    Foreword This Standard is the English version (issued in 10/2012) of PETROBRAS N-1883 REV. D 07/2012. In case of doubt, the Portuguese version, which is the valid document for all intents and purposes, shall be used. 1 Scope 1.1 This standard discriminates the documents and their minimum content for the preparation and presentation of instrumentation/automation designs for PETROBRAS. The contents described herein refer only to aspects related to the instrumentation/automation discipline. 1.2 This Standard applies to procedures initiated after the date of its issuance. 1.3 This Standard only contains Technical Requirements. 2 Normative References The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document.     4 Reference Documents Engineering documents from other disciplines required for development of the instrumentation design. 4.1 Piping Material Standardization Document that describes all the technical characteristics of the materials used in piping design, serves as the basis for the issuance of the "Standardization of Instrumentation Material". As an example, we may cite PETROBRAS N-76. 4.2 Hazardous Area Classification Lay-Out Drawing that contains all the equipment, the hazardous area classification based on the possibility of gas incidence and allows the instrumentation to define the type of installation to be used, as well as the specification of the electrical apparatus. 4.3 Drainage Lay-Out Drawing used in projects with electric conduits, which allows for elevation of buried components in order to allow the drainage.

    4.4 Ventilation and Air Conditioning Lay-Out Drawing that shall be used to inform in the control system the alarms related to the VAC system, allowing actions and even unit shutdowns due to lack of survival conditions. 4.5 Descriptive Memorandum of the Process It shall contain the description about the process conception and principles, the particular equipment, the facility operation according to process flowcharts, being described the prescribed form of control execution, if the equipment operates in parallel or in series, what is expected from certain equipment and which physical or chemical principles the equipment uses. 4.6 Risk Analysis Report It shall contain the names of the coordinator and technicians of the participating team, and the results of the analysis. The analysis shall show the studied deviations, their causes, the consequences (if any) and indicate whether there is any means of protection. If a serious consequence is identified, without adequate protection, a recommendation or observation to eliminate or mitigate it shall be submitted. APR and HAZOP are examples of risk analysis techniques. 5 General Terms for Design Documents 5.1 The documents contained in this Standard are documents typically used in an instrumentation design. The designs document list shall be agreed with PETROBRAS. According to the size and form of design presentation, the documents mentioned in this Standard may be omitted, and documents not mentioned may be included. 5.2 The documents are grouped in Chapter 6 according to the design phase where they often appear. The documents mentioned for the basic design may be used in the executive design and vice-versa, as needed. 5.3 The instrumentation design documents shall be prepared in accordance with PETROBRAS N-381. 5.4 The content described for each document of this Standard represents the minimum necessary for its acceptance by PETROBRAS instrumentation/automation discipline. 5.5 Any document shall contain a list of reference documents, including those used in the process of this document creation, as well as those that complement the document. 5.6 All fields of any sheet shall be filled. When the field is not used, it shall be filled with a dash "-". 5.7 Whenever a form standardized on paper is replaced by an equivalent in digital media, the content shall necessarily be the same. The format can be changed, provided it is agreed with PETROBRAS. 5.8 The documents of the designer and manufacturer are part of the executive design. 5.9 The design documents shall be issued according to the criteria of PETROBRAS N-2064 and coded by PETROBRAS N-1710.

