ATTENTION

The non-compliance with the rules herein settled does not exempt the EXHIBITOR and its contractors (assembler, decorator, subcontracted and other people involved with the event) from the penalties, fines, sanctions and liabilities foreseen in this manual, which, in case of occurrence, will be assumed by the exhibitor and its representative, whatever the nature, jointly and regardless of the nomination order.

This manual provides the EXHIBITOR, and also to the people, companies and its other contracted parties, the main information and rules necessary for the proper operations of the Business Fairs of Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado.

The rules governing the event must be read and observed by all of your employees, suppliers and other contractors, in order to avoid last minute inconveniences.

Do not assemble your booth out of the standard or legal specifications of ABNT, CONTRU and other agencies, including the rules contained in this manual.

EXHIBITORS or their representatives or assemblers are the sole liable for the booth construction and assembly, regardless of the nomination order.

THE BOOTH PROJECT SUBMISSION IS MANDATORY FOR THE ORGANIZATOR ANALYSIS AND APPROVAL BEFORE THE EVENT ASSEMBLY START WITHIN THE DEADLINES ESTABLISHED IN THIS MANUAL. AFTER THIS DEADLINE IT WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF THE RESPONSIBLE TECHNICIAN.

The parties, exhibitors and their service providers hired, state that in case of any question of any kind and nature that may arise during the event assembly, operations and disassembly, such situation will be exclusively resolved by Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado for the EVENT good harmony, obliging the parties to accept the decision, whatever it is, always aiming at the event greatest bright and success.

In the event of divergence, the Rules hereby established shall replace and complement those in the Exhibitor Manual.

We request the correct observation of deadlines for payments and submission of mandatory documentation, and booth assembly Project for analysis and approval.

MOVEXPO 2017 – 7th National Furniture Fair for the North/Northeast Region

2 - PURPOSE

MOVEXPO is the main fair in the North and Northeast regions, which attracts the national furniture and home appliances industry to negotiate with retailers, distributors and sales representatives. The event offers the sector professionals a mix that includes the products and releases exhibition, solutions for improving the retail sales and content to assist in the development of the region entire productive chain. MOVEXPO is the most suitable event for those willing to grow in the regional market with the greatest furniture consumption potential in the country.

10 – OPERATING DATES AND TIME

Please be advised that the electricity will only be available at the hours informed in this regulation. If additional periods are needed, the Assembler or Exhibitor shall request it by email to [email protected] informing the need and period. Additional costs may apply. One hour after the event daily closure, there will be no services available at the medical room; therefore, the stay at the pavilion without the Organizer prior authorization is not allowed. Otherwise, the event security staff will invite everyone to leave the pavilion.

a) Assembly Dates and Time

The PAVILION will be available to EXHIBITORS/ASSEMBLERS for assembling their booths as follows: Dates: From May 16 to 22, 2017 Time: From May 16 to 21 - from 8 am to 8 pm

On May 22 – from 8 am to 12 pm

Attention: On May 22, 2017, booths external assembly works must be completed until 12 pm and all streets of the event must be free from materials, equipment or machinery used in the assembly. All materials/equipment must be within the booth area.

b) Event Dates and Time From 05/23 (Tuesday) to 05/26/2017 (Friday) – from 4 pm to 10 pm.

c) Disassembly Dates and Time Dates: From 05/27 to 05/28/2017

Time: On 05/27 - from 8 am to 10 pm On May 28 – from 8 am to 12 pm The small equipment and products removal can be performed on the event last day, that is, on May 26, 2017 from 10 pm to 12 am. If they are not removed, the exhibitor will be liable for the safety of its equipment. Note: During the Assembly, Event and Disassembly periods, the entry of minors under 16 (sixteen) years, even if accompanied by their guardians, is expressly prohibited. Minors under 16 years cannot register as visitors or for any other purpose.

11 - INSURANCE

Booths, goods, product and people, including agents, carriers, assemblers, towing companies and all others, are not covered by insurance, whether during the Assembly, Event or Disassembly. EXHIBITORS are the sole and full liable for any damages or incidents. According to the event organization and promotion contract, EXHIBITORS must provide their own insurances, according to the leased area size and exhibited products. Below is the minimum insured items table according to your leased area size.

A copy of the insurance policy containing the insured items or Insurance Certificate issued by an insurance company certifying that the exhibitor is properly insured, covering the assembly, event and disassembly periods, must be submitted with the documents required for the assembly beginning, as determined in the next item of this regulation. Insurance policies must include:

a) Civil Liability Insurance (R.C.)

Personal injury or property damages caused to third parties during the EVENT (assembly, event, and disassembly). The minimum insured value is according to the above table: check options with insurance brokers. Validity: from the assembly beginning until the disassembly last day.

b) Miscellaneous Risk Insurance (R.D.)

Losses or damages caused to equipment during the EVENT. Coverage: check coverage options with insurance brokers, and list all goods and equipment exhibited.

c) Employer RC Insurance

Death or Permanent Disability suffered during the event.

Minimum coverage: check options with insurance brokers. Validity: from the assembly beginning until the disassembly last day.

d) Third-Party Assets RC Insurance

Material Losses or Damages arising from any external source events, including explosion,

qualified robbery and theft, caused to third-parties assets that are under the care, custody

and control of the insured due to the production and realization of the policy specific insured

event.

Minimum coverage: check options with insurance brokers. Validity: from the assembly beginning until the disassembly last day.

e) Beverages and Food Supply RC Insurance

Ensures the compensation for the material damages and body injuries caused to third parties.

Minimum coverage: check options with insurance brokers. Validity: from the assembly beginning until the disassembly last day.

f) Cross RC Insurance

Covers damages caused by service provider company or participants or the insured event.

Minimum coverage: check options with insurance brokers. Validity: from the assembly beginning until the disassembly last day.

g) Pain and Suffering RC Insurance

Guarantees the insured the expenses resulting from the pain and suffering, directly arising

from material damages and/or body injuries to persons.

Minimum coverage: check options with insurance brokers. Validity: from the assembly beginning until the disassembly last day.

IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances shall the PROMOTER shall be liable for any above mentioned circumstances or for the cost of such insurance policies.

12 – MANDATORY DOCUMENTS

The submission of mandatory documents and booths projects shall be made through the email [email protected] according to the instructions below: PROJECTS – Images in JPG (1 image per item – as below) - IT IS MANDATORY TO UPLOAD all items at once, because it is not possible to make partial submissions:

• Front View with elevation and dimensions

• Right Side View with elevations and dimensions

• Left Side View with elevations and dimensions

• Ground plan with dimensions DOCUMENTATION - JPG or PDF formats – MANDATORY UPLOAD of all items below at once. Partial submissions are not allowed:

• DISCLAIMER - signed, stamped and scanned (Exhibitor and Assembler).

All MANDATORY documents must be correctly filled out, signed and stamped before being SCANNED.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENTATION IS APRIL 24, 2017. The ART or RRT must cover the EVENT full period, that is, Assembly, Event and Disassembly. Without this full data, the ART or RRT will not be accepted.

The A.R.T. (TECHNICAL LIABILITY NOTE) or R.R.T (TECHNICAL LIABILITY REGISTER) COPY, ATTACHED TO THE PROJECT, MUST BE AVAILABLE AT THE BOOTH FOR THE ASSEMBLY FULL PERIOD FOR INSPECTION PURPOSES.

