Piston DNA

Scope & Role: o This project is defined to create an overview of the piston products and document their performance and mechanical

The goal of the project is to create o A view on performance & technical specifications o An overview of the different technical arrangements with pro's and con's o A recommendation for design synergies & streamlining the product portfolio.

CAD-Q Check

Scope & Role: o This project is defined to have uniform drawings by following standard practices in the industrial division to avoid internal

arguments and to increase output quality. o New approach for the checklist o Correct, clear and consistent use of Atlas Copco’s standards and methods. o Worked as a reviewer for this project.

Beltguard Design Scope & Role:

o This project is defined to change the design of existing beltguards for safety purpose for a beltguard range (60 Beltguards) of HN-HX compressors.

o Ensure closing of all the gaps for moving parts in the beltguards still the beltguards should easily comprise in all the respective layouts as earlier.

o Beltguards should be easy for maintenance.

Air-Cooler Conversion Kits Scope & Role:

o This project is defined to prepare the layout for Air-Cooled Conversion kit for HN machines externally. o To design air & water piping for Air cooler Conversion kit o To prepare 3D & 2D drawings of different components in the layout.

BPCS Projects Scope & Role:

o This project is defined for BPCS activities in DN like BOM upload, Item creation, increase of Item edition, to modify descriptions of items, BPCS-Smarteam & BPCS-Vault mismatch etc.

o To reduce the time required with Query techniques & Excel Micro Programming when information of thousands of items to be modified. With these techniques 100 hours work can be done within 10 hours.

o To create checklist for BPCS when initially no time-saving solution is available. o To reduce mistakes & errors in exhausting manual work & to achieve customer satisfaction by submitting exact output in

less time.

Smarteam & Autodesk Vault Projects
