• They must be clear in their intent, meaning, and instructions – not ambiguous or confusing.

• Clean

• They must be neat, good organized format.

• Correct

• They must be correct - no error.

• Concise

• They should be written in a simple and consistent style.

• They should not be wordy or needlessly complex.

• Complete

• They must have all the information required to understand and execute.

• When one read the heading, one can immediately percieve what is inside the card.

MAKE THE CARD ATTRACTIVE• You may colorize the card to make your note attractive by using color, highlight, symbol.

• These decoration must not go too much until it is dirty, messy

REWRITING • After the event happened, you should take a note immediately before forgetting.

• One may take a note on a draft paper, then give your friend read and correct it to ensure that it is communicable.

• Rewrite it until you are satisfied then write it on a stock card.

WHEN TO TAKE A NOTE• Take a note immediately while of after the event happened. Otherwise you may forget it

and miss the important information.
