• In class we were responsible for presenting one topic to the class. My group and I presented on the topic Generational Diversity. It promoted teamwork in gathering the information and putting it together and then deciding the manor in which we would present the information to the class.

• There were 4 writing assignments that helped build up to the final paper and allowed me to practice APA and correct my mistakes.

-Title page and reference page-Learning styles and strategies-Formal outline and revised title and reference page-Final paper (I did mine on Diversity in the workforce)

• Personal Reflection: I have accomplished many things in this class. The first being using APA format correctly. Also interacting with my classmates and presenting material made me more comfortable with public speaking. I have learned new techniques in which to deal with co workers and others in the healthcare setting.