13 - GOODS AND MATERIALS RECEPTION

The promoter will not receive products from the exhibiting companies. For that, exhibitors must have in their booth a person responsible for receiving any goods, equipment or object for the exhibition.

14 - GOODS AND MATERIALS WAREHOUSE

The promoter has no warehouse facility at the pavilion for storing the exhibitors’ goods and belongings. Therefore, EXHIBITORS must provide an appropriate location to store the goods or the appropriate packaging for returning them to the company at the EVENT closure.

II – LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

1 – OLINDA CITY HALL FEE

This fee refers to a Municipal Law of Olinda City Hall. The City Hall will submit the payment form to exhibiting companies. The cost of this fee is calculated according to the area leased for the event and it is a MANDATORY FEE.

2 – USED PRODUCTS EXHIBITION

In the EVENT, only new products, manufactured by the EXHIBITOR or of its exclusive representation may be exhibited, with its own trademark or expressly authorized by the corresponding third-party trademarks rights holder. The exhibition of used, counterfeit, unauthorized, pirated, smuggled, mimics or products with irregularities of any kind will not be allowed. Infractors will have their products removed from the exhibition, without this entailing any compensation to them and they will be subject to the incurred costs and legal penalties.

3 – MINORS VISITING AND STAY IN THE PAVILION During the Assembly, Event and Disassembly periods, the entry of minors under 16 (sixteen) years, even if accompanied by their guardians, is expressly prohibited. “EXHIBITORS cannot use labor of minors under 16 years, except those over 14 years on the condition of apprentice under the applicable laws".

We recommend that EXHIBITORS disclose this information to their invitees, in order to avoid inconveniences to visitors, since no exception will be accepted. Minors under 16 years cannot register as visitors or for any other purpose.

4 – PROHIBITION OF THIRD PARTIES PROMOTION

The distribution of gifts, samples, leaflets, catalogs and tasting to visitors is allowed EXCLUSIVELY INSIDE THE BOOTH, and the ORGANIZER reserves the right to cease the distribution whenever it is causing disturbances or agglomerations, confiscating the material until the EVENT closure, for subsequent return. The exhibition, gifts distribution, and direct or indirect publicity of any products of companies not participating in the EXHIBITOR’s booth is expressly prohibited. EXHIBITORS may, however, request this authorization in writing to the PROMOTER that, at its sole discretion, may authorize it or not. Verbal authorizations will not be considered valid. The presentation in the booth of products not manufactured or exclusively represented by them, but which are absolutely necessary for their product line complementation may be authorized. However, such products must not be manufactured by other companies PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT and, at the booth there will be no promotional mention or acknowledgements.

b) Exhibition of brands or products of competitors to the event official sponsors. c) Exhibition of trademarks, names and logos of any government agency, directly or indirectly, except with the express authorization of such government agency for its trademarks, names and logos use.

The non-compliance with such provisions shall give the PROMOTER the right to retain in its warehouse, for subsequent return, the products and materials that infringe these provisions, in addition to the booth operations interdiction. Also, EXHIBITORS shall be liable for the payment of any fines or penalties that may be applied by the trademarks, logos or exhibited products official holders or by any government or inspection agency. And, EXHIBITORS hereby expressly agree with these penalties.

5 – LABOR HIRING

As required by the Ministry of Labor on 06/29/2011, please be advised that: Participating companies and their subcontracted may not sign contracts with cooperatives when the elements that configure the employment relation, as provided in the 2nd and 3rd articles of CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws), are present between the contractor and the workers, or between the cooperative and the workers. a) Temporary Labor

For the use of direct temporary labor by EXHIBITORS, the legal procedures must be carefully observed:

a) For hiring outsourced services from service providers, it is advisable to request the hired company the evidences of their legal existence (social contract, licenses, etc.) and the relevant receipts of social security (GRPS) payment, copies of their employees’ records, FGTS payment, etc.

b) The employees and outsourced documents must be available at the booth to be presented to the Ministry of Labor representatives.

b) Minors Labor EXHIBITORS cannot use the labor of minors under 16 years, except those over 14 years on the condition of apprentice under the applicable laws.

6 – MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT SAFETY

Exhibited machines and equipment must be installed in such a manner that they do not allow the involuntary or accidental activation and do not expose visitors to the risks of accidents.

7 - REGULATORY STANDARD No. 12 – SAFETY IN MACHINES EQUIPMENT

This Regulatory Standard and its annexes define technical references, fundamental principles, and protective measures to ensure the workers’ health and physical integrity and establish minimum requirements to prevent accidents and labor diseases in the design and use phases of machines and equipment of all types, in addition to its manufacturing, import, sale, exhibition and transfer whatsoever, in all economic activities, without prejudice to the compliance with the provisions of other Regulatory Standards – NR approved by Ordinance No. 3214, dated June 8, 1978, in official technical standards and, in the absence or omission thereof, in the applicable international standards.

8 – LABOR SAFETY AND HYGIENE RULES

a) Special Premises Any equipment which demonstration may offer any risk to visitors, contiguous booths or the PAVILION must have special premises that, at the PROMOTER discretion, fully eliminate any danger. The use and/or application of flameproof (INCOMBUSTIBLE) material for the booths floor and ceiling coating is mandatory. b) Fire extinguishers EXHIBITORS must keep in their booth, since the Assembly start, throughout the Event, and until the Disassembly completion, fire extinguishers compatible with the products they exhibit and the materials used in the booth assembly. Fire extinguishers should not be installed in stairs, and must be unobstructed and properly signaled, according to the table below:

Fire extinguishers must be distributed in such a way that operators do not need to go farther than 25 linear meters to reach them. The use of an ABC Power extinguisher is suggested, because it can replace any kind of fire extinguishers specific for classes A, B and C. The PROMOTER reserves the right to require a greater number of fire extinguishers, inspect them, request refills and determine their installation places. Any questions should be directed to a safety technician or, during the EVENT operating period, to the PROMOTER fire brigade at the Security Room. c) Prohibited equipment

• The operation of internal combustion engines is prohibited inside the PAVILION.

• The use of explosives, non-inert and toxic gases, fuels, LPG and flammable liquids is prohibited.

• ANY ACTIVITY WITH FIRE IS PROHIBITED.

If your booth has a ground or soil hydrant within your area, it cannot be obstructed by equipment or walls, must have floor identification and be easily removed. Also, the fire extinguishers removal from their fixed points is prohibited for use in other locations as stand-by fire extinguishers without the PROMOTER prior authorization. e) PPE – Personal Protective Equipment EXHIBITORS and ASSEMBLERS are responsible for providing their employees and/or service providers the PPE suitable to the risk, in perfect use and operation conditions.

PPEs OF MANDATORY USE: HELMET, GLOVES, BELT FOR HEIGHT, BOOTS AND GLASSES.

The NON-use of mandatory personal protective equipment will result in the team entrance prohibition, fine (25% of the contractually leased area value) and de-credentialing for the event. The use is mandatory during the stay period in the PAVILION, during the event assembly and disassembly. The warnings and fines will be according to the order below:

1st infraction - Verbal warning 2nd infraction - Fines as settled in the manual 3rd infraction - The de-credentialing and entry prohibition until the end of the event (disassembly completion)

ATTENTION:

ENTRY and STAY of people without identification, bare-chested or wearing shorts, skirts/dresses during the Assembly and Disassembly period is prohibited. In addition, the use of clogs, sandals or slippers is also prohibited.

The entry of animals of any species or sizes is expressly prohibited.

