OPENING: Workshop on Psychometric Test was organized by BBA Department for BBA 4 th sem, and 6 sem students to provide them practical expose on theoretical expect on subject BBA 202, 311, 312 on dated 26 April, 2021 (Monday). The overall objective of the workshop was to introduce concept of psychometric tests. The workshop was opened at 2:30 P.M. with a welcome statement by Dean Academics of BCA and BBA department, Dr. Munesh Singh Chauhan. He has discussed the importance of Psychometric test in research. Afterwards, Dr. Garima Singh, Assistant Professor invited resource person, i.e. Dr. V. Lazar, Assistant Professor in Yogivemana University Kapdapa, Andhra Pradesh to conduct workshop. WORKSHOP DISCUSSION: Dr. V. Lazar introduced the participants of the workshop into the topic “Psychology”. He taught the students about the uses of psychology and then the whole lecture was circled around psychometric tests and its types, especially Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). During the workshop, students had also interacted with the resource person. Resource Person raised certain questions and also engaged students through Situation Analysis in which many students have participated. In this workshop, 239 students were participated from BBA, BCA, BAJMC and MBA department (1st and 2nd shift). CLOSING: Dr. Ashutosh Bajpai, Professor in TIAS, thanked for organizing the workshop and he also mention it was an excellent session. Afterwards, Dr. Neerav Verma, Professor in TIAS, delivered a vote of thanks to all the students and the faculties. He officially closed the workshop around 4:30 p.m. LEARNING OUTCOME:

• Students learnt about Psychometric Test • The workshop will be used by the students and will be helpful when they will get involve

to conduct research during summer internship and project report designing a research study from its inception to its report.

• Students learnt steps involved in identifying and selecting a good instrument to use in a study.

• Students learnt current uses of reliability and validity in educational research. • Students learnt how to apply psychometric tests. • With the help of this workshop, Students realized that what are their strengths and

FEEDBACK OF THE STUDENTS: An effort was made to receive feedback from all students who have attended the Workshop. For this purpose, a Google form was created and sent to students. Total 65 responses have been received from students. In order to arrive to comprehensive results, useful statistical tools like percentage, etc. have been used. For the effective presentation of the data, various types of graphs have been used.

STUDENT FEEDBACK 1. STUDENT PROFILE: Chart-1 depicts the course-wise classification of student respondents. It was noticed that, total 65 responses were collected from the student, out of which 55.4% were from BCA Department and 44.6% were from BBA department. Chart-2 depicts the class-wise classification of student respondents. It was noticed that, total 65 responses were collected from the student, out of which most of the students were from 4th Semester “A” Section.

Chart-3 depicts the class shift of student respondents. It was noticed that, total 65 responses were collected from the student, out of 72.3% were from Morning Shift and 27.7% were from Evening Shift. 2. STUDENT FEEDBACK ON WORKSHOP Chart-4 depicts the workshop platform comfortable of student respondents. It was noticed that, total 65 responses were collected from the students and 100% students were completely satisfied.

Chart-5 depicts the workshop content’s rating given by the students. It was noticed that, total 65 responses were collected from the student, 50.8% students were agree upon the content of the workshop was good, 35.4% students were strongly agree and only 13.8% students have neutral response .

Chart-6 depicts the workshop hangouts. It was noticed that, total 65 responses were collected from the students, 50.8% were chosen all of these, 18.5% student’s opinion was that workshop was clear and well organized, 15.4% students were agreed that workshop provides useful additional information., 13.8% students were agreed regarding supported presentation material and only 1.5% students have chosen none of the above. Chart-7 depicts the response of the students after attending the workshop. It was noticed that, total 65 responses were collected from the students and were quite satisfied with the workshop and they learned a lot. Chart-8 depicts regarding the resource person. It was noticed that, out of 65, out of 50.8% students said the resource person was knowledgeable, well- prepared, responsive to participants’ questions; 30.8% student’s opinion was that the resource person was knowledgeable; 15.4% students were agreed that resource person was well- prepared; 1.5% the students said the resource person was giving response to participants’ questions; and 1.5% students said the reason was not mentioned here.

Chart-9 depicts the workshop was helpful for the students. It was noticed that, total 65 responses have been collected from the student, 100% students have same option that the workshop was very helpful for them. Chart-10 was given by students I was found that the workshop was very knowledgeable, very interactive, well organised. Students also liked the way workshop was conducted

Chart-11 was regarding what did you like the least about the workshop. So, as per the responses given by students it was found that the workshop good but few students faces issues with network ,had few lags in between and there was too much information to grasp but majority of the students found it to be very useful and exciting .

Chart-12 was regarding Would you recommend this workshop to someone else? So, as per the responses given by students it was found that the workshop was widely liked and will be recommended by them to future attendees and only a small percentage (3.1 %) said that they won’t be recommending it to someone else.

Chart-13 was regarding the reason of not recommend this workshop to someone else. So, as per the responses given by students it was found that the majority of the students did not have a valid reason to not recommend.