    5.10 Design Automation Tools When the design is executed with CAE or CAD tools, based on a database system, they shall possess access screens that display to the user the same information contained in the documents, allowing the generation of reports for retrieval of this information and a revision control for each document issued from the database. Such tools shall be approved by PETROBRAS. 6 Specific Conditions The documents of the instrumentation and automation design shall contain, at least, the information mentioned in 6.1 and 6.2, unless otherwise indicated by PETROBRAS. The acronyms between parenthesis refers to the document codes, according to Annex A of PETROBRAS N-1710. 6.1 Basic Design The documents listed bellow, according to companys definition, can be issued by instrumentation and/or process disciplines. 6.1.1 Process Data Sheet (FD) 6.1.1.1 It shall be issued in the forms standardized by PETROBRAS N-2802. It shall contain all process information necessary for the instruments selection and sizing. 6.1.1.2 The process data sheets not contained in PETROBRAS N-2802 shall be issued on forms similar to those defined in PETROBRAS N-2802, containing all process information necessary to the specification of the instruments. 6.1.2 Cause and Effect Matrix (DE) It shall show the interrelationships between events (cause) and actions (effect), which shall occur automatically and controlled by the system (SIS, DCS etc.). It shall be presented in a matrix form with causes on the rows and effects on the columns. 6.1.2.1 It shall be related automatic sequences (shutdown, start-up or operational procedures), and the safety sequences. Those sequences may be in separate documents or in the same document, if properly identified. 6.1.2.2 The table rows shall contain a description of the process cause followed by the tag of the event initiator and number of the flow chart where the initiator is located. Applicable notes may be displayed in a separate column. 6.1.2.3 Similarly, each column of the table shall contain a description of the process effect followed by the tag of the actuator (or description of the action when the tag is unavailable) and the number of the flow chart where the actuator is located. 6.1.2.4 The tags shall be those of the elements that perform the functions of initiator and actuator, and they may be a switch configured on the supervision equipment, a solenoid valve or other. 6.1.2.5 The intersection of rows and columns shall be marked with an "X" according to the association between cause and effect. Reference to notes is also allowed, where applicable.

    6.1.3 Preliminary Engineering Flow Chart (DE) It shall contain the control loops, indications, alarms and interlocks, highlighting the instruments functions and their identification (tag), location, type of control signal (pneumatic, electronic and digital), type of supervision instrumentation (conventional panel, DCS, PC) and pressure safety valves. It shall also contain explanatory notes and recommendations or basic design requirements regarding location or other requirements pertinent to instrumentation. It shall also indicate the control and interlock interconnections with the units supplied in packages and the advanced control system. 6.1.4 SIF Data Sheet (FD) It shall be issued as described in PETROBRAS N-2595. 6.1.5 Calculation Sheet on SIL and MTTFS Verification (MC) It shall be issued as described in PETROBRAS N-2595. 6.1.6 Criteria for Instrumentation Designs (ET) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format according to PETROBRAS N-381, and it shall contain the concepts, standards and criteria to guide the implementation of the documents of the detailed engineering design, which are complementary to or different from those described in PETROBRAS N-1882. Specific criteria from other technologies (example: Foundation Fieldbus) shall be described when there isnt a specific document for this purpose. 6.1.7 Descriptive Memorandum of Automation The purpose of the descriptive memorandum of automation is to define the automation strategies to be adopted for a group of equipment or process procedure. It shall be issued in a form in A4 format, otherwise the existing standardized document to be followed shall be indicated. 6.1.7.1 It shall provide the automation and control functional requirements, the prescribed interfaces with other systems, the typical control and sequencing logic as well as any other automation requirement. 6.1.7.2 The preparation of diagrams for description of the logics and sequencing shall follow one of the following formats:

    a) "Sequential Function Chart," according to IEC-61131-3; b) "State Diagram", according to ISO/IEC 1141; c) "Program Flowchart," according to ISO 5807.

    6.1.7.3 The use of other standards, in addition to those mentioned in 6.1.7.2, shall be previously agreeded with PETROBRAS. 6.1.8 Automation and Control System Architecture (DE) It shall symbolically show the main equipment of the system (DCS, PC, Data Servers, Safety PC, STVM, STT, HMI, EMED, analytical system, package units and others), its physical location and how they interconnect to each other. In this document it shall be clearly shown the types of networks, communication media and protocols used.

