1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Pyral Consulting ("the Consultants" or "Pyral Consulting") was retained by Hi Ho Silver
Resources Inc. ("Hi Ho" or the "Company") to prepare a Technical Report (the "Report") on the
Canadian Lithium and Augustus Property in Quebec.
Case Lewis, P.Geo. is responsible for the contents of this Report. Mr. Lewis visited the Property
on January 7, 2017. In completing the report, the Consultants held discussions with management
and reviewed historical data pertaining to the Property.
The Canadian Lithium and Augustus Property is located in NTS map sheets 32D05, 28
kilometres southeast, by road, of the town of Amos, Quebec.
Two lithium prospects are located on the Property, which have been the subject of exploration
and drilling over the years. These two prospects are known as the Augustus prospect and the
Canadian Lithium prospect.
Augustus Prospect
The Augustus prospect is a lithium-bearing pegmatite dike located at approximately 284,864 mE
/ 5,368,283 mN in the La Come Township in the province of Quebec. The dike dips roughly sub-
vertically and strikes approximately 330°, measuring 850 metres along strike with an average
width of roughly 7.6 metres apparent thickness. Its maximum depth is yet undetermined.
The pegmatite dike intrudes a lithium-rich peridotite at the northern edge of the La Corne
batholith and contains coarse spodumene (2-5cm) and beryl crystals (2-5cm), as well as traces of
molybdenite and columbite-tantalite (MB 89-29). Lithium mineralization is confined to the
pegmatite body, with an average grade of 1.12% Li2O returned from recent sampling by Mineral
Hill.
The Augustus pegmatite was first explored in 1955 by trenching and diamond drilling. The
highlights from this program are shown in Table 1.1.

Judging from these early drill results, lithium mineralization appears consistent between many
drill holes along the -850 metres of strike length of the Augustus pegmatite body.
Canadian Lithium Prospect
The Canadian Lithium prospect is located at approximately 284,861 mE / 5,368,288 mN. The
main outcrop was discovered in 1948 near the boundary separating the townships of Landrienne
and La Corne. This group of parallel, granitic pegmatite dikes associated with the La Corne
batholith is reported to contain aggregates of spodumene, lepidolite, along with traces of beryl,
cleavelandite, and columbite-tantalite.
The last major exploration work on the Canadian Lithium prospect was carried out in 1955 and
consisted of a diamond drilling campaign. The highlights of this program are outlined in Table
1.2.

These drilling results show continuity of lithium mineralization and grade along strike of the
explored part of the dike and across intersections of up to 70-80 metres (apparent thickness).
This historical drilling program was mostly limited to the northwest —350 metres of an —800-
metre long mapped dike (MERN).
Lithium Chalet Showing
Also noted as a potential target for further exploration is a previously untested 1,000 by 1,500-
metre area located approximately 300 metres directly south of the Canadian Lithium prospect.
This area has seen limited exploration in the past and warrants closer attention, as several
pegmatite dikes are indicated in this area by the MERN regional geological map. This area is
also host to the Lithium Chalet showing, first identified by Mineral Hill Industries in 2010.
It is the recommendation of the consultants that this Property be further explored, particularly
around the historical Canadian Lithium and Augustus occurrences, as well as the recently
discovered Lithium Chalet occurrence. A trenching and stripping program is recommended, in addition to mapping in and around the occurrence. Mapping and stripping should focus on
determining the extent to which the pegmatite occurrences continue across the Property to the
southeast and northwest.
Recommended Work
Pyral Consulting recommends two phases of exploration on the Property. The proposed first
phase consists of a stripping, trenching, channel sampling and mapping survey accompanied by a
geophysical survey consisting of IP (induced polarization) and magnetic survey, with the
stripping, mapping, trenching, and channel sampling portion having an estimated cost of
$157,377. Independent of the success of the first phase, a second phase consisting of diamond

drilling is proposed, with an estimated cost of $455,093. The combined estimated cost for both
phases totals $602,470.

