Check for space availability by: 1. Selecting the type of space you are requesting from the drop down box:

2. Select the date of your event/reservation request – must be at least 1 week out. Note: for regularly reoccurring requests (daily, weekly, monthly) select the start date of the reservation; you will be able to set up the repetition later in the process.

4. Enter the start time of the reservation:

5. Enter the approximate length of the reservation (per date): Note: you will be able to provide exact times during the request process

To start a reservation request; 1. Click on the green shaded time of the room you would like to request:

NOTE: this only shows that the room is currently available at the time of the request, the online system does not account for any yet to be processed requests for the same space. ADDITIONALLY: For multi day/date requests these results only show the availability of the FIRST date, and not for every date of the reservation request.

2. Select the Begin Date and End Date For one day reservation requests; these would be the same day.

3. Enter the Begin Time and End time For reoccurring reservation requests this is the time each day/date… if start/end times are different each date, please request each date separately.

5. Enter Purpose (description) of the usage 6. Enter Additional Note/Requests (i.e. need computer password, or skip the week of break,

etc)

7. Select from the available setups; if the desired setup is not listed, enter setup needs in Special Comments.

8. Select the type of event from the drop down list that is most relevant.

9. Click the ‘Submit Request’ button 10. (if applicable) Answer the Facility Request Questions

11. Click the ‘Submit’ Button 12. If Desired, print a confirmation of your request.

• All requests are processed in the order in which they are received. • If approved, you will receive a Facility Reservation Confirmation or Contract via e-mail. • If denied, you will receive an e-mail with the reason • If additional information is needed to evaluate your request, you will be contacted by the

facility scheduler.