    6.1.9 Technical Specification for Special Systems (ET) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format and contain all data and specifications required for the detailed engineering design and for the systems purchase. Typical examples are: STVM, STT, supervision system, data control and acquisition, analytical system and SIS. 6.1.10 Process Control Diagram (DE) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format and contain details of the regulatory control loops with a clear definition of the involved functions and calculations, their interconnection with other loops, cascades and bias. It shall be prepared when the engineering flow chart is not able to completely clarify the loop function. It shall comply with ISA 5.1. 6.1.11 Description of Control Loops (MD) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format and contain explanations about the purpose and manner of operation of the control loops, as well as it shall explicit equations, parameters and algorithms to be adjusted in the functions involved in these loops. It complements and may be complemented by the process control diagram. 6.1.12 Descriptive Memorandum of the Instrumentation System (MD) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format and contain information to enable understanding of the instrumentation/automation design as a whole, the scope of supply for materials, equipment and services and the description of the various elements of the instrumentation systems, individually. 6.1.13 Preliminary List of Alarms and Setpoints (LI) A Preliminary List of Alarms and Setpoints shall be issued in a form in A4 format, as described in PETROBRAS N-2900. 6.1.14 Descriptive Memorandum of Equipment Automation (MD) Destinated to define the automation strategies to be adopted for a group of equipment, it shall be issued in a form in A4 format, otherwise the existing standardized document to be followed shall be indicated. 6.1.14.1 It shall present the automation functional requirements, the interfaces provided with other systems, the typical control logics, as well as any other automation requirement necessary for the execution of the control of that type of equipment. 6.1.14.2 Normally required for the automatism settings for furnaces, pumps and fans. 6.1.15 Technical Specification of Equipment Automation (ET) Destinated to define the automation strategies and requirements necessary for the equipment supply, it shall be issued in a form in A4 format, otherwise the existing standardized document to be followed shall be indicated. 6.1.15.1 It shall provide the standards to be followed, the scope of supply of equipment, instrumentation and related panels, as well as services mentioned in the supply scope.

    6.1.15.2 It shall contain the control and automation functional requirements, define the requirements of interface with other systems or equipment, whether physical or via digital communication, as well as requirements for training, testing, documentation and maintenance needed for the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment. 6.1.15.3 It is generally necessary in the acquisition of packages, such as compressors. 6.2 Executive Design 6.2.1 Design Schedule (CR) It shall chronologically list the activities/documents that are to be performed/issued, the degree of interdependence between the activities/documents, also taking other disciplines into account, with an associated bar chart, identifying the dates of start and end of the activity and the duration. It shall be used a system approved by PETROBRAS. 6.2.2 List of Design Documents (LD) It shall contain all documents to be issued on the design and fields for the document number, title, format, revision, issuance purpose and issue date (latest or prediction). 6.2.3 List of Instruments (LI) It shall be issued in a form standardized by PETROBRAS N-2833. It shall contain all instruments of the unit, including the instrument provided with the equipment and packages. The instruments shall be listed per loop, in alphabetical and ascending order. The list of instruments shall be prepared in the beginning of the design and used with a tool to control the progress of the design, therefore it shall be revised, after inclusion or exclusion of instruments, issuance or cancellation of documents, or as needed. The documents shall only be added to the list after their issuance. Configured and tagged logical/mathematical functions shall be indicated in the list. 6.2.4 List of Cables (LI) 6.2.4.1 It shall be issued in the forms standardized by PETROBRAS N-2833. If the design chooses the simplified form, the electrical interconnection diagram shall be mandatorily issued. When filling it in, it shall be used separate sheets per junction box, or per cabinet/panel, and be listed the types of cables according to PETROBRAS N-1882. The cables between the instruments and the junction boxes shall be identified together with the field instruments tag. 6.2.4.2 The list of network cables shall be issued in a separated document. 6.2.5 Lists of Materials (LI) 6.2.5.1 They shall be issued in a form in A4 or A3 format. 6.2.5.2 The lists shall show the material, its technical specifications, quantities and quantity revisions. 6.2.5.3 The lists may be organized per document or type of material and they shall always relate the documents which originate the indicated amounts.

    6.2.5.4 If there is no material requisition in the design, the descriptions of items from the lists of materials shall be complete, allowing the purchase. 6.2.6 List of Alarms and Setpoints (LI) 6.2.6.1 Form as described in PETROBRAS N-2900, containing information of package alarms that are to be available on the control room operation interface and system alarms, among others, which are not defined in the Basic Design. 6.2.6.2 PETROBRAS N-2900 shall be consulted for details of the contents for each field. 6.2.7 List of Inputs and Outputs (LI) It shall be issued per equipment (DCS, Safety PC, PC etc.) in a form in A4 or A3 format. It shall have at least the following fields:

    a) tag; b) type (analog input, analog output, discrete input,etc.); c) physical address (identification that allows to locate the physical point of input or output

    on the equipment); d) power (2 wires or 4 wires for analog input or voltage level for discrete input and output); e) contact type (NO/NC, for discrete input, define in terms of the field contact; for discrete

    output, define in terms of equipment contact); f) status in operation (energized or de-energized, for discrete input and output); g) redundancy (yes or no).

