(ii) Notice of the lump-sum payment shall be provided in amethod approved by the department. The department shall provideinformation regarding all approved methods on its website.

(c) If, after fifteen days from the date the payor notifies thedepartment, the payor has not received any verification from thedepartment as to any withholdings of the lump-sum payment, thenthe payor may dispense the lump-sum payment in full to the obligor.

(d) The provisions of this Paragraph only apply when thedepartment is providing support enforcement services.

(e) A payor who complies with the requirements of thisParagraph shall not be subject to the penalties in Subsection K of thisSection."