8- EMERGENCE EXITS

In the signaled and settled areas to emergence exits, it is expressly prohibited to store any type of material. All booths projects that have closed areas must have emergence exits.

9 – MAINTENANCE IN THE BOOTHS

No maintenance or technical assistance works are allowed in the booths during the public opening hours that, at the ORGANIZERS discretion, cause risks to people. For the maintenance teams performing works in booths, a written authorization is required from the ORGANIZERS.

Any other maintenance work should be carried out from 9 am to 12 pm.

III – PUBLICITY MATERIAL

1 - VISITING

During the EVENT Assembly and Disassembly periods, the entry of minors under 16 (sixteen) years, even if accompanied by their guardians, is expressly prohibited.

In the fair period, from May 23 to 26, 2017, minors aged from 16 to 18 years may visit the event if they are accompanied by their Parents or Legal Guardians and prove their age with the ID card or equivalent document presentation.

2 – INVITATIONS DISTRIBUTION

The PROMOTER will provide the EXHIBITOR free invitations, to be distributed to their customers, at the ratio of 05 (FIVE) invitations per m2 of leased area.

Invitations are individual and can be exchanged at the front desk for a CREDENTIAL, personal and non-transferable, valid for the entire duration of the EVENT. And the entry of minors under 16 years is not allowed, even if accompanied by their

guardians.

We request the EXHIBITORS’ prudent distribution of invitations, in order to qualify the buyers/visitors.

3 – ELECTRONIC CATALOGUE

The information for the EXHIBITOR disclosure will be available on the event website, Exhibitors List, Products List and Visit Planner, since all information is provided on the EXHIBITOR PORTAL, DIGITAL SHOWROOM page. For checking or editing your company data that will be disclosed, please access the EXHIBITOR portal on the item DIGITAL SHOWROOM.

4 – DIGITAL SHOWROOM – MANDATORY REQUEST

If the mandatory service is not included in the PLANNING, ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT CONTRACT, EXHIBITORS must access the EVENT website with their USERNAME and PASSWORD, and generate the relevant bank slip. The information published on the DIGITAL SHOWROOM may be edited at any time by the own EXHIBITOR through the EXHIBITOR PORTAL on the links “Disclosure/Data for Disclosure” and "Disclosure/Digital Showroom". For the DIGITAL SHOWROOM – Highlight Package, the following materials and information can be submitted through the EXHIBITOR PORTAL: company logo, contact details, booth attractions, represented trademarks, text with the company profile, text with the event releases, 1 product with 4 photos and description. Other DIGITAL SHOWROOM options are available upon the purchase of a merchandising package (upgrade). INFORMATIVE NOTE – PAY CLOSE ATTENTION

EXPO GUIDE and other organizations of this segment seek companies through exhibitors' catalogues. Their current activities include companies from across Europe, Americas and Asia. Expo Guide and other organizations offer online publicity services. They use a form, which is similar to the promoter form, to insert data in the catalogue free of cost, inviting exhibitors to fill in such form to be included in an online directory. Exhibitors that sign and submit the form are contracting publicity services for a period of three years, a non-retractable agreement, which will cost the exhibitor a significant amount of money, without proven benefits.

Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado Ltda. does not cooperate with Expo Guide and other

organizations of this segment. Also, these organizations are not authorized to use its name or

event name, or any other information of its fairs to propose any kind of business or disclosure for

exhibitors. These organizations may cause significant damage to the reputation of all the involved.

We advise all exhibitors to be attentive with this and other related organizations.

5 – PRESS RELEASE

Through the Marketing Department and jointly with the Outsourced Press Office, the PROMOTER will periodically promote the EVENT disclosure in national and international newspapers and magazines, specialized magazines, radio and TV. If EXHIBITORS are interested in it, they may submit their news/information to the email [email protected] providing details about their participation in the EVENT.

Such information, submitted to the general media, in the form of “releases”/ topic suggestions, by the Marketing Department/Outsourced Press Office may or may not be used by the communication vehicles. The PROMOTER, at its discretion, with its Marketing Department/Outsourced Press Office, reserves the right to select, without any liability, the information with journalistic advantage to be submitted to the media, being such agencies liable for the disclosed facts veracity, exempting the EXHIBITOR and PROMOTER from any liability.

6 - MERCHANDISING

All and any advertising outside the booth boundaries, as set in the Exhibitor’s manual, will be considered merchandising. Merchandising products have the objective of increasing the EXHIBITOR visibility and disclosure in the EVENT, but it cannot be exposed in aggressive or provocative manner to the other participants. If any merchandising activity is intended, EXHIBITORS must formalize this intention signing the corresponding contract with the ORGANIZER. All airspace in the PAVILLION internal area above the assemblies’ height limits, and also the common use areas such as street floors, walls, columns, support steel structures, PAVILIONS entrance and exit, and toilets can only be the object of visual communication and/or merchandising by the ORGANIZER. The promotional texts and/or materials must be previously approved by the ORGANIZER. The merchandising spaces are leased preferentially to EXHIBITORS participating in the EVENT. The merchandising areas will not be leased to EVENT non-participants, which are competitors of the EVENT basic sectors. The merchandising material can only be exposed in the given points and approved by the ORGANIZER, and under the conditions specified in the Publicity Table that is attached to the EVENT Merchandising Project. Requests made within the deadlines shall comply with the conditions established and AVAILABLE ON THE EVENT WEBSITE, EXHIBITOR PORTAL, USING YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD. The promotional material to be installed must be delivered on the dates and conditions settled in the EVENT Merchandising Project. b) circulation through the EVENT halls or common areas, of people characterized with costumes of any type or kind (inflatable, costumes, etc.) which represent the Exhibitor products – brand, character or theme representing the booth. c) distribution of leaflets outside the booth domains, under the penalty of being withdrawn by the ORGANIZER Security Sector. ALL AND ANY PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL THAT INFRINGES THIS REGULATION WILL BE CONFISCATED AND ONLY RETURNED AFTER THE EVENT CLOSURE. Any other publicity action that is not specified in the EVENT Publicity Table, to be practiced in the common or circulation areas (outside the booth boundaries), is prohibited. The merchandising materials will be removed one hour after the EVENT closure on the last day. EXHIBITORS must leave a responsible for the booth to receive the material on this date. If the material is not withdrawn on the Disassembly period it will be destroyed.

IV – PREPARATORY TASKS

1 – ASSEMBLER HIRING

We recommend that EXHIBITORS anticipate the hiring of an Assembling company, since due to the large amount of booths in the EVENT, such companies may not accept last-minute requests. EXHIBITORS are entitled to an amount of free credentials, proportional to the booth area, in the ratio of 0.4 per square meter of contractually leased area. This total amount comprises credentials for exhibitors, security and service providers. If additional credentials are required, the PROMOTER will provide such credentials upon the payment per unit requested. The promoter will issue credentials according to the sequence requested on the form. If the total amount exceeds the free quota, the exceeding names will remain without credentials until the payment is made, then the other credentials will be issued.

Requests for credentials shall be made only through the exhibitor portal on the event website. Requests made during the event will be available 24h after the request. This form is intended for credentialing the exhibiting company employees and service providers that will work and/or remain at the booth during the EVENT period. Credentials for ASSEMBLERS are not included in the EXHIBITOR quota, and the ASSEMBLER shall make the payment for their credentials.

