About InkLink :

InkLink Collective Unschool is the first ever Social Network based Not For Profit edu-fun-

creative knowledge bartering movement, to impart creative education across the Globe in

various creative fields viz. art, fashion, design , media, architecture etc as well as to recharge

the right brain with Unschooling approach . InkLink believes the expression of aesthetics is

not domain specific (art, music, fashion, design, architecture etc.); it’s just the inclination of

being creative that drives individuals to think out of the box. The domains are only the

medium of communication which an individual pursues to endeavour.

At ICU, creative sessions (step by step how to’s) are being uploaded for education in such a

way so that everyone, irrespective of art/creative background, can be benefitted. Apart from

‘sessions’, ICU provides various on trend design ‘Inspirations’ and ‘Gallery’ to showcase

creative works of young minds. (www.facebook.com/inklinkcollectiveunschool

) After hitting 23,000 visitors per week in Facebook (11 countries, 21 cities and

7 moderators), Inklink Collective Unschool aka ICU achieved another milestone as ICU have

come offline for person to person interaction in the mode of offering creative brainstorming

workshops “ InkLink Meet”. InkLink’s first free creative workshop, which took place in

Chennai on 12th August at ‘Chandralekha’s Spaces’, stirred the creative bartering movement

to an altitude that print media(The New Indian Express) has marked this unschool movement

as “Next CampusTrend’. The workshop theme was “Inspiration: the course behind concepts”.

The main aim was to demystify ‘Inspiration’ to ideate concepts through Hand’s-on edu-fun

workshop and various cross domain speaker sessions. The second workshop was organized

last month on 'emotions and exxxpressions' with a hands-on session caricatures and emotic

drawings.

ICU is now arranging ‘InkLink Round Table’ to discuss various topics in design, art and

music. The round tables will be conducted regularly to brain storm, express and find direction

for various issues and concerns in cross domain knowledge bartering.
