New Tiger safari zone opens at Ranthambore January brought great news for fans of Tiger safaris. The Ranthambore National Park, one of the leading destinations for Tiger sightings in the world, opened a new zone for Tiger safaris. The new zone was created in the area of Antri and was opened to tourists from January 18 onwards. The idea behind creating this new safari zone was to reduce tourist pressure on the other existing nine zones for Tiger Safaris in the Ranthambore National Park. Explaining the benefits of creating the new Tiger Safari Zone at Antri, Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar, Field Director of the Ranthambore National Park explained, "We have been working on this zone for nearly two to three months. It is just 10km away from the main national park. There are four or five adult Tigers and three cubs in this zone," He further explained that the new zone has some beautiful natural bodies of water and the presence of a species of wild Panther in the area is an added attraction for tourists to go visit the new zone. New Tiger safari zone opens at Ranthambore

January brought great news for fans of Tiger safaris. The Ranthambore National Park, one of the leading

destinations for Tiger sightings in the world, opened a new zone for Tiger safaris.

The new zone was created in the area of Antri and was opened to tourists from January 18 onwards. The

idea behind creating this new safari zone was to reduce tourist pressure on the other existing nine zones

for Tiger Safaris in the Ranthambore National Park.