ATTENTION TO SECURITY CREDENTIALS We require the proper attention for delivering the documentation for authorizing the security

credential withdrawal:

EXHIBITOR’s own employees exercising the function of security: EXHIBITORS must report it through the transfer notice of a qualified employee from their own organic security within 30 (thirty) days before the EVENT Assembly beginning, showing the documents to the ORGANIZER for verification and archiving.

From the Surveillance and Security services providing company

• Authorization for operation

• Security Certificate (valid for one year)

• Review of Authorization for Operation (valid for one year)

From the Security Personnel

• Certificate of the surveillance training course completion

• Security recycling course declaration (Valid for two years)

• Provision of services contract (for evidencing the employment relation)

The professional hired for the surveillance must wear uniform and cannot bear arms, except in cases of bank agencies, even for institutional purposes. At the EVENT entrance, the identification will be required to the bearer, resulting in the identification seizure in the case of use by third parties. The above procedures are intended to ensure the transparency in the credentialing operation before the competent agencies, assisting and advising the contracting EXHIBITOR about any illegality in the CONTRACTED company. The official company responsible for the EVENT security and surveillance will assist the ORGANIZER to collect and archive the documents for the EXHIBITOR Security credentialing, in order to make them available easily on a possible inspection of the competent agency.

Be advised that it is not the responsibility of the EVENT security and surveillance official

company to watch over the products exhibited in each booth. Therefore, EXHIBITORS must

take the necessary measures in this sense, and, it is recommended that 1 security guard is

hired for each booth.

b) CREDENTIALS PRINTING All exhibitors, service providers and assemblers credentials can be benefited by the pre-printing, since all payments have been made. Only SINDIPROM affiliated credentials shall be withdrawn at the pavilion entrance, because it is mandatory to deliver a copy of the employee individual identification card of the relevant year. ATTENTION: Without informing the users’ full data, credentials will not be provided. Replacement Credentials will only be issued in case of loss and will incur additional charges of 25%.

3- PARKING USE RULES

Pernambuco Convention Center parking is not administered by the PROMOTER, therefore the periods and fees must be observed according to the table in force on the event date.

GENERAL REMARKS ABOUT THE LOADING, UNLOADING AND PARKING

Without prejudice to the Traffic Code general rules, the vehicles movement in the parking areas must obey the good conduct rules, especially the following:

• Speed limit to a maximum of 20 km/h;

• No use of beeps or sounds that cause inconvenience to the Fair and neighborhood activities;

• No dangerous maneuvers, reckless driving or entertainment;

• Compliance with the employees and/or parking employees guidelines, and also with the existing signaling;

• Preserve the parking place cleaning and maintenance.

4 – ASSEMBLY RULES AND PROCEDURES

a) Goods Receipt / Tool Services All goods will have free transit in the PAVILION, except the tools used by the employees in charge of the booth assembly, which must be registered so that they can be withdrawn later. A fee for the electricity use will be charged, for one supply point by booth for the use of saws, drills, sanders, etc., and if a simultaneous use is noticed an additional fee will be charged per tool, according to the form to be filled in the CAEX. Electricity is only supplied for the above tools if they have their PP extension cables without mends. NOTE: Goods may enter the PAVILION through the GATE ASSIGNED BY THE ORGANIZER.

b) FLOOR – Resistance, Demarcation and Assembly

The area of each booth will be demarcated by the PROMOTER on the PAVILION floor. For the booth assembly, the INTERNAL ANGLE of the paint mark on the floor must be considered.

DOUBLE SIDED TAPE The double sided tape is used for fixing the carpet directly on the PAVILION floor, and it may only be of the brand 3M, Ref. 4880, or equivalent, without damaging the floor. PARTITION WALLS Partition walls must be built between the booths with neighbors, establishing the limit of each area, according to the PAVILION floor marking. The walls minimum height shall be 2.20 m. Walls exceeding those of the neighbor partitions walls must have finishing compatible to the internal finishing. No reuse of neighboring booths walls will be allowed. If glasses are used in the booth and, if it is laminated, the use of adhesive films or protective signaling bands is mandatory (for the public safety in case of breakage). In case of tempered glass usage signaling bands should be placed.

c) AIR CONDITIONING

The PAVILION offers central air conditioning. Therefore the installation of air conditioning in booths is not allowed.

The Organizer recommendation for the central air conditioning perfect use is DO NOT COVER THE BOOTHS CEILING and use cold lighting systems, such as led lamps among others. Booths without ceiling and with led lighting take advantage of all air conditioning in the environment, while the booths fully enclosed, with low ceilings and warm lighting (HDI) use inhibits the air conditioning entry, causing a warm and unpleasant environment.

d) FIXATION ELEMENTS IN THE PAVILION STRUCTURES – FLOOR AND CEILING

Under no circumstances the PAVILION floor may be demarcated, painted, drilled or excavated by the EXHIBITOR. It is prohibited to support, tie or hang any booth component or exhibited products to the roof structure, roofing, walls or columns of the PAVILION. It is also prohibited to drill or paint these elements. It is prohibited to use, for any purpose, the service grooves existing on the floor.

Any damage caused by the EXHIBITOR to the PAVILION premises will be of its sole liability, and this must bear the resulting costs, fines or penalties. Hydrants that are within the booth area must have free access, being visible and properly marked, at the sole and exclusive discretion of the ORGANIZERS.

e) ACCESSIBILITY - FLOOR

EXHIBITORS are responsible for preparing their booth and keeping it compliant with the Brazilian Inclusion Law and ABNT technical standards, ensuring the accessibility right to all people with disabilities and reduced mobility of any type, according to the legislation in force. The ART (Technical Liability Note) of the EXHIBITOR booth must include the express wording regarding the compliance with Law No. 13.146/15 (Brazilian Inclusion Law) and ABNT Technical Standards, as a condition for the PROMOTER approval, pursuant to the requirements of the State of São Paulo Prosecutors Office, without prejudice to the other provisions contained in the Exhibitor Manual. In order to make the EVENT circulation easier, we suggest that sharp corners on the

floor are chamfered and ramps are used for disabled people. Requirements for the Ramps according to NBR9050:

Booths that have part of the area under the mezzanine must pay attention to its limits;

The use of moving elements that may exceed the side and height limits of the area is not allowed, such as balloons, etc.

The booths that are set as island may have the total lineal occupation of its perimeter, up to 4.5 m in height, with no setback requirement, and from 4.51 m in height, the setback cannot exceed 40% of the perimeter. When this percentage is exceeded, the setbacks on the table below must be observed. In the case of assembling elements like frontage, beams, columns and totems, there is no need of setbacks, since they are built in the booth area, where there is no wall or panel assembly in the same projection. Elements built on the border with neighbors, the setback table must be considered.

g) MEZZANINE OR 2nd FLOOR The use of mezzanine areas or the 2nd floor will entail the additional payment of 20% of the m2 value hired. Note: Exhibitors manufacturing pallets/mezzanines can build up to 20 m2 without additional payment. Booths with mezzanine or 2nd floor are only allowed when the contractually leased area is equal or greater than 150 m2 and in the island format. Anyway, the mezzanine or 2nd floor area may have a maximum of 25% of the booth total area and must have a 2 meters minimum setback from the perimeter boundaries. In the case of mezzanine or 2nd floor construction, the final height allowed, ONLY IN THIS BOOTH AREA – MEZZANINE OR 2ND FLOOR becomes 7.00 m from the PAVILION floor, with a minimum setback of 2 m. It is allowed to use up to 20% of the linear metreage on the booth front face without setback.

