The demand for houses for the season of 1894 has already

begun, and early applicants

make, desirable tenants. You

should send me memoran

dum now of such property as

you may wish to have rented. The location of property, number of rooms and price, are the principal points of information required.

It is more than likely that a good many buyers will be around during the next few months, looking for desirable cottages, and owners desiring to sell, should avail themselves of these chances . by placing their property upon nly.books.

A Poem by Lucy Larcom,

For ton years o f her life. Lucy Larcom was a m ill*lmwl in Lowell, Mass. W hilst there a contributor, lo a imigazine called the "Lo\vcll Onerittg.” Taught in a MnflsnehiiRcttH eeihiimry ; editor o f “ Onr Young Folks,” a magazine established in Boston and continued uiitil* 1874. Thin is that sweet singer whose poema reflect the seacoast and fog o f the Massachusetts 'North shore, the pathos o f humble life, the poetry that floats about even tho uneventful life o f some humble workere. The factory workers o f to-day are brain fed, stimulated, and stronger men and women because o f the wonderful rnnchin-. ery they work among and because o f human contact, instead o f isolated industry, Y e t how she could picture the solitary worker, witness her “ Hannah’ s at the window', binding shoes.’-’ .
