Integration of Existing PC license of Office CLIENT with Office 365
You can mix and match existing Office licenses with Office 365, so that your existing Outlook license can connect to the Exchange on Office 365 (assuming email license was purchased)
Use your current licenses until ready to upgrade, but: Office 2010 required, and leaves mainstream support Oct 2015 – we
recommend Office 2013 or later for full clients
Note: Office 365 will always be up to date, and will be supported.
User Base and License Level…
Q: Is everyone required to have the same license level?
A: No, but of course features available will be based on license purchased for that user login.
