Education and Training

As part of our effort to educate the community we have education and training available upon request related to immigration laws, practices and policies.

Our mission is to assist the immigrant community with its immigration needs in order to facilitate their integration into the United States and to allow their participation in our community development.

Our Fees

The Immigration Program was created in 2001 to better serve our diverse communities with dignity, humanity and respect. Our services are offered on a sliding scale fee without an income cap.

Our Immigration Legal Services office has three locations for our client’s convenience: Riviera Beach, Stuart, and Pahokee.

We have friendly, courteous and knowledgeable personnel. We currently have two attorneys on staff and three caseworkers.

Our staff is as diverse as the people we serve. We have Spanish, French, Creole, Hindi, Guajarathi, Kannada and Marathi speaking employees.