NOTE: The access stairs to the mezzanine or 2nd floor must be considered an integral part of the mezzanine or 2nd floor, and the heights, setbacks and specific structural presentation of the stairs must be observed.

Booths with mezzanine must have the ART or RRT highlighted, informing the name and qualification of the technical engineer and his company and also its registration at CREA or CAU, as well as the corresponding payment. The booth project with mezzanine or 2nd floor must have the 2nd floor structural calculation memory.

The structure must be dimensioned according to the capacity calculations per m2, complying with the load capacity calculation table.

The floor of the mezzanine or 2nd floor must be compatible with the load established on the load calculation table. The mezzanine or 2nd floor maximum load capacity must be expressed in kg/m2 and the number of people, just close to the beginning of the stairs connecting the ground floor to the mezzanine or 2nd floor.

No glass panel is allowed on the mezzanine or 2nd floor, and acrylic, polycarbonate or similar material must be used, with maximum opening dimensions of 1 m x 1.40 m.

There will be exception to this rule only in cases when the glass panels have received the application of a security film (insufilm-type), or laminated or tempered glass panels.

h) VISIBILITY In order to maintain the Fair nice and pleasant the 50% visibility rule was created. Otherwise halls are too enclosed and confine visitors in long segments of walls and hide smaller booths.

Plan in the project so that the small kitchen and storeroom location do not close any side in full.

i) MINIMUM MANDATORY ASSEMBLY The placement of, at least, the carpet, partition walls, basic lighting and company identification is mandatory.

j) CATWALKS / STAGES / HIGH FLOORS The construction of catwalks and stages in booths will only be allowed when the contractual leased area is equal or greater than 100 m2.

All and any catwalk or stage cannot exceed 1.2 m in height and must have a setback of at least 2.00 m from the booth perimeter, and must be fully directed to the booth inside, regardless of the area being an island or not. ALL AND ANY CATWALK, FLOOR OR STAGE MUST SUBMIT THE ART WITH THE STRUCTURAL CALCULATION OF SUCH PROJECT DULY PAID.

k) MASONRY CONSTRUCTIONS Any construction in masonry or similar is forbidden.

l) GARDENS AND PLANTS

Gardens, flowers and ornamental plants are allowed when contained in pots or other containers, as long as no loose soil, sand or stones are used for the execution of gardens directly on the PAVILION floor.

m) BOOTHS VERTICAL PROJECTION The vertical projection of any assembly element (SHOWCASES, DECORATIVE ELEMENTS OR EXHIBITED PRODUCTS/EQUIPMENT) must be within the booth area peripherals. Projections will not be accepted on contiguous booths or on the EVENT passageways, except façade illumination and booth logos, since they are installed at a minimum height of 3.5 m.

n) CONSTRUCTION RULES All booth element or frontage must have a finishing on both sides, both in the partition with contiguous booths, and in the partition with side streets. There will be an exception only for the booths located on the PAVILION limit perimeter. Booths with metallic structures must be brought semi-finished, only with screw fixing of components, and the parts construction or components welding is not allowed. The use of tools or equipment that produce particulate material in suspension is strictly prohibited, such as workbench chain saws, circular saws, circular saw, cutting saw blade, sanding machine, welding machine, painting equipment or which produce noise levels that affect the works normal progress. No sanding and/or mortar application on the walls and any other element in booths is allowed, and no welding, gun painting, air gun or spray use. No woodwork, carpentry and sandmill work is allowed. Streets and contiguous booths cannot be used for placements of materials, tools or products to be installed in the booth. The entire operation must be carried out exclusively within the EXHIBITOR booth limits.

If the temporary use of the EVENT hallways is necessary for the materials or assembly equipment placement, such use shall be for a maximum of two hours, and a central passageway of at least 1 meter wide across the street length must be free for the passage of emergency equipment carts, rescue teams, fire brigades and firemen. All work with greases, paints, corrosive materials, powders and liquids must be carried out with the proper recipients, avoiding injury to people, and damage to the PAVILION and contiguous booths. All booths that have glass panels outside must use warning signs on it or put any kid of promotional display behind it, since its placement in the Assembly period, in order to facilitate the people visualization and avoid possible accidents. For fixing the carpet directly on the PAVILION floor, only the DOUBLED SIDED TAPE can be used, and the APPLICATION OF GLUE IS PROHIBITED.

THE NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THIS DETERMINATION WILL RESULT IN THE AUTOMATIC CHARGE TO THE EXHIBITOR IN THE VALUE OF THE EXTRA COSTS INVOLVED FOR THE INAPPROPRIATE MATERIAL REMOVAL.

o) BOOTHS ASSEMBLY

The ORGANZERS will closely inspect the assembly works in order to ensure the full compliance with the established rules.

In case of doubt regarding the exact meaning of the terms in this manual, please contact the promoter for the proper clarifications, since that, in case of divergences in the interpretation, the promoter will give the final decision. The ORGANIZERS will not be liable for extra costs of delays resulting from it.

p) ASSEMBLY EMBARGO

The ORGANIZER has the right to embargo the booth construction that is not compliant with

this MANUAL rules. If the EXHIBITOR does not readjust the parameters to the project in a

timely manner, in addition to the 25% fine on the area value, the booth may not be used

during the Event, without prejudice to the contractual area costs with the ORGANIZER.

For safeguarding your interests, we advise that the EXHIBITOR informs the booth assembling company all the EVENT rules, transmitting them any liability on this issue.

q) ASSEMBLY CLOSURE

After this time, only the internal decoration works are allowed, since they do not produce dirt, and no material or debris may be placed on the EVENT halls.

A FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF 5% ON THE AREA VALUE WILL BE CHARGED PER HOUR OF DELAY OF EXHIBITORS THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED IN THIS ITEM.

Companies hired for the booths Assembly and/or Decoration are responsible for the non-used material removal, since the beginning of the Assembly and until the Disassembly period end.

IN THE ASSEMBLER / DECORATOR ABSENCE THE EXHIBITOR IS OBLIGED TO TAKE THE APPROPRIATE ACTION.

r) ELECTRICITY

EXHIBITORS shall provide access to the electrical network, with the appropriate switches with circuit breakers, and complement the distribution at their booth, from the supply point installed by the ORGANIZER. Any metallic structure that is part of the booth project must be properly grounded, according to ABNT standards. Electrical artifacts, pendants or external fixtures installation is not allowed without the ORGANIZER prior authorization. FOR THE VISITORS GREATER SECURITY, THE BOOTH FACILITIES (LIGHTING, EQUIPMENT, WIRES AND CABLES) CANNOT BE VISIBLE TO NEIGHBORING BOOTHS AND VISITORS. WE REQUEST THAT GROOVES ARE BUILT WITH REMOVABLE COVERS FROM THE PAVILION GROOVE TO THE BOOTH ELECTRIC SWITCHBOARD INSTALLATIONS. The booth master switch should be installed in a place of free access to the ORGANIZER security service. If a switchboard is installed in the booth, the ORGANIZER should receive a copy of the key to access it. The voltage available at the PAVILION is the 220V single phase and 380V 3-phase and the frequency is 60 Hz.

When a different voltage is required, a transformer must be used.

