I'm happy to announce that we're merging with Lenco Mobile. I'm excited about this for a number of reasons, including:
The combination adds new rich media technology to what we offer. Most important, it will allow us to launch and run large scale MMS campaigns for our customers and to do so immediately
The Lenco team brings deep knowledge gained through running large-scale campaigns for some of the largest enterprises in the world of how to take advantage of MMS and other rich media technology to build and run extraordinarily successful campaigns
The combination gives us much stronger international coverage. Lenco has coverage in Europe, and large teams in place in Africa and Asia. Those teams will now be part of an integrated global team that supports our customers' worldwide campaigns.
As you might imagine, we are excited about what this means for our customers. The decision to combine was not especially difficult. We've built our business on one fundamental principle: we seek out the best customers, we service them to the utmost of our abilities, and we always, always listen to their feedback. For the past year and a half, our best customers have been asking us for MMS at scale, for more education and more mobile marketing insights, and for stronger global coverage. We were fortunate enough to find all of that in just one partner and thus spent the time and energy to put the two companies together. We couldn't be happier with the results.
