Project description:

Off-shore jetty with topside infrastructure is intended to serve as semi-

permanent mooring and compressed gas receptor for FSRU with capacity of LNG

170 000m3. LNG will be delivered to FSRU by LNG carriers who will berth

alongside the FSRU. Off-shore jetty facility (485 m long) comprises pile

foundations, one High Pressure Gas Platform, one Service Platform, three

berthing dolphins, six mooring dolphins and connecting catwalks.

Project topside infrastructure part consists from:

o High pressure gas unloading equipment with necessary piping, manifolds and

hydraulic power packs for handling the CNG (unloading arms with capacity

480 000 Nm3/h of CNG at 55 bar pressure, with emergency release system);

o Fire-fighting system in acc. with NFPA standards (monitor towers, hydrants

with monitors, water curtains, foam generation system, gas fire suppression

system, pumping station with 4 diesel drive pumps with sea water intake,

piping);

o Power supply system (transformer, power distribution cabinets, wiring, back

up diesel gensets, lighting system, lightening system and grounding);

o Automaton control system (field devices, control cabinets, workstations on

jetty and onshore, communication equipment, wiring, software development);

o Auxiliary low-current systems (gas and fire detection and alarm system, ship

shore link system, intruder alarm system, CCTV);

o Mooring and berthing system (quick release mooring hooks with capstans,

load monitoring system, environmental monitoring system, docking aid

system);

o Buildings on high pressure gas platform and service platform with utilities;

o Lifting system (2 jib cranes on high pressure gas platform);

o FSRU/jetty access gangway system.

Project description:

1st phase of project works includes construction of the following elements:

gas-turbine compressor Solar Mars 100 (11.8 MW/unit) with air cooling unit (input pressure in range 32-55 bar), output pressure –105 bar);

full design capacity piping (5 compressors with total daily capacity up to 23,5 millions Nm3), installed 1 one compressor unit;

EPC reconstruction of gas gathering station (GGS) No.1 in Incukalns underground gas storage (IUGS)

Terms: 2006-2008 (design 2006y.)

Project description:

Dismantled GGS had been replaced with new one with daily capacity 15 millions Nm3. Operating pressure during injection stage - input 105 bar, output 105 bar, during gathering stage - input 105 bar, output 55 bar).

The station consists of:

17 slugcatchers for 1st phase of gas treatment,

16 operation and 1 testing line for adjustment and metering of gas flow,

4 filter separators for 2nd phase of gas treatment,

Methanol storage, distribution and injection unit with 34 injection points,

New GGS building with security and other auxiliary systems;

Internal and external utilities.

Project description:

Gas dehydration unit is an integral part of compressor station Nr.1platform and is designed for natural gas treatment before its supply togas grid when natural gas is extracted from underground storage. Unitdesigned daily capacity is 14 millions Nm3. The unit consists of:

Column unit (2 columns with daily capacity = 7 millions Nm3 each);

Diethyleneglycol (DEG) recovery unit,

Water separation unit and collection tank;

Fresh DEG and DEG drain storage tanks;

Control and monitoring unit;

Internal and external utilities.

Project description:

Construction of the new export oil storage and transhipment terminalin Ust-Luga (Saint-Petersburg region) was part of main project forconstruction of new oil pipeline route to Gulf of Finland from mainproduct pipeline to Europe “Druzba”, named Baltic Pipeline System –2.

Contract subject was EPC works for following parts of theproject:

automation and control system, incl. automatic process controlsystem, automatic fire-fighting control system, HMI/SCADA;

Project description:

Construction of new jet fuel storage facility in acc. with NATO investment program on former soviet military airbase in Lielvarde(aprx. 100 km from Riga). Facility consists from:

Tank farm - two jet fuel storage vertical steel tanks, 340 m3 each;

Pumping station - one unloading (from tank truck) pump skid with capacity 60 m3/h, two loading (in plane refuellers) pump skids with capacity 120 m3/h;

Additives storage/dosing unit and sampling unit;

Loading/unloading area with piping and hoses for tank trucks and plane refueller operation;

Offices area – office for operation staff, laboratory, power and control cabinets room, diesel genset unit.

Utilities – power supply system from existing substation, oil drainage collection system with treatment unit; water supply and sewage system.

Terminal is designed for reception of mineral fertilizers transportedby railway transport, cargo storage and loading to marine vessels.Terminal annual cargo turnover is 2 million tones. Terminal’sprocess line includes:

Mineral fertilizers storage domes - 2 domes x 15 000 tones and6 domes x 25 000 tones;
