    $he basic principles of first aid in emergencies; application of artificial respiration and treatment of shock; first aid in cases involving

    burns, bone injuries, poisoning, strokes, fainting and convulsion, immobili1ing and transferring the victim to a place of safety, and

    transporting the injured to the hospital.
