THE LATEST IN ON-SITE WATER PACKAGING The Next Generation Expeditionary Water Packaging System, known as the Water Bottling Plant 1300 (WBP 1300), is a rugged, deployable, highly compact water bottling capability. Housed in a modified 20-foot ISO container, the system can be transported to a remote location and connected to any approved, potable water source, where personnel can safely produce bottled water on-site. Bottle manufacturing, filling, sterilization, capping, and labeling are all accomplished in one operation, drastically reducing the logistics and force protection challenges associated with contracted bottled water distribution. The system is ideally suited for use in austere military contingency base camps and disaster relief operations anywhere in the world.

NEXT GENERATION EXPEDITIONARY WATER PACKAGING SYSTEM REDUCES COSTS AND OPERATIONAL RISKS

    EWPS WATER PACKAGING SYSTEM

Building on our successful history of producing over 34 million bottles of non-Chlorinated water at austere deployed locations in Iraq and Afghanistan, the WBP 1300 is the next generation of commercial off the shelf, deployable water bottling capability. The increased automation of the WBP 1300 results in a reduction in both operator manning requirements and service downtime.

NEXT GENERATION EXPEDITIONARY WATER PACKAGING SYSTE HIGHLIGHTS • Reduced logistics footprint: uses approved local water sources and

eliminates need for bottled water resupply missions • Improved safety: self-contained capability allows

complete oversight of entire production operation • Rugged design: commercial components are

designed to withstand harsh environments • Fully expeditionary: the system is designed for rapid transport by

air, sea or land with easy setup, teardown and redeployment • Cost effective: local production with a reduced supply chain

reduces costs versus traditional commercial contract sources • Over 34 million bottles of non-Chlorinated water produced

with no microbiological contamination • Commercial off the shelf integrated solution provides the lowest

risk solution with no R&D costs • WBP 1300 is currently in service with allied and western militaries

LOGISTICAL ADVANTAGES Our non-Chlorinated water bottling solution has a rich history of successful operations in austere environments. The U.S. Army Public Health Command, in their 2011 Shelf Life Study of our previous system, the WBP 700, reported that our bottled water can remain . . . “safe for consumption, even when stored under adverse field conditions, for a period of up to 12 months after the production date.”
