Certificate in Business (First Line Management) (Level 4) is designed to provide New Zealand business entities with people who can manage effective teams when employed in first line management roles.
Graduates of this qualification will be able to manage teams in an effective manner in a bi- and multi-cultural environment to achieve organisational goals.
CREDITS: 60
DURATION: Part-Time
5 Full Days Face-to-Face (sessions/workshops)
12 Months to Complete

600 (For each credit allow about 10 hours of study. This may be higher near assessment due dates)

• Approx. 21 weeks’ duration
• 270 Learning Hours including face-to-face session(s), self-study and assessment
MANAGING YOURSELFLearn how to manage yourself whilst contributing to your workplace objective:
• Approx. 10 weeks’ duration
• 130 Learning Hours including face-to-face session(s), self-study and assessment