The ORGANIZERS recommend that each booth has protective equipment (NO BREAK, stabilizer, automatic keys, etc.) against possible power surges or lack of phases and such equipment must be in a free access place. To calculate the amount of KVA necessary for the booth, EXHIBITORS should simply sum the W and KVA indicated on the specification plates of the equipment and lamps to be used in

their lighting. There is no need to consider the KVA/hour, because the KVA cost refers to the consumption throughout the EVENT operations. Any consumption excess identified during the EVENT by the electricity technical team will be considered by the PROMOTER as surplus, and the difference calculated between the EXIBITOR consumed power and the electricity effectively hired and paid by the EXHIBITOR will be charged by the PROMOTER to the ratio of the specified service, WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF 25% AS A PENALTY. In order to make the calculation easier, at the end of this MANUAL a table with the kVA amounts consumed by the items most commonly used in a booth was included. ATTENTION: Electric power installations require a previous sizing planning for a proper and efficient distribution and use of the necessary equipment and components. Therefore, ORGANIZERS will not authorize these services installation when the request is made after the deadline. The area for the booth assembly will only be released to the EXHIBITOR upon the request and payment of Electric Power installation (the electricity fee is mandatory). PAVILION ELECTRICITY WILL BE AVAILABLE AS OF MAY 20, 2017, FROM 10 AM. DURING THE EVENT PERIOD, EXHIBITORS SHOULD TURN ON ELECTRICITY ONE HOUR BEFORE THE EVENT OPENING AND TURN IT OFF ONE HOUR AFTER THE EVENT CLOSURE. IF THE EXHIBITOR REQUIRES ELECTRICITY FOR ADDITIONAL TIMES, IT MUST BE REQUESTED VIA EMAIL TO [email protected]. IN THIS CASE, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE WILL BE EXTRA CHARGES AND THE REQUEST MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO USE. IF CONSUMPTION IS REGISTERED OUT OF THIS TIMETABLE WITHOUT PRIOR REQUEST, THE ORGANIZERS WILL TURN OFF THE BOOTH MASTER SWITCH WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY OR PREJUDICE, AND FINES WILL BE APPLIED IN THE AMOUNT OF 100% OF THE REQUESTED KVA. After the EVENT daily closure, EXHIBITORS must turn off the entire booth electricity. Therefore, if there is any device, such as freezer, refrigerators, machines or products that require continuous electricity supply, please inform this in advance to the ORGANIZER to the email [email protected] .

5 – INSTALLATIONS AND SERVICES REQUEST

Requests for Services made after April 24, 2017 will be subject to the technical service availability. If available, the amounts payable will not include the 10% (ten percent) discount granted to the requests made before the deadline.

Instructions and electronic forms are available on the event website, on the Exhibitor Portal. Access is made with your username and password. The bank slip is generated 24 hours after requested and will be submitted to the registered email. These requests are only available until April 24, 2017. a) TRASH COLLECTION SERVICE IN THE ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY PERIODS

This payment is mandatory. If the Trash Collection service is not included in the Planning, Organization and Administration Contract, the fee corresponding to the trash collection and landfill services of the PAVILLION common areas will be charged, during the EVENT assembly and decoration. After the placement of the streets carpets, it is strictly prohibited to throw trash on them. All trash from the booth must be packed in plastic bags and placed in the halls to be removed by the PROMOTER cleaning staff. NON-COMPLIANCE WILL RESULT IN FINES AND DE-CREDENTIALING OF INFRACTORS.

b) COMPRESSED AIR

NO COMPRESSED AIR WILL BE SUPPLIED. If the use of this type of equipment is necessary, EXHIBITORS must ask the ORGANIZERS prior authorization to bring their own compressor. After the authorization, EXHIBITORS must provide the installations that completely eliminate all risks to people, goods and booths elements, and also prevent noise or vibration levels that disturb the operations in contiguous booths. The ORGANIZERS reserve the right to interrupt the device operation if these requirements are not met. COMPRESSED AIR SUPPLY MAY ONLY BE USED FOR POWERING MACHINES, AND MAY NOT BE USED IN EQUIPMENT WITH DECORATIVE PURPOSES.

c) HYDRAULICS SINK POINT

Deadline for submission: Until 04/24/2017

Upon request form filling and payment, the PROMOTER will install a water faucet and drain at your booth. The assembler hired by the EXHIBITOR must contact the CAEX and inform the point for this installation, prior to the booth floor placement. The installation comprises a ¾ inch faucet, and 1 inch drain point, and charged per supply point requested.

NO POINTS ARE INSTALLED ON THE MEZZANINE OR 2ND FLOOR. EXHIBITORS will complete the installation and distribution at their booth from the supply point installed by the PROMOTER, according to ABNT and COMPESA standards. THE WATER SUPPLY POINT SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLED NEXT TO THE ELECTRIC POWER POINTS.

THE PROMOTER WILL NOT PROVIDE SINKS, AND THE EXHIBITOR SHOULD REQUEST ITS INSTALLATION DIRECTLY TO THE ASSEMBLER HIRED FOR THE BOOTH ASSEMBLY.

SUPPLY POINTS FOR EQUIPMENT

Upon request and payment, the PROMOTER will install a water faucet and drain in the booth for the machinery and/or equipment demonstration.

The installation comprises one supply point with ¾ inch faucet, and a 2 inch (50mm) drain point.

d) ELECTRICITY

For the electricity supply, the PAYMENT IS MANDATORY. If the electric power service is not included in the PLANNING, ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATION CONTRACT, exhibitors shall inform the assembler the KVA amount that they want to hire. If additional electricity is needed, the request must be made through the Exhibitor Portal.

The current available is alternated, with frequency of 60 c/s, in voltages of 220 V monophasic and 380 V 3-phasic.

When a different voltage is required, a transformer must be used.

Upon request and payment, the PROMOTER will install a power supply point at the EXHIBITOR’s booth, in the most convenient location for the PROMOTER. All and any electrical installation must have a project with the descriptive memorial of the entire installation and distribution carried out by a qualified professional, in compliance with ABNT and local electricity supplier standards. EXHIBITORS shall provide access to the electrical network, with the appropriate switches with circuit breakers, and complement the distribution at their booth from the supply point installed by the PROMOTER, and must pay attention to the following rules:

a) Be liable for the power distribution (extensions) at the booth, from the point provided by the PROMOTER;

b) Ground all metal structure booths, aiming to prevent electric shocks, according to NBR 5410;

c) Install, from the power supply point provided by the PROMOTER, three-phase extensions with neutral, in PP copper cables and flameproof insulation, according to NBR 5410;

d) Install, from the power supply point provided, circuit breakers, switches with fuses and DR’s, assembled in appropriate panels, equipped with doors, in order to protect the loads and circuits of islands and booths, with industrial outlet terminals (STECK or similar), PP copper cables and flameproof insulation, according to NBR 5410;

e) Provide and install, under the PROMOTER supervision, insulation cables of 750V minimum, with general supply of islands and booths, which shall be connected by the PROMOTER electricians to the supply points indicated in the approved projects;

f) Do not use parallel cables and multi-plug adapters in any electrical installation, also including extensions and lighting; only PP copper flexible cables and flameproof insolation can be used, as determined by NR-10, NBR-5410 and Safety Rules;

g) We request that grooves are built with removable covers from the pavilion groove to the booth electric switchboard installations.

h) Electrical artifacts, pendants or external fixtures installation is not allowed without the PROMOTER prior authorization.

i) The booth master switch should be installed in a place of free access to the PROMOTER security service. If the switchboard cabin is installed in the booth, the PROMOTER should receive a copy of the key allowing access to it.

