Delighted Customers. Unbeatable Integrations. Nexonia Newsletter for Intacct Employees and Partners August 2015 Hello there, First a note about our competition. We’ve seen a recent “XXXX compared to Nexonia with Intacct” web page that is factually inaccurate and quite frankly misleading. We’ve raised this with the competitor, but they haven’t updated their page based on our feedback, so it’s now a reflection on them. I can assure you that we will never, ever say anything misleading to win business. Never. We’re the clear leader in working with Intacct for several reasons, notably our product, our integration, our flexibility and I also believe our corporate values and ethics. We won’t ever change any of that, no matter what the competition does. Our Things Competitors Say page will be updated soon to reflect this latest competitor effort. There are also a couple small gaps pointed out in the web page I mentioned above, so we’ll close those soon. We don’t do exhaustive comparison pages for a reason... we don’t want to give anyone a checklist of what to do. Maybe their plan backfired? :) Neil, CEO August was a big month for us for a number of reasons: First and most importantly, we started our customer satisfaction surveys and the feedback has been awesome. We've received some very positive comments and also some indicating we need to do more work (which we look at very closely and act on). All of it is very much appreciated! Second we just enhanced our webbased menu system. (You’ll now notice scrolling up doesn’t lose the menu anymore.) There is a lot more coming in our web UI and it’ll typically come with a new update about once a month for quite some time. These updates will always be launched with an eye to our customers saying “I get it, that’s nice." As always, we’ve added a lot of refinements and new features based on your feedback One of the things that our customer surveys showed us is that we need to get more information to our end users. You as a partner receive this newsletter every month, but your end users don’t get anything similar. That’s about to change. Starting midSeptember we’re going to start a semimonthly enduser newsletter that’ll go out midmonth. We’ll deploy three months in a row to get started as we have a lot to share and then we’re going to scale back to semimonthly. Of course, recipients can always remove themselves from distribution by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of Nexonia emails, but we hope endusers will want to stay in the loop. If you would like to learn more about the updates outlined this month, or you have any other inquiries, you can reach us anytime at [email protected] . WHAT'S NEW ON THE WEB New Menu: It looks nicer and cleaner and if you scroll the menu will stay at the top. This new look is coming in a month or two to our tables and menus underneath the main menu Expense Recall: This is a webonly feature (coming soon to mobile) where employees can now recall submitted expenses not already approved! Delighted Customers. Unbeatable Integrations.

Nexonia Newsletter for Intacct Employees and Partners August 2015

Hello there,

First a note about our competition. We’ve seen a recent “XXXX compared to Nexonia with Intacct” web page that isfactually inaccurate and quite frankly misleading. We’ve raised this with the competitor, but they haven’t updated theirpage based on our feedback, so it’s now a reflection on them. I can assure you that we will never, ever say anythingmisleading to win business. Never. We’re the clear leader in working with Intacct for several reasons, notably our product,our integration, our flexibility and I also believe our corporate values and ethics. We won’t ever change any of that, nomatter what the competition does. Our Things Competitors Say page will be updated soon to reflect this latest competitoreffort. There are also a couple small gaps pointed out in the web page I mentioned above, so we’ll close those soon. Wedon’t do exhaustive comparison pages for a reason... we don’t want to give anyone a checklist of what to do. Maybe theirplan backfired? :) Neil, CEO

August was a big month for us for a number of reasons:

First and most importantly, we started our customer satisfaction surveys and the feedback has been awesome.We've received some very positive comments and also some indicating we need to do more work (which we lookat very closely and act on). All of it is very much appreciated!Second we just enhanced our webbased menu system. (You’ll now notice scrolling up doesn’t lose the menuanymore.) There is a lot more coming in our web UI and it’ll typically come with a new update about once a monthfor quite some time. These updates will always be launched with an eye to our customers saying “I get it, that’snice."As always, we’ve added a lot of refinements and new features based on your feedback

One of the things that our customer surveys showed us is that we need to get more information to our end users. You as apartner receive this newsletter every month, but your end users don’t get anything similar. That’s about to change. StartingmidSeptember we’re going to start a semimonthly enduser newsletter that’ll go out midmonth. We’ll deploy threemonths in a row to get started as we have a lot to share and then we’re going to scale back to semimonthly. Of course,recipients can always remove themselves from distribution by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of Nexoniaemails, but we hope endusers will want to stay in the loop.

If you would like to learn more about the updates outlined this month, or you have any other inquiries, you can reach usanytime at [email protected]
