Hey kids,

Can you help us? Our turkey has lost its

feathers and it is cold! He needs some feathers! Be

sure to pick up a feather in the store, write on it some-thing that you are thankful for, color it, cut it out and we will dress our turkey for

Thanksgiving and you will get a FREE GIANT COOKIE!

Thanks so much!

Help!

We wanted to take time to write a note of personal thanks to all of you - To our customers, for

making our job so much fun - YES! To our staff, whom we love dearly and are just plain amazing! To our precious family - Austin, Laura, Jacob,

Emily, Phoebe, Ingrid, Titus, Miriam, Zelda, Erik and Mel for being THE best! And to our God for

being ever so loving and faithful! Our hearts are filled with gratitude.

Happy Thanksgiving! Thomas & Pam Storm

Bread Care instructions!

Cool it! Our bread is so fresh that you’ll often get it straight from the oven. Before placing it in our plastic bag, be sure it’s completely cool or it will become soggy.

Bag it! Place the fresh bread in the plastic bag and press out any extra air. Twist the top of the bag tightly and secure with a twist tie.

Store it! Our basic breads never go in the fridge. That’s because the honey crystallizes in cold air and dries out the bread. Store your loaf at room temperature in a cool, dry place. If you do that we’ll guarantee it fresh for at least five to seven days. Al-though it’s proven to stay fresh a lot longer than that.

Freeze it! Wait 24 hours, double bag your loaf to protect it from freezer burn and pop it in the freezer. When you want to use your bread, thaw it at room temperature in the bag.

Warm it! To reheat, wrap your bread in foil and place it in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 350. You can also toast it, but never put it in the microwave - it will get hard and gummy!

Random Things to wow you…

White Flour is Wheat flour with the bran and germ removed. Our

white flour is Non-GMO, not enriched and not bleached! YES!

Last Thanksgiving we baked over 300 dozen Virginia Rolls the week of

Thanksgiving Alone! Yep, they’re grrreat!

It takes approximately 5 hours from start to finish to bake a loaf of Bread!

Best of all - we mill our own wheat every day right here at the bakery - how fresh is that!