    6.2.8 List of Communication (LI) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format. It shall include all data exchanged by each communication route between the equipment (DCS, PC, Safety PC and others) through digital medium. Information shall be grouped by type, in accordance with the organization of the communication medium, with at least the following fields:

    a) from (source equipment); b) to (destinated equipment); c) type of communication (ModBus, ProfiBus or other); d) tag; e) function; f) logical address.

    6.2.9 Load Map (LI) 6.2.9.1 It shall be issued in a form in A4 format. It shall include information that enables the identification of the several modules and the instruments allocated on them. It shall also contain the position of each module in the system, with at least the following fields:

    a) panel or cabinet; b) rack or column; c) position or slot; d) type of module (input, output, analog, digital etc.); e) model or code; f) position of allocated instruments (per module).

    6.2.9.2 The network modules shall be described in a similar way. 6.2.10 Technical Specification of Supervision and Control System (ET) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format. It shall define the equipment, its technical specifications, the type of communication between the several components of the system, with their technical requirements and any technical information relevant to the correct understanding of the supervision system. It may be complemented by other specifications. 6.2.11 Safety Instrumented System Documentation It shall be consisted of the documents listed in PETROBRAS N-2595. 6.2.12 Calculation Sheet on Primary Flow Element Sizing (MC) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format. It shall include the calculation of dimensions, maximum flow rate and differential pressure. It shall be made for customized or standardized elements, considering the requirements established by the design criteria. The software and version used shall be informed. 6.2.13 Calculation Report on Control Valve Sizing (MC) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format. The CV, noise level, output velocity and control range (stroke) shall be calculated considering the observations made by the applicable norms and requirements established by the design criteria. The software and version used shall be informed. 6.2.14 Calculation Report on Safety and Relief Valve Sizing (MC) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format. The orifice of the pressure safety valves shall be sized based on the process data, applicable norms and requirements established by the design criteria. The software and version used shall be informed. 6.2.15 Calculation Report on Temperature Well Sizing (MC) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format, based on the process data, applicable norms and requirements established by the design criteria. All necessary specifications, including the well length, material etc shall be recorded. The software and version used shall be informed. 6.2.16 Engineering Flow Chart (DE) The general requirements of the flow chart shall meet PETROBRAS N-1692. In relation to the instrumentation, it shall contain control loops, indication, alarm and interlock showed in details, with the function of each instrument, its identification and location, type of control signal (pneumatic, electronic) and type of instrumentation (conventional panel, SDCD, PC). The accessories needed for installation of the instruments shall not be showed, unless necessary for the comprehension of their functions. The control valves shall have their position indicated in case of failure. The safety and relief valves shall have their diameters and pressure rating of the inlet and outlet nozzles indicated. The instruments of units provided in packages shall be indicated as well, when they are not provided with their own flow chart. The symbology shall follow the criteria of ISA 5.1.

    6.2.17 Standardization of Material for Instrumentation (ET) It shall be issued in a form in A4 format. It shall be the document that describes all the technical characteristics of the materials used in the instrumentation design, being correlated with the piping materials. As an example, it may be cited PETROBRAS N-1931. 6.2.18 Electrical Interconnection Diagram (DE) 6.2.18.1 It shall be issued in a form in either A1 or A2 format. The use of another format of form shall be previously agreed with PETROBRAS. It shall contain information that allows the connection of cables or multi-cables on the instrument, junction boxes, racks, panels, identifying the terminal, wire, cable, conduit, allowing the correct connection of all the circuit elements, from the field to the supervision system. 6.2.18.2 Separation by physical area or equipment is also acceptable to meet the needs of site assembly. 6.2.19 Field Network Segment Diagram (DE) 6.2.19.1 It shall be issued in a form in A3 format. The use of another format of form shall be previously agreed with PETROBRAS. Applicable for motor operated valve network, fieldbus networks, machine monitoring networks and others. 6.2.19.2 It shall contain information enabling the understanding of the network as a whole, showing:

    a) origin point (interface with the Supervisory System); b) interconnection cables with identification; c) length of the segments; d) devices and key components; e) interconnection elements and accessories.

