NEW TUBOMATIC H135 ESThe new Tubomatic H135 ES is the ideal machine for crimping flexible hydraulic hoses up to 2” six spirals and industrial hose up to 3’’.Please beware that the H80 model, definitely out of production, was replaced by the H135 model.

NEW AV02 ELWe are glad to introduce the new AV02 EL electrical unwin-der-winder, the ideal accessory for machining hose coils up to a 2” 1/2 diameter with a 500 Kg maximum capacity.

MAIN FEATURES

■ Two-speed clockwise/anticlockwise rotation motorised hose winding wheel, positioned on a motorized swinging support for a work speed ranging between 0° (vertical) and 90° (horizontal);

■ Hose winding wheel (actuatable even manually) with high robustness to allow considerable loads;

■ Ergonomic movement due to the use of a pushbutton panel complete with all controls of the winding machine;

NEW BC 1200 ECOThe New BC 1200 ECO test bench up to 1200 bars is ideal for testing small hoses in terms of overall dimensions and length. Though simple, BC1200 ECO is a basic but extremely functio-nal bench. Its essential shapes, dimensions and components allows drastically cutting production and maintenance costs thus allowing obtaining a competitive product both from a functionality and price point of view.

MAIN FEATURES

■ Pneumatic supply and management (no electrical controls);■ Block provided with a quick coupling connection;■ Test steps manually managed by the operator, same case applying to test pressure regulation as well as filling and emptying times;

We propose two of the main new products introduced early this year: the Unispeed USFL 24/37 ES and the C50 ES tube bender.

NEW UNISPEED USFL 24/37 ESUnispeed USFL 24/37 ES allows preassembling DIN2353 rings and 37° flaring of hydraulic tubes up to 42 mm diameter and a maximum thickness of 4 mm.The machine is equipped with a double working level: an upper level for bends up to 180° and a lower one for standard tubes. The electronic control ensures enhanced performance and makes the new Unispeed USFL 24/37 ES particularly suitable for high volume production.

■Useful information

ENVIRONMENTParticular conditions such as ultraviolet lights, the ozone la-yer, salty water, fuels, oils, fats, volatile chemical compounds, acids, disinfectants, aggressive chemical agents in general and particularly harsh applications such as vibrations and intense movements, can lead to an early deterioration of the clamp gasket and some metal components. We therefore recommend scheduling a periodic control regarding the wear conditions of the components and, if necessary, replace them immediately.

WEARReplace the gasket every 4 years if the clamp is not assem-bled, and every 2 years should it be mounted on the flexible hose.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONSPlease bear in mind that the procedures indicated in the assem-bly instructions found in any Stopflex packaging are funda-mental to guarantee the correct operation of the system, thus ensure that the operators and the customers meet the required conditions.
