Good evening and welcome to the ASM Stadium to this pre-season friendly between Thame United and Oxford United. A warm welcome to all the players, officials and supporters from Oxford United and we trust that you have an enjoyable evening and a safe journey home. A particular thanks to Oxford United and Karl Robinson for bringing a team over to the ASM Stadium this evening. We know that they have a busy schedule leading up to the opening EFL fixture and are very grateful that they have chosen to come across. We have been gearing-up for the new season pretty much as soon as last season ended. Formal pre-season training commenced two weeks ago, with Steve Gregory and his FitLife team introducing a new regime to ensure the side – which includes the core of the team from last season together with significant, positive additions - are in the best physical condition possible come the start of the season. That does not commence until 17th August with the league fixtures due to be released this Friday, along with the draws for the early rounds of the FA Cup and FA Trophy. After the match this evening, we make the short trip to Brackley Town Saints on Saturday (3pm kick off) before welcoming Oxford City to the ASM Stadium next Tuesday (16th), with a 7:45pm kick off.

WELCOME

There are also a number of individuals and organisations to be thanked / welcomed: •  To our match officials and, in particular,

•  To our match sponsors, 3B Vehicle Hire and Servicing.