1954-1955 Canadian Lithium Corp drilling — GM 03183-B
Canadian Lithium Corp drilled a total of 38 diamond drill holes in an area that included both the
Canadian Lithium and Augustus Prospects. 23 holes were drilled on the present-day claim block.
11 holes intersected spodumene mineralization in varying degrees.
Hole CL-1 reports an unidentified "violet mineral" near the bottom of the hole, which may in
fact be lepidolite. (Table 6.1 and Table 6.2)
1955 Martin-McNeely Mines Ltd drilling — GM 03315-B
Two of three holes were drilled on the present-day claim area. Both holes intersected spodumene
mineralization. (Table 6.1 and Table 6.2)
1955 Canadian Lithium Corp drills 66 diamond drill holes — GM 03952
In 1955, Canadian Lithium Corp drilled a total of 66 diamond drill holes in an area that included
both the Canadian Lithium and Augustus Prospects. 30 of these holes were drilled on the
present-day claim block. These drill holes are summarized in Table 6.1. Noteworthy intervals are
shown in Table 6.3.
1974 Dome Exploration Canada Ltd — GM 30844
Dome Exploration Canada Ltd. drilled one hole on the present-day property area. This hole
intersected mostly metavolcanics and feldspar porphyry with no spodumene mineralization
reported. (Table 6.1 and Table 6.2)

1977 Certac Mining Corp investigates spodumene-bearing pegmatites — GM 33914
Certac Mining Corp investigated the spodumene bearing pegmatite bodies near the south end of Range 1, Lot 25 and Lot 26. One section, 300 ft in length with an average width of 100 ft, was reported to have a visually-estimated spodumene content of 5-10% by weight (GM 33914). Four chip samples taken from outcrops of these dikes returned 0.60%, 2.33%, 0.93%, and 0.32% Li20 with an average of 1.05% Li20. Small quantities of tantalum and beryl also occur alongside spodumene and lepidolite mineralization. Other, smaller pegmatite dikes, trending roughly northwest, were reported to contain spodumene and lepidolite and are also exposed in the target area.
2010 Mineral Hill Industries identifies "Lithium Chalet" showing
The area was first investigated by Mineral Hill Industries in 2010, where limited prospecting and rock sampling revealed a new lithium occurrence which was dubbed the Lithium Chalet showing (284,770 mE / 5,367,750 mN). Lithium mineralization was identified in an albite-rich, heterogeneous granitic pegmatite dike with limited exposure. Two rock samples collected from the Lithium Chalet showing produced Li20 values of 1.28 and 1.16 wt % with elevated beryllium values of 500ppm and >2,500ppm, respectively.
2011 ZTEM and Aeromagnetic Geophysical survey over Lacorne Property for Rock Tech Lithium - GM 65802
In June 2011, Geotech Ltd. carried out a helicopter-borne geophysical survey for Rock Tech Lithium Inc. over the Lacorne Property. A ZTEM and magnetometer survey were carried out over a total of 4001.3 line-kilometres. The block was flown in a N 0°E azimuth direction with flight line spacing at 200 metres with tie lines perpendicular to the traverse lines at spacing of 2000 metres.
2011 Gerard Lambert Geosciences - GM 66216
In July 2011, Gerard Lambert Geosciences carried out a magnetic survey on behalf of the group of prospectors represented by Jacques Frigon d'Amos, and reported the total magnetic field for the area of interest in a 1:5000 map, with 21 lines spaced 50m apart. The surveyed area covers the entire Augustus and Canadian Lithium Property. Overlays of the 30Hz in-phase total divergence grid and total magnetic intensity (TMI) are shown in Figure 6.6 and Figure 6.7.