SPECIAL LIGHTING. The booth that uses any kind of special lighting, such as spotlights, light cannons, laser cannons, halogen, chandeliers, etc. must install such equipment in special structures that can tolerate its weight, without offering risks to other EXHIBITORS, visitors and assemblers. The lighting fixtures, reactors and electric panel components cannot be placed touching the assembly. They must be placed with insulation, for not offering shock risks to people. Special lighting projects must be detailed through the ground plan and perspective, and submitted by email with the other documents of the event until the deadline given in this manual. SPECIAL INSTALLATIONS Any equipment for special installations must follow ABNT standards and the NR of the Ministry of Labor. VIDEO WALL AND BIG SCREENS

Video wall and big screen equipment must be assembled in appropriate structures that can bear twice the installed equipment weight. The PROMOTER recommends that each booth has protective equipment (stabilizer, automatic keys, no-breaks, etc.) against possible power surges or lack of phases and such equipment must be in a free access place. The PROMOTER is not liable for any damage caused in the absence of such equipment. There should also be transformers for 110V for its equipment using this voltage. To calculate the amount of KVA necessary for the booth, EXHIBITORS should simply sum the W and KVA indicated on the specification plates of the equipment and lamps to be

The Exhibitor, after notified, must pay the exceeding consumption at CAEX – Financial Department. In case the payment is not made at CAEX during the event, the PROMOTER will send the charge WITH AN ADDITIONAL OF 25% AS A PENALTY.

FOR THE VISITORS GREATER SECURITY, THE BOOTH FACILITIES (LIGHTING, EQUIPMENT, WIRES AND CABLES) CANNOT BE VISIBLE TO NEIGHBORING BOOTHS AND VISITORS. GROOVES SHOULD BE BUILT WITH REMOVABLE COVERS FROM THE PAVILION GROOVE TO THE BOOTH SWITCHBOARD AND HYDRAULIC INSTALLATIONS.

PAVILION ELECTRICITY WILL BE AVAILABLE AS OF MAY 20, 2017, FROM 10 AM.

During the event period, exhibitors should turn on electricity 1 hour before the event opening and turn it off 1 hour after the event closure. If the exhibitor needs electricity out of these hours, this must be requested at the exhibitor service center (CAEX) from the first event assembly day. Please be advised that there will be extra charges and the request must be made 24 hours prior to use. If consumption is registered out of this timetable without prior request, the promoter will turn off the booth master switch without liability for any losses that may occur, and fines will be applied in the amount of 100% of the requested KVA. After the EVENT daily closure, EXHIBITORS must turn off the entire booth electricity. Therefore, if the booth has freezer, refrigerator, machinery or products that require continuous electricity supply, please be advised that a specific connection must be made in the switchboard with separate circuit breaker, so that these items remain on and the booth off. If the PAVILION does not support the electricity demand, generators will be used to meet the general demand. Distribution will be made by São Paulo Expo Electric Department with absolutely technical purposes. As a result, some booths may be powered by generator groups. ATTENTION: Hydraulic and Electric power installations require a previous sizing planning for a proper and efficient distribution and use of the necessary equipment and components for such connections. Therefore, the Promoter will not authorize

e) TELEPHONE LINE/INTERNET POINT REQUESTS.

EXHIBITORS must hire a supplier accredited by the Organizer for these services. Therefore, the hiring, installation and/or modification of any own or other companies telecommunications services is prohibited, under the penalty of immediate cancellation of the hired services without refund rights of amounts paid. Communication services are understood as any services such as the provision of extensions, telephone lines, telecommunication equipment, cabling, connections, telephones internal distribution, local data network, cabled or wireless (Wi-Fi), data external access, and internet access among others.

6 – PRODUCTS REMITTANCE

V – EVENT PERIOD

1 – DATES AND TIMETABLE

The PAVILION will be open for visitation from May 23 to 26, 2017, from 4 pm to 10 pm.

After 9 pm, no visitor entry will be allowed, and the EXHIBITOR may stay inside its booth until the non-extendable time of 11 pm, when, for security reasons, the circulation of any person will be strictly prohibited in the PAVILION.

2 – EVENT VISITING

Since it is a technical EVENT, the entrance is restricted to people linked to the sectors mentioned in this MANUAL, by presenting the invitation or evidencing the link, invited by EXHIBITORS, ORGANIZERS or Professional Associations. For this reason, we request the EXHIBITORS the judicious distribution of invitations, in order to qualify the buyers/visitors.

3 – BOOTH VISITING

Booths must be totally free for visiting, not allowing EXHIBITORS to sell tickets under any form or circumstances.

4 – BOOTH OPERATION

For the better service to visitors/buyers, the booth should be ready and operating, daily, 30 minutes prior to the official opening. Therefore, we recommend the service providers’ arrival at the booth is anticipated to one hour prior to the EVENT opening. The PROMOTER reserves the right to anticipate the opening hours for the visitors/buyers better service, considering the amount of visitors at the work beginning and/or the conditions at the time. Throughout the Event period, there must be at least one EXHIBITOR employee at the booth enabled to provide information about the exhibited products. The booths activities’ closing is not allowed before the EVENT operating time, even on the EVENT last day. The booth lighting must be kept on during the Event hours. At the end of each day, EXHIBITORS must turn off the master switch of their booth.

5 – SUPPLY AND MAINTENANCE

The booths’ supply and Maintenance must be performed from 9 am to 12pm, without exceptions. We recommend that an appropriate schedule is made, since no exceptions will be accepted. ALL FOOD PRODUCTS MUST BE PROPERLY PACKAGED IN A CONTAINER FOR TRANSPORT. Example: ICE, RECIPIENTS FOR LIQUIDS.

6 – OPERATING LIMITS

The PAVILION corridors are of common use, not being allowed the approach of visitors or distribution of leaflets or any other articles, except those agreed on the contract signed between the EXHIBITOR and the ORGANIZER. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to confiscate the material distributed outside the booth limits during the EVENT, in case of material exhibition or distribution not agreed on the contract between the EXHIBITOR and ORGANIZER.

The material return will be made in the Security Room, on the first disassembly day, without further delay. After this period the material collected will be set to a warehouse and the costs arising from this operation shall be borne by the EXHIBITOR.

7 – ON-SITE SALE OF NATIONAL PRODUCTS

For the EXHIBITOR, regardless of its company headquarter State, performing sales of national products and, therefore, out of the origin establishment and also in order to return any remaining products, it is necessary to meet a series of legal procedures and rules determined by the Finance Department of the State where the EVENT takes place - Tax Department. WE REMIND YOU THAT THE SUPERVISION REGARDING THE RETAIL SALES INVOICES ISSUE IS QUITE RIGOROUS. DUE TO ITS COMPLEXITY, WE RECOMMEND THAT THE MATTER IS HANDLED IN ADVANCE, IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY INCONVENIENCES. ORGANIZERS TRANSFER TO THE EXHIBITOR, AS THE SOLIDARY DEBTOR, JUDICIALLY, ALL AND ANY PENALTY, FINE OR DEBT ARISING FROM THE NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE LEGAL REGULATIONS. Retail sales for on-site delivery of any exhibited products are prohibited, as well as the disclosure of prices or promotions in any area of the booth that is visible from the outside.

8 - RAFFLES

Raffles are allowed EXCLUSIVELY INSIDE THE BOOTH, reserving the ORGANIZERS the right to cease these activities whenever it is causing inconveniences or agglomerations.

