Multiple Teams working separately – Manual Overhead Team A – Building Manual Queries

Team B – Creating Complex Calculations

Separate teams individually doing manual analysis of data.

Consolidation effort overhead increases the scope of human error.

Disperse & Static reports to look at – Lack of one-stop view!

Information is disperse and is stored in multiple manually fed spreadsheets.

End Users have to look at multiple reports to get the complete view.

Delayed Information, Hard to validate correctness

Lot of hours wasted in manual querying, consolidation of data and formatting.

Information provided is always “Stale” and doesn’t show the current picture.

Difficult to validate correctness of data because data has “changed” resulting in user frustration.