    6.2.19.3 Specific information for each type of network that provides a better understanding and organization of information shall appear in this document. For example, in case of segments of Foundation FieldBus network, the following shall be indicated:

    a) current consumption in the segment; b) macrocycle length; c) asynchronous communication time; d) synchronous communication time; e) total length.

    6.2.19.4 The issuance of this document does not eliminate the need to issue the loop diagram. 6.2.20 Control Room Layout Lay-out (DE) 6.2.20.1 It shall be issued in a form in either A1 or A0 format. It shall present the lay-out of the control room with all panels and equipment (including the future ones) that compose the room, identified and positioned in scale, and with their height indicated. Indicate section views of the arrival of cables, trays, electric raceways, and raised floors. It shall also show the auxiliary systems such as batteries, telecommunication, air conditioning, pressurization and others.

    6.2.20.2 It shall be provided space for movement, entrance and exit of equipment and maintenance. 6.2.21 Pneumatic Instrumentation Lay-out (DE) 6.2.21.1 It shall be issued in a form in either A1 or A0 format. It shall be made in the same scale and limits of the piping plan, indicating equipment and columns and the air distribution lines with diameters and elevations. 6.2.21.2 The instruments and pneumatic junction boxes, their location and elevation, shall be indicated, as well as the interconnections between field instruments and symbols used. 6.2.21.3 The north arrow and coordinates of the drawing shall be represented and in case of more than two drawings there shall be, along with the legend, a key-layout of the unit with the location of the drawing in question hatched. 6.2.21.4 The document shall also include data such as tray width, elevations, and elevation changes, supports, number and identification of pipes and multipipes in which they travel, and any other data necessary for the correct interpretation of the document and assembly. 6.2.21.5 It shall be made a summary of all the material mentioned in the lay-out, including the support materials used for the assembly, being acceptable a list issued separated, provided it is related to the lay-out. 6.2.21.6 It is allowed incorporation of this document to the electrical instrumentation lay-out, provided the document dont get too much confusing. 6.2.22 Electrical Instrumentation Lay-out (DE) 6.2.22.1 It shall be issued in a form in either A1 or A0 format. It shall be made in the same scale and limits of the piping and/or electrical lay-out, indicating equipment and columns. 6.2.22.2 The instruments and electrical and electronic junction boxes, their location and elevation shall be indicated. 6.2.22.3 Data such as conduit gauge, tray width, elevation and elevation changes, the type of signal, quantity and identification of cables and multi-cables shall be indicated in the drawing, as well as the necessary support. 6.2.22.4 It shall be represented the north arrow and coordinates of the drawing, the number of the drawing where the electrical instrumentation lay-out is continued, and when is used more than 2 drawings there shall be, along with the legend, a key-layout of the unit with the location of the drawing in question hatched. 6.2.22.5 It shall be made a summary of all the material mentioned in the lay-out, including the support materials used for the assembly, being acceptable a list issued in separate, provided it is related to the lay-out.

