Directions:1. Tear either red or yellow paper into small pieces.2. Glue pieces onto paper plate.3. Add a green or brown stem to your apple.
2. FLOwER GARDEN3 Year Old
Supplies:Bottom half of an egg carton, playdough/clay, popsiclesticks, tag board/construction paper, paints/glue, markersand yarn.
Directions:1. Paint your egg carton either brown or green.2. Paint popsicle sticks green, and let both dry.3. Cut out 12 different flower heads from tag board or construction paper.4. Glue to dried popsicle sticks.5. Decorate flowers. Be imaginative.6. Place a ball of playdough or clay to the bottoms of each egg holder (glue down if needed.)7. Place a flower into each holder.

3. FINGERPRINT FATROBINS
4 Year OldMust be able to be hung
Supplies: Tag board, brown, red, white,black, green paint, small piece of cardboard, and a felt tip pen.
Directions:1. Paint a branch on your tag board, and let it dry.2. Dip the end of your finger into the brown paint, print ontop of the branch. Do this four times.3. Dip red into red paint and press onto each brown shapefor a tummy.4. Dip fingers into white paint, put a spot of white paintbelow the red one, let them overlap.5. Paint a brown tail and black legs. Use the edge of a pieceof cardboard.6. Print pine needles with the edge of some cardboard.7. When paint dries, use a felt tip pen to add beak and an eye.
4. PLASTIC BAG BUTTERFLY4 Year Old
Supplies: 1 Clothes pin, pipe cleaners, paint, gallon sizeplastic bag (no ziplock), tissue paper and confetti.
Directions:
1. Paint clothes pin and decorate.
2. Fill bag with tissue and confetti.
3. Gather bag in center and clip with clothes pin, use pipe
cleaners to make the antenna.
4. Make eyes (can use wiggly eyes).
5. ANIMAL SPOONS 5-6 Year Old
Supplies: 4 wooden spoons,coffee can, foam, yarn, glue,crayons, markers, paint, fabric.
Directions:1. Create 4 different animals (you would find in your backyard) out of your spoons.2. Use whatever you like to make the animals.3. Decorate coffee can and place foam in the bottom.4. Stand spoons up in the can.
6. SLEEPING CHICkS5-6 Year Old
Supplies: Plastic eggs, glue, yellow pom poms, wiggle eyes,construction paper, scissors, scrapes of cloth.
Directions:1. Put a dab of glue on the bottomof one half of egg and set it insidethe other half. This is you cradleand canopy.2. Glue two wiggle eyes onto yellow Pompom.3. Cut out tiny orange constructionpaper beak and glue to pompom.4. Glue a little circle of fabric to topof chick to make a cap.5. Set chick in its egg cradle.6. Use a small piece of fabric as ablanket.
7. YARN PICTURE7-8 Year Old
Must be able to be hung
Supplies: 11x 14 poster board, yarn, markers, beads, seeds
and tacky glue.
Directions:1. Create a picture out of yarn (something you would see inyour backyard.)2. Use pencil to draw picture, then outline in black marker.3. Spread glue on inside of outline. Use yarn to color yourpicture.4. Use other items to accent your picture.
11. wINDSOCk12-14 Year Old
Supplies: Paper/cloth (lightweight), scissors, gluegun, large trash bag, wirehangers/thick wire, tape, pole, decorative items.
Directions:1. Cut out large square ofpaper or cloth, glue into trashbag.2. Decorate as you like.3. Make a large hoop fromcoat hanger or wire, fold two inches of bag over hoop andtape or staple it.4. Attach windsock to the top of pole.
12. CABIN12-14 Year Old
Supplies: Wood base (nobigger than 12”x12”),Straight sticks, cardboard, scissors, markers,glue gun, leaves, paint,natural items, tape.
Directions:1. Paint your base, let dry.2. Using your cardboard,create a cabin, use tapeto hold together, glue tobase.3. Using sticks, arrangethem on your cabin tocreate your house. Don’tforget to add windowsand a door.4. Decorate using naturals items.

Supplies: Milk jug, craft foam,wood dowel/stick for perch, string to hang, assorted crafts for decorating.
Directions:1. Cut hole in the side of the container.2. Punch hole to insert perch.3. Create a top for your feeder outof the craft foam.4. Tie a string around top for hanging.5. Decorate with something fromnature or your own craft supplies.
9. BACkYARD CRITTERS9-11 Year Old
Supplies: Pine cones, toothpicks, air dry clay, paint, wiggly eyes.Pompoms, cloth/felt scraps, gluegun.
Directions:1. Select a pine cone for the body of your critter.2. Decide if your critter will have two or four feet.3. Using paint, wiggly eyes, pompoms, cloth scraps and anything else you would like to use. Turnyour critter into an animal you would find in your backyard.4. Hot glue your feet on. Can make two critters and out on a base (decorate as you like)5. Secure critters to base.

Supplies: Barrette (80mm worksbest), grosgrain ribbon 3/8 inch wide,natural materials ex: stones seashells,dried flowers, scissors, glue gun ortacky glue.
Directions:1. Cut ribbon into about 4 inch length,spread glue over top of the barrette.Fold the ends of the ribbon underabout ¼ of an inch. Line up the edgeof the ribbon with the edge of the barrette. Repeat with the other edge.
2. Decorate your barrette with any natural materials you like.