EXHIBITORS MUST BE AWARE OF THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PERFORMING THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY.

9 – ARTISTIC ACTIVITIES

Artistic activities are only allowed within the booth, when the leased area is equal or greater than 50 m2, and conditioned to the sound volume limits, security regulations, assembly rules, and the EVENT operating hours. Printed invitations to these booth internal activities do not entitle the bearer to enter the EVENT.

EXHIBITORS willing to have artistic activities during the EVENT SHOULD SUBMIT THE PROMOTER PRIOR APPROVAL REQUEST, THE BOOTH GENERAL PROJECT, WITH A MEMORIAL DESCRIBING THE ACTIVITY TYPE. THE FOLLOWING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED: PYROTECHNIC SPECTACLES WITH THE USE OF SMOKE OR DIRIGIBLES; PRESENTATION OF LIVE MODELS OF ANY GENDER, SEMI-NUDE OR WITH G-STRINGS CONSIDERED CONTRARY TO MORAL AND GOOD MANNERS; AND ANIMALS OF ANY SPECIES OR SIZES, INCLUDING BIRDS, REGARDLES OF BEING A PART OF THE BOOTH DECORATION OR RELATED TO THE EXHIBITED PRODUCTS DEMONSTRATIONS. Without the ORGANIZER prior authorization, EXHIBITORS cannot perform these activities, and the ORGANIZER reserves the right to impede such presentations.

THE ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CEASE THESE ACTIVITIES, WHENEVER THEY CAUSE DISTURBANCE, AGGLOMERATIONS, COMPLAINTS FROM CONTIGUOUS BOOTHS OR WHICH DISAGREE WITH THE PREVIOSLY APPROVED.

IN ORDER TO AVOID POSSIBLE ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO THE PUBLIC OR DIFFICULTY IN VIEWING THE ADJACENT BOOTHS, THE USE OF ANY ELEMENT THAT PRODUCES PARTICULATE MATTER IN SUSPENSION (DRY ICE, SCENTED SPRAYS, SMOKE, GAS, ETC.) IS PROHIBITED IN THE BOOTHS, BOTH FOR ARTISTIC PRESENTATIONS OR DECORATIVE PURPOSES, REGARDLESS OF THE QUANTITY OR DURATION.

REMEMBER THAT BECAUSE IT IS AN EVENT OF GREAT AUDIENCE, ALL THESE ACTIVITIES MUST BE COMPLIANT WITH THE SOUND VOLUME ITEM.

10 – SOUND VOLUME

For using any audio resources, whether for PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES, VIDEOKE, KARAOKE, VIDEO-WALL, ARTISTIC ACTIVITIES, RAFFLES, PARADES OR FOR THE SIMPLE BACKGROUND MUSIC, etc., the sound levels cannot exceed 85+/-1 dB (A), measured in the booth perimeter borders where the sound is originated, regardless of being configured as an ISLAND or NOT. During the EVENT we will have devices for measuring the decibels level. Any EXHIBITOR that exceeds the given sound volume will receive in the 1st time a verbal warning by the ORGANIZER requesting the sound volume reduction. The second infraction will be informed through a written warning to the responsible for the booth, signed by the ORGANIZER. In the third infraction, a more forceful measure will be taken, with the booth electricity cutting. In case of reincidence, the booth electricity will be switched off until the last day of the EVENT. Therefore, we recommend the construction of sound-proof rooms in the booths that use sound resources.

EXHIBITORS willing to use any of these activities (including the background music) must submit the descriptive memorial of the schedule to the ORGANIZERS, up to 15 days prior to the EVENT Assembly. IMPORTANT: WE RECOMMEND THE TRAINING OF ALL PERSONNEL INVOLVED WITH THE BOOTH ON THE ABOVE RULES AND PENALTIES IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE GOOD PERFORMANCE OF EACH BOOTH AND THE EVENT IN GENERAL. THE EXHIBITORS THAT PERFORM ANY OF THESE ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING THE BACKGROUND MUSIC) MUST PAY THE CORRESPONDING COPYRIGHT FEES TO ECAD, ACCORDING TO LAW 9.610/98, PHONE: +55 (22) 2643-8444 www.ecad.org.br The ORGANIZER reserves the right to cease these activities, whenever they cause disturbance, agglomerations, complaints from contiguous booths or which disagree with the previously approved.

11 – DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT DEMONSTRATION

The ORGANIZER can stop or determine a period for the demonstration of any devices or equipment that, in its discretion, may present a risk to visitors, goods, structures, and booths elements, or which produce high levels of noise or vibration, so that they can disturb the operations of contiguous booths.

12 – EXTRA SERVICES

Photographic Coverage / Video Services For hiring the photographic coverage during the EVENT, booth photos, personalities, directors or customer visits to the booth, EXHIBITORS must send a prior communication to the ORGANIZER, to the security sector, on the company letterhead, informing the date and time of the professional in the event premises. The credentials provided to these professionals are valid for only one day, and the documents are withheld until the credentials return. This procedure must be repeated, if the return is necessary. These hired professionals may only exercise their activities within the area of the exhibitor that hired them. If the assembler desires to photograph the services provided by them, this must be previously authorized by the exhibitor, also informing the schedule of this work to the promoter security department.

13- SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The hired ASSEMBLER is responsible for any type of maintenance and/or support to their customer during the EVENT operation, and the ORGANIZER or OFFICIAL ASSEMBLER is not liable for any problems that may occur at the booth. Any maintenance required must be performed during the MAINTENANCE and SUPPLY period informed in this MANUAL, that is, from 9 am to 12 pm in the event maintenance period.

14- GOODS AND MATERIALS EXIT

IN ORDER TO AVOID THAT VISITORS FEEL IMPAIRED AND APPEAL TO THE CONSUMER DEFENSE

OPERATING HOURS, EVEN ON THE LAST DAY. THEREFORE, NO PRODUCT INTENDED FOR EXHIBITION

CAN LEAVE THE PAVILION BEFORE THE EVENT FINAL CLOSURE.

IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THIS RULE, THE EXHIBITOR WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE

FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE FINE IN THE AMOUNT OF 25% THE CONTRACTUALLY LEASED AREA, AND

THE EXHIBITOR PREVIOUSLY AGREES WITH IT.

IF THE EXHIBITOR NEEDS TO REMOVE ANY EXHIBITED ELEMENT BEFORE THE EVENT CLOSURE, GIVEN

THAT THIS IS NOT CHARACTERIZED AS EARLY DISASSEMBLY OF THE BOOTH, THE WRITTEN

AUTHORIZATION MUST BE REQUESTED TO THE ORGANIZERS, IN ADVANCE, FOR ALLOWING THEM TO

DO SO.

THIS PROCEDURE, HOWEVER, WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED PRIOR TO THE OPENING HOURS ON THE LAST

DAY OF THE EVENT.

In special cases, the ORGANIZER will authorize the defective goods replacement by others of equal features. After the EVENT closure, the EXHIBITOR goods and materials exit must be made through the Service Gate. The relevant Invoice must be with the product for possible supervisions.

15 -BALLOONS The use and distribution of any type and size of balloons during the EVENT is prohibited.

16 - DRONES Drone flights are prohibited within the pavilion at any time, both for demonstration, filming, links to live broadcasting or any other purpose. Exceptions to this ban for filming without visitors only with the official authorization duly signed by the Event Promoter, with all details this flight, such as: time, route, purpose, etc.