    6.2.22.6 The symbology and codification shall be prepared in accordance with PETROBRAS N-898, whenever applicable. 6.2.23 Control Room Multi-Cables Routing Lay-out (DE) 6.2.23.1 It shall be issued in a form in either A1 or A0 format. It shall show how the multi-cables arrive in the control room and the route they take until the destination. The interconnections between the panels shall also be detailed, as well as the section views and details of channels, trays and conduits with the identification of cables and circuits. 6.2.23.2 It shall be indicated the grounding points for the instrumentation and the cables connecting these points to the electrical ground bar. 6.2.23.3 It shall be made a summary of all the material mentioned in the lay-out, including the support materials used for the assembly, being acceptable a list issued in separate, provided it is related to the lay-out. 6.2.23.4 The cables and multi-cables shall be identified so that it is possible to track their routing within the room. 6.2.24 Loop Diagram (DE) 6.2.24.1 It shall be issued in a form in A3 format. The instruments shall be distributed in columns according to their physical location (field, junction box, marshalling panel, panel, DCS and others). The document shall contain all loop components with their tags, the identification of all terminals in the instruments, panels, junction boxes and marshaling panels, the identification of cables and multi-cables, connection to power supplies, showing the values of voltage and/or pressure, also representing the fuses together with their capacities and ground bars. 6.2.24.2 The document shall show the full loop, containing information relevant to the DCS, such as: terminal blocks, location, physical address and simplified representation of the configured functions. 6.2.24.3 It shall be represented a loop per sheet, except when they are only for indication, where up to 3 loops can be shown. 6.2.24.4 It shall be represented in the document the symbology and codification and it shall have an index with tags in alphabetical order and the number of the sheet, when the document has more than 15 sheets. ISA 5.4 shall be used as reference. 6.2.25 Logic Diagram (DE) 6.2.25.1 It shall be generated according to the criteria prescribed in ISA 5.2 and with symbols defined therein, in A3, A2 or A1 format, as defined by the user, in order to allow for the unequivocal understanding of the logic. 6.2.25.2 It shall present the logic and discrete functions to be performed, including, beyond those defined in the basic design, the recognition logic, by-pass and reset of functions, as well as automatisms and selection of equipment start-up (main and reserve).

    6.2.25.3 The information of a single logic shall (whenever possible) be contained on a single sheet, facilitating comprehension. The document shall represent the logic in its simplest form. 6.2.25.4 The values of adjustable parameters such as: timers, counters etc. shall be indicated in a clear way. 6.2.25.5 It shall be included and index sheet with the tags in alphabetical order and number of the sheets where the tags are referenced. 6.2.26 Details of Process Installation (DE) 6.2.26.1 It shall be issued in a form standardized by PETROBRAS N-2833, in accordance with PETROBRAS N-2791. 6.2.26.2 The document shall include all materials necessary for the assembly, their specification (pressure rating, diameter, material type), the supply limit between the piping and the instrumentation, orientation of taps, inclination of tubes in remote assemblies and their respective elevations. 6.2.26.3 In the differential pressure instruments, the high and low pressure taps shall be clearly identified. 6.2.26.4 There shall be a sheet with the symbology used and, when the document has more than 15 sheets, an index with tags in alphabetical order. 6.2.27 Pneumatic Installation Detail (DE) 6.2.27.1 It shall be issued in a form standardized by PETROBRAS N-2833. 6.2.27.2 The document shall include all materials necessary for the assembly, their specification (pressure rating, diameter, material type), the supply limit between this detail and the pneumatic location lay-out, as well as the whole pneumatic part from the air supply block valve up to the interconnections between the instruments, all represented in a single sheet. If the panel instrumentation is also pneumatic, the connection points up to the panel shall be identified. 6.2.27.3 There shall be a sheet with the symbology used and, when the document has more than 15 sheets, an index with the tags in alphabetical order. 6.2.28 Electrical Installation Detail (DE) 6.2.28.1 It shall be issued in a form standardized by PETROBRAS N-2833. 6.2.28.2 The document shall include all materials necessary for the assembly, their specification (diameter, material type, protection degree, type of protection) and the supply limit between this detail and the electrical location lay-out, usually a condulet.

    6.2.28.3 There shall be a sheet with the symbology used and, when the document has more than 15 sheets, an index with the tags in alphabetical order. 6.2.28.4 The detail shall have clearly indicated which hazardous area classification it serves. 6.2.29 Functional Diagram (DE) 6.2.29.1 It shall be issued in a form in A3 format and the symbology shall be in accordance with PETROBRAS N-898. 6.2.29.2 It shall show all electrical circuits that perform the control and/or interlocking logic of an equipment device or system. 6.2.29.3 The document shall include all power supplies, the instruments that are part of the circuit, switches, fuses, relays and terminals. 6.2.29.4 All elements shall be shown in de-energized conditions. 6.2.29.5 The document shall be directed per address in order to easily find the contacts of a relay or switch in other sheets and vice versa. 6.2.30 List of Instrumentation Electrical Charges (LI) 6.2.30.1 It shall be issued in a form in A4 format and shall contain a description of the instrumentation electrical charges, their location, the power, voltage and frequency (AC or DC). 6.2.30.2 For reliable power systems, it shall be specified their autonomy in the event of failure of the normal power supply. 6.2.31 General Details Assembly (DE) 6.2.31.1 It shall be issued in a form in A3 format and the forms standardized by PETROBRAS N-2833 shall be used. 6.2.31.2 This document shall include the details of metallic structures (local panels), support for instruments, conduits and trays assembly. 6.2.31.3 It shall be listed, for each support detail, the instruments or equipment to which the referred detail applies. 6.2.31.4 There shall be a sheet with the symbology used and, when the document has more than 15 sheets, an index with the tags in alphabetical order.

