  • No Wrong Door Service Guide

    Connect Collaborate Change

  • No Wrong Door Network is a group of voluntary, statutory and private organisations that are collectively working together so that individuals with complex needs experience better connected support through one referral form.

The No Wrong Door approach is a way of working which ensures that when individuals accesses

services, they are listened to and are facilitated to access the right service.

This guide has been developed to give an overview of the services available within No Wrong Door Network. You can refer individuals to any of the services through our iCAT (intelligent common assessment tool). Each section provides information on all organisations within No Wrong Door, what services they provide within No Wrong Door and the contact details.

    Referrals

To avoid individuals having to “Tell their story over and over”. You can access all services via one referral form. To refer via No Wrong Door the individual must have:

    • Two or more complex needs ( at risk or homelessness, mental health concern, substance misuse issues or at risk of or offending)

    • Be 18 or over• Live in Birmingham

  • All referrals must have signed consent before they can be processed.

For any queries relating to referrals please contact [email protected] Navigator Service

This service was designed to ensure that your clients attend appointments with the services you refer them to. If you are referring someone through No Wrong Door and have concerns that they will not attend their appointment unless accompanied or advocated for, then you should tick the “Navigator” box on the consent and referral form. They can receive up to 8 weeks of engagement work, where they are accompanied to all appointments that they require help with.

On the day appointments: We can provide “on-the-day appointments” where we meet them at your service and take them to where they need to be. For this service please call 0344 515 2382 directly.