7. GEOLOGICAL SETTING AND MINERALIZATION
7.1. Regional Geology
The Canadian Lithium and Augustus Property is located in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt
(Subprovince), which is situated in the southeastern part of the Superior Province of the
Canadian Shield.
The Abitibi Greenstone Belt is comprised of a wide belt of deformed and metamorphosed
volcanic and sedimentary rocks and granitoid batholiths ranging in age from approximately
2,745 to 2,680 Ma that stretches 700 kilometres from northeastern Ontario into northwestern
Quebec.
The Pontiac Subprovince, located to the south of the Property, across the east-west trending
Larder Lake—Cadillac Fault (LLCF), is a Late Archean (ca. 2.7 Ga) metasedimentary-
metavolcanic-granitoid-gneiss terrane situated along the southeastern margin of the Superior
Province of the Canadian Shield in Quebec. The Superior Province extends from Manitoba to
Quebec and is mainly made up of Archean rocks. The general metamorphism is at the
greenschist facies, except in the vicinity of intrusive bodies, where it can go to the amphibolite-
to-granulite facies.
The contact between the Pontiac Subprovince and the rocks of the Abitibi greenstone belt is
characterized by a major fault corridor, the east-west trending Larder Lake—Cadillac Fault Zone,
along which greenstones of the Abitibi Subprovince were thrust over the Pontiac Subprovince.
This structure runs from Larder Lake, Ontario through Rouyn-Noranda, Cadillac, Malartic, Val-
d'Or and Louvicourt, Québec, at which point it is truncated by the Grenville Front.
Regional geology is shown in Figure 7.1 below.

7.2. Local Geology
Note that references to Figure 7.2 are indicated as numbers within parentheses, representing
locations on the map: (1), (2), (3), etc.
The Property is situated on the contact zone between the La Come granitic batholith (1) to the
south and the volcanics of the Aurora Group (4) to the north, which, like most of the
metamorphic rocks in this area, exhibit strong deformation. The general geologic trend is
roughly WNW-ESE.
7.3. Property Geology
Canadian Lithium (West) Block
Quartz monzonites and granodiorites of the La Come batholith (1) comprise the majority of the
Canadian Lithium (west) block, covering approximately the southern 80% of the block. These
rocks are intruded by granodiorites and lithium-bearing pegmatites representing the Canadian
Lithium prospect (2), which are in turn surrounded by sandstone, graphitic, turbiditic mudrocks,
black claystones, and polygenetic conglomerates of the Caste Formation (3). Further to the north,
andesites and/or trachyites and mafic to felsic volcanics of the Aurora Group (4) underlie the
northern remainder of the block.
Numerous parallel, WNW-ESE trending pegmatite dikes intrude near the contact zone between
the Caste Formation and the La Corne batholith, varying in width from 30 to 100 metres (5).
These dikes are likely related to those which comprise the Canadian Lithium prospect directly to
the north.
Augustus (East) Block
Rocks of the La Corne batholith (1) underlie the southern third of the block. These rocks are
followed to the north by volcanics including andesitic basalts and/or basalts and ultramafic
intrusives of the Aurora Group (4). Gabbros cover the remaining northeastern portion of the
block.
Various east-southeast-trending pegmatite dikes and peridotites intrude the northwestern portion
of the Augustus Block, representing the Augustus prospect.
The entire area covering both blocks is intruded by narrow, regionally ubiquitous Proterozoic
diabase dikes (6).
Rock outcrops cover approximately 5% of the property area.
Geological formations in the area are summarized in Figure 7.2.

7.4. Mineralization
Although discrete locations bearing significant spodumene mineralization in pegmatites assaying
up to 1.8% Li20 from historic reports, mineralized zones have yet to be defined on the Property.
The Augustus and Canadian Lithium prospects are considered the most promising exploration
targets on the property. Several 330° to 320° striking, steeply to vertically dipping spodumene-
bearing pegmatite dikes intrude granodiorites and metasediments of the La Come batholith.
Most important of these are three parallel dikes located on the extreme south end of Range 01 /
Lot 25 and Lot 26 and continue southeast through the property covering the Canadian Lithium
pegmatite occurrence. Another set of parallel dikes representing the Augustus pegmatite
occurrence are exposed on Range 10 / Lot 33 to Lot 38. These dikes are associated with the La
Corne batholith, considered to be the main source for lithium mineralization, and contain
aggregates of spodumene and lepidolite, accompanied by trace amounts of beryl.