    6.2.32 Automation and Control System Architecture Drawing (DE) It shall symbolically show all equipment of the system (DCS, PC, Data Servers, Safety PC, STVM, STT, HMI, EMED, analytical system, package units and others), with its identification, physical location and how they interconnect to each other. In this document it shall be clear the types of networks, communication media and protocols used. 6.2.33 Instruments Data Sheet (FD) It shall be issued in the forms standardized by PETROBRAS N-2802. It shall contain all information necessary for the detailed engineering design and instruments purchase. 6.2.34 Material Requisition (RM) It shall be issued according to PETROBRAS N-1913 and N-2833. It shall contain the information necessary for the purchase of materials, necessary documents, manuals that shall be delivered and trainings that shall be given, among others. 6.2.35 Technical Report (PT) It shall contain all the information described on 6.2.35.1 to 6.2.35.4. 6.2.35.1 Object Definition of the object or purpose of the report, presenting the documentation issued for the purchase. 6.2.35.2 Proposals Presentation of received documentation for technical analysis. 6.2.35.3 Technical Analysis Summary of the activity of analysis of the received documents, as well as the activity of ratification, homogenization and standardization of the items analyzed. This analysis shall include supply deadlines. 6.2.35.4 Conclusion Conclusive indication of the report. Recommendations shall not affect the conclusion. NOTE When there is more than one proposal, together with the technical report shall be presented

    a comparative map of the submitted proposals including all items listed on data sheets, material requisitions and other documents that are integral part of the purchase order.

    6.2.36 Documentation Issued by Manufacturers In addition to the common design documents already mentioned, the documentation issued by manufacturers shall include the provisions of items 6.2.36.1 to 6.2.36.6.

    6.2.36.1 Manufacturing Schedule It shall be prepared, preferably by PERT system, Gant or similar with a clear identification of the critical path(s) for the equipment manufacturing. It shall be provided with the technical proposal, in a simplified way, and presented by the bidding process winner in details. 6.2.36.2 Drawings of Equipment, Instrument or Material They shall be issued for approval by the designer according to the priority for the manufacturing of materials, as well as release of information for the design development. They shall be issued, subsequently, on a certified basis. 6.2.36.3 List of Documents The list shall identify all documents to be prepared by the manufacturer and shall show the dates on which each listed document is expected to be issued. 6.2.36.4 Test Reports The purchase documents issued by the designer shall define which type tests are needed. They shall also define the need to send test results on prototype tests. The test reports shall be submitted to the design department for analysis, as soon as they are made, whether or not assisted by the purchaser. 6.2.36.5 Manuals of Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Equipment/Instruments Documents submitted by the manufacturer/supplier to the department responsible for the executive design, containing at least:

    a) technical specifications of equipment/instrument, as well as all components and accessories requested;

    b) schematic drawings and detailed wiring diagrams indicating components and test points; c) data sheets duly filled out "as purchased" or "as built"; d) communication tables (logic address, example: ModBus) that allow the configuration of all

    digital systems connected to the equipment being supplied according to PETROBRAS standard;

    e) procedures for assembly; f) procedures for operation; g) list of spare parts for 2 years of operation; h) technical catalogs with all the characteristic data; i) trial and test reports; j) instructions for storage.

    6.2.36.6 Certifications It shall be provided the certifications attesting the compliance with the purchase specifications or specific characteristics of installation, use or performance, required by PETROBRAS, regulatory bodies or specific legislation. They shall be issued by entities legally authorized.
