October was a month of expansion and contraction as new

energies mingled with old energies in an effort to find a

new level of balance. Many people have found their plans

changing and things not coming together quite as smoothlyas usual, and while this can be frustrating at times, it is part

of the massive restructuring we are currently experiencing.

Our planet is changing, our bodies are recalibrating

and the consciousness of humanity is shifting expo-

nentially. We are experiencing the greatest shift in

the history of creation and we have chosen to re-

main in the physical body to do this. This has never

been done beforeever. Those in the galactic, ce-lestial and angelic realms watch in awe as human

beings partake in a grand experience that will not

only change our lives, but have an outreaching effect

on the entire planet, solar system, galaxy, and in-

deed, all of creation.

At present we are releasing huge amounts of old

energy as new energy pours onto the planet and this

can be uncomfortable. You may have had moments

of feeling limited and restricted this month, andexperienced the frustration that these restrictions

and limitations can bring. It seemed, as a friend so

aptly put it, that the old energy didnt know where

to go, so it just built up and caused this feeling of

pressure. Then just as quickly it released and things

began to move forward again.

The coming months will see us finishing off things

that are no longer needed in our lives, releasing old

energies and leaving behind the past. This needs tooccur if we are to find a new balance within our-

selves and thus across the planet. It is a time to be

very conscious about what you want, to leave be-

hind victimhood and to own your true nature as a

creator.

We may see more events like Hurricane Sandy, but

remember, this is a time to remain balanced, to

breathe and acknowledge who you are. It is not a

time to buy into fear and drama because this will

not support the planet or the shift we are experi-

encing.

Conscious Breathing will centre you in your safe

space, a place where you can commune with your

soul and know that you are in the right place at

the right time. You may see drama and chaos

around you, but it is all simply energy. Have com-

passion for those who are in difficulty and honour

the path they have chosen at this time, because

every single one of us is contributing in some way

planet, not all will choose to be conscious of the

shift or remain in their balance, but there are