8. DEPOSIT TYPES
Lithium (spodumene)-bearing LCT (lithium-cesium-tantalum) pegmatites
The following information is taken largely from the USGS Open-File Report 2013-1008: A
Preliminary Deposit Model for Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum (LCT) Pegmatites.
Spodumene occurs in lithium-rich granite pegmatites, known as LCT (lithium-cesium-tantalum)
pegmatites. As an industrial mineral, it sees economic importance as a source of lithium,
containing 8% Li20 when pure, with minor amounts of niobium and tantalum. Spodumene's
gemstone varieties are known as hiddenite and kunzite.
LCT pegmatites are a petrogenically-defined subset of granitic pegmatites that are associated
with certain granites. They consist mostly of quartz, potassium feldspar, albite, and muscovite.
Common accessory minerals include garnet, tourmaline, and apatite. The major lithium ore
minerals are spodumene, petalite, and lepidolite; cesium mainly comes from pollucite; and
tantalum mostly comes from columbite-tantalite. The tin ore, cassierite, and the beryllium ore,
beryl, also occur in LCT pegmatites, aslo a number of gemstones and high-value museum
specimens of rare minerals.
Most LCT pegmatites intrude metasedimenary rocks, typically at low-pressure amphibolite to
upper greenschist facies (Cern)', 1992). This type of pegmatite represents the most highly
differentiated and last to crystallized components of granitic melts. is characterized by an
enrichment of lithium, cesium, and tantalum.
Pegmatite complexes can vary from a few metres to a hundred metres in length. Mineralogical
compositions of pegmatite intrusions vary somewhat by region, but typically, pegmatite
intrusions are zoned and show the following structures from the exterior to the interior: 1) the
rim zone is usually very narrow and fine-grained; 2) the wall zone is normally composed of
quartz, feldspar and muscovite and marks the development of larger crystals typical of
pegmatites; 3) the intermediate zone, when present, comprises more complex mineralogy with
varying amounts of economic minerals such as micas, beryl, spodumene, amblygonite, lepidolite,
colombite-tantalite, and casserite; and 4) the central zone is composed mainly of quartz in pods
or automorph crystals. (Paiement, et al., 2016; Theberge, 2011)
In areas of good bedrock exposure, LCT pegmatites are readily recognized: they are light
coloured with enormous crystals. Granitic pegmatites are relatively resistant and tend to stand
above their surroundings.
Canadian Lithium and Augustus Property NI 43-101 Technical Report 38
Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. Canadian Lithium and Augustus Property
NI 43-101 Technical Report
The identification of possible granitic parents is a key step in evaluating a region for LCT
pegmatite potential. Fertile, peraluminous granites typically contain coarse muscovite that is
green rather than silver; potassium feldspar that is white rather than pink; and accessory garnet,
tourmaline, fluorite, and/or cordierite (Selway and others, 2005). Fertile granites have high
cesium, lithium, rubidium, tin, and tantalum, and low calcium, iron, and magnesium; they also
have unusual elemental ratios (for example, Mg/Li <10 and Nb/Ta <8) (Selway and others,
2005).
LCT pegmatites typically occur in groups, which consist of tens to hundreds of individuals and
cover areas up to a few tens of square kilometres and up to 10 kilometres from the parental
granite, with the distal ones being the most fractionated (Cernÿ, 1991; Breaks and Tindle, 1997).
The most proximal and least evolved pegmatite bodies in an LCT field contain only the standard
rock-forming minerals of an S-type granite. IN the most fractionated pegmatites in successive
regional zones, beryl appears, then columbite, then tantalite and spodumene, and fmally pollucite.
Soil anomalies that can be used to identify LCT pegmatites include arsenic, beryllium, antimony
and tin in a halo of 14-20 km in one case study in lateritic soils, with niobium, tantalum, and
boron forming a smaller 1-5 km halo.

23. ADJACENT PROPERTIES
The Quebec Lithium Mine property, now owned by Canada Lithium, is located approximately
4.5 kilometres east-southeast of the Augustus claim block.
The Quebec Lithium Mine deposit was first discovered in 1942 and was operational from 1952
to 1962. Total production reached 907,200 tonnes, grading 1.4% Li20 (0.65% Li). The mine
reserves were estimated at 18.14 Mt probable reserves grading 1.3% Li20 (0.60% Li), according
to the MERN entry on the "Mine Québec Lithium" (Entry 32C/05-0021). The geology and
mineralization observed at the Quebec Lithium mine is similar to the geology and mineralization
of the Canadian Lithium and Augustus prospects, consisting of a series of pegmatite dikes which
intrude the granodiorite of the La Corne batholith. Mineralization consists of spodumene, beryl,
columbite-tantallite, molybdenite, bismuthenite, and lepidolite. The most significant
concentrations of spodumene are found near the contact between the granodiorite and the
metasediments-metavolcanic unit, as appears to be the case with the Augustus and Canadian
Lithium Prospects.
The Property boundary map is shown in Figure 23.1.

