Developed the skill of creating slides using Harvard Graphics and when the company standardizedwith Microsoft Office, I converted my files and improved my slide making capabilities by learningPowerPoint. As PowerPoint usage became more prevalent, scanning requirements greatly increased. Iscanned photos, slides and transparencies and have MAC experience, although I use a PC much moreoften.

Created a company slide library filing new slides and assisting others in their search for specificslides/images.

As more advanced graphics were requested, I researched potential tools required and eventually settled onPhotoShop, which proved to be very useful, especially when it came to creating custom slide backgroundsand video graphics.

Not only did I assist in the creation of PowerPoint files (providing background ideas and templates), but forthose that I did not personally create for shows/meetings I did a great deal of clean up and editing.

Worked with various company department personnel to ensure their understanding of PowerPoint so theycould create their own files thereby ensuring on-time & under budget completion of files that were turnedover to me prior to meeting setup/rehearsal.

Provided technical support for many meetings each year, assuring that all required equipment wasavailable and that all PowerPoint files were installed and operating properly. These meetings included;Annual Shareholders, Annual Sales Meeting, Quarterly Management Meetings for various departments, bi-monthly Board of Directors Meetings and Executive Management Luncheons.

In addition, I developed/maintained a PC computer network within our office area consisting of 8 computers(7 workstations and the HUB). This network was used by the Exhibits and Displays group and by the EventServices Group.

Improved departmental capability for large format printing and laminating by researching, purchasing, operating and maintaining proper equipment and also used this capability to keep jobs under budget.

Burn monthly CD backups and duplicated CDs as required.

Provided customer service and set appointments for any clients requiring the services of our department.
