    Method used:-1- Walkthrougho Participant is given a printout in A4 size and coloured printout is used to determine the real producto Each product is labeled 1-8 to make participants identify easilyo Participant is asked to think about what they don't like on the printout vs the device they own.o HOME screens are presented at a time and user is asked to determine what element they like and why, which element they don't like and why-- tasks that are given to the participants:** make a phone call (including pick up, hang up and caller identification)** send message (messengers or sms)** others. (this may include but not limited to playing games, use of tools suchas torch, FM radio, browsing)

    o No discussion is made during testing. The session is purely for giving comments / feedback (both positive and negative).o All comments are recorded, some are written.o Each participant is to be ensure to use personal opinion and not bias by the othero Venue is decided by the participants due to their busy time.

    o Contextual enquiry method is used to perform this task (by visiting participant's site to conduct several tasks).

    # Design Process - Participatory Design (PD) will be used to enable collaborative design for the SP Interface.

    o SCENARIOS- Short but linked and continuous scenario is generated during the conversation

    ** eg. how do you usually communicate with your friends? > using messanger > which one do you use? > whatsapp > why whatsapp, not others? > the group has been created by the admin in the whatsapp, not others, and it is also easy to identifythe caller id / phone number compared to other apps > what about making phone call through the messenger app? > using whatsapp is much clearer than others. > why don't you use direct phone-call to make phone call (instaed of using free call thru the messenger)? > oh, I use other number to perform that call.     ard contains data only. No credit inside > which device do you use? > I use oldphone to make phone call and send sms (but very rare) > why > Phone call: I justneed the phone book. I have most of my old friends data here and I don't want to move that to the new device. So, as long as I can see the number on the screen, I'm ok with it. No complaint. I don't need to do any other tasks using this phone.

    - Each note is given numbers- Data is entered using word processing program- Tasks that have been performed will be written on card- Mindmap will be generated to identify links and flow, including tasks categorisation- Affinity diagram will be used to group all related issues or comments or action performed.

    *o* CULTURAL PROBE- Is about gathering information about people and their activities- This allows user to do 'self-report'*- particularly useful in early design process- This will generally record comments and impression- People likely respond to the attractive kits, therefore using good quality materials will be worthwhile.- Data analysis : using affinity diagramming

    o INFORMATION GATHERED- Information gathered will be recorded, analysed and documented in some fashion.