25. INTERPRETATION AND CONCLUSIONS
Pyral Consulting has reviewed the historical data available for the Canadian Lithium and
Augustus Property and conducted its own due diligence in analyzing historical data and
exploration potential of the Property.
It is the recommendation of the Consultants that this Property be further explored, particularly
around the historical Canadian Lithium and Augustus showings. A stripping and channel
sampling program is recommended, in addition to mapping in and around the occurrences along
with geophysics (IP and magnetic), to be followed up with drilling. As the pegmatite occurrences
strike roughly WNW-ESE, mapping, stripping and channel sampling, and/or drilling should
focus on determining the extent to which the pegmatite occurrences continue across the Property.
Canadian Lithium and Augustus Showings
Based on historical information available, particularly from the drilling carried out during the
1950s, the Canadian Lithium and Augustus showings appear to be highly prospective for bulk
tonnage spodumene mineralization.
Due to the limited outcrop exposure in the vicinity of the showing, an IP survey followed by
stripping and channel sampling is recommended to start, in order to determine the extent of the
mineralization here.

26. RECOMMENDATIONS
Pyral Consulting recommends the following two phases of work on the Property:
• Phase 1 — mapping, stripping and channel sampling, magnetic and IP (induced
polarization) geophysical surveys
• Phase 2 — exploration diamond drilling
15.1. Phase 1— Trenching and Mapping Survey
Exposure is relatively uncommon with the exception of the pegmatite showings around the
Canadian Lithium and Augustus showings. Therefore, a detailed mapping campaign should be
accompanied by stripping and channel sampling in areas of excessive overburden, focusing in
the vicinity of the historically-identified spodumene mineralization near the Canadian Lithium
and Augustus showings. The IP survey may aid in locating buried pegmatite bodies.
It is recommended that a series of at least 10-20 trenches be excavated, mapped, and channel
sampled at 1 metre intervals. Geochemical analysis should be carried out on the samples,
utilizing 4-acid digestion, including at least An, As, Be, Bo, Ce, Li, Nb, Rb, Sb, Sn, and Ta,
which may serve as indicators for LCT pegmatite intrusions. Sampling should utilize standards
and blanks placed at regular intervals.
Total cost for Phase 1 stripping, channel sampling, and mapping will be approximately $157,377.
15.2. Phase 2 — Exploration Diamond Drilling
Independent of the success of Phase 1, Pyral Consulting also recommends an initial diamond
drilling campaign of approximately 2,000 metres of drilling in 10-15 drill holes across the
Property, particularly across the Canadian Lithium and Augustus pegmatites, in order to confirm
the historical results from the 1955 drilling campaign carried out by Canadian Lithium Corp and
to expand the mineralized zones on the property.
Geochemical analysis should be carried out on the samples, utilizing 4-acid digestion, including
at least An, As, Be, Bo, Ce, Li, Nb, Rb, Sb, Sn, and Ta, which may serve as indicators for LCT
pegmatite intrusions. Sampling should utilize standards and blanks placed at regular intervals.
An approximate budget for this phase is shown in Table 26.2.
Total cost for Phase 2 will be approximately $445,093 and is independent of the success of Phase
1. Both phases combined will total $602,470.

15.3. Quality Control
It is recommended to implement a rigorous quality control program in future exploration work.
This will permit the usage of sample assay results to be incorporated in a potential future
resource estimation, if one is completed. An industry-standard QA/QC program would include:
• Inserting standards and blanks at regular intervals;
• Inserting core duplicates in regular intervals;
• Inserting pulp duplicates and prep duplicates (selected at crushing phase) at regular
intervals; and
• Submitting a portion of pulp rejects from newly acquired drilling to an umpire laboratory
for check assaying.
