About the Company

New Life Catalyst (NLC), founded by Ms. Latha & Mr. Jeyapal, was born to facilitate

people in discovering their true inner potential and to improve the quality of their

daily life.

We use Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), defined as science of achievement, to

create behavioral changes. NLP helps to make sure we are fit to handle our life both

emotionally and mentally.

We conduct workshops for the colleges, corporate, and for the public. We use a

mixture of English and Tamil depending on the participants to comfortably drive

home the innovative concepts of NLP.

Hundreds of people, from all walks of life, have attended and benefitted from our

workshops. Some of these participants include students, house wives, teaching

faculties, doctors, doctorates, police personnel, CEOs, trainers, network marketing

professionals, etc.

Our Vision:

To touch one million hearts by the year 2025

Outcomes

To communicate in a way that builds rapport with others by understanding

how they perceive and interpret the world around them

To reprogram your mind to experience and interpret events in a more

empowering way

“Why you like some subjects and dislike others? How to change your feelings

towards the subjects you hate?”

To speak sensory specific language that influences people around you

“Some students never obey my instructions.”

To understand your friends’ thoughts by observing their eye movements

To erase the feelings of hurt and anger through a simple and powerful process

To interrupt destructive chains of thoughts and permanently break their links

To make your goal exciting and inspiring by asking the right questions

“Why do I start working on so many goals but never sustain and finish?”

To change your thought process in a way that constantly motivates you to

move towards your goal

To deal with your inner voice / noise by asking the right questions to

disempower negative thoughts

To understand the meaning of unspoken words which communicate more

than the spoken ones.

“Why does this always happen to me?”; “Why do I always make the wrong

choices?”

To challenge objections, self-criticisms and deal with them at their roots

.

Outcomes

To understand how your brain integrates the five senses to perceive,

interpret, represent and store events, conversations and all life experiences.

To become aware if you are a passive victim, always looking for a rescuer

“I would have been very happy in life if my parents had helped me!”

To take responsibility for your life instead of persecuting something or

someone for whatever is happening in your life

To be empathetic towards others

To understand why someone is behaving the way he/she is

To develop a neutral view point for your personal problems so that you can

observe, analyze and decide objectively

“My boss is always rude and impatient with me. Does he even value me ?”

Overcome your fears - “I am so scared of talking in public!”; “I am afraid of

bugs / animals.”

Readymade instant formula for confidence, creativity, happiness and more!

Why “listening to this song always makes me feel upset”?

“My 5 year old daughter never shuts her mouth.” She is intelligent enough

to always have something to share.

Can you convert problems to challenges? Transform a half empty glass to

half full glass?

Enjoy all the benefits of being free from the past and design the future ……

the way you want it.

To break unwanted habits and replace with useful ones

- INTHRAA, House wife, Erode

Outcomes

Are you scared to speak in front of others?

Do you honour your inner voice when it says “I am exhausted”?

Do you often hear “Can’t you understand me” from others?

I lived a disciplined life; but why is there no one around me in my old age?

I took care of my son extremely well; but now he has become a coward; he is

scared of making decisions, and has become a college drop-out. Why?

Dispute with my spouse; will it affect my son’s studies?

Sell a pin or a plane. How to sell differently?

HR head-ache: how to place the right person at the right position?

Can I learn any new skill even at this age?

Why am I switching jobs too frequently?

How to overcome exam stress?

Marriage breakup within six months. Why this to me?

Why can’t I say NO to others even when I don’t like something?

Lethargic in everything; how can I be motivated?

I am always pessimistic; how can I become optimistic?

Continuous fault finding spouse and my life is miserable; any way out?

How can you write books / articles which everyone will like?

How can I present my views to my boss?

Lack of confidence? How to overcome?

Lost loved ones. Fear of loneliness after retirement?

A Glimpse at What NLC Offers

NLP Filters

Filters are like tinted viewing glasses for the mind. These determine how we

interpret an experience.

The same experience may trigger different reactions, emotions and

interpretations based on our internal “Filters”.

Major Representational Systems

Although most of us know more than one language to speak, we have only

one preferred language. Our most comfortable language in which we can

expressly freely and communicate effectively.

Likewise, our mind has a preference in sensory perceptions. Visual, Auditory and

Kinesthetic are major representational systems in us which help us recreate events

and experiences in our mind

Scrambling

Thoughts attract thoughts. Many of us have the habit of a destructive chain

of thoughts which are linked so strongly that just a small trigger is enough to

make us go through the entire chain. You see some word / person

somewhere. This immediately leads on to some bad memory. You get into

the details. Before you know it, you have re-lived the entire undesirable

scenario in our heads

Thought pattern interruption is one of the most important techniques to

learn.

Goal Setting

New Year Resolutions, Birthday Resolutions and so many more goals are

created every year only to be replaced by a new set of goals every year

without attaining any of it.

Why do people set up goals but then lack the passion to follow up? How

many times have you told yourself “I will lose 5kgs in two months; I will quit

smoking this year; I will clear this exam this time.”?

Perceptual Positions

Everybody knows the phrase “to be in another person’s shoes” but in times

of conflict how effectively can we actually understand others’ viewpoints?

Meta Model

Each of you has a unique way of processing the data you receive. You

accepted, sub consciously, a lot of “facts”, which causes you to restrict

yourself

The right questions can help you pin-point those limitations and overcome

them

- CEO, Vision Unlimited, Chennai

Drama Triangle

At some point in life, most of us would have played the role of a victim,

persecutor, and a rescuer. Knowing the delicate dynamics of these roles will

help in consciously avoiding the self-defeating triangle of roles.

Latha Jeyapal – Life Skills Trainer

About the Trainer

After being a Draftsperson in PWD, home maker, network marketing professional she

found eternal bliss in changing peoples’ lives around her.

She wanted to help people channel the power of their mind to improve the quality of

daily life. She sought the following trainings to find the tool which will allow her to

transform peoples’ lives in the shortest time:

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Extra Sensory

Perception (ESP), Emotional Freedom Techniques

(EFT), Law Of Attraction, 7 Chakra Meditation,

Kundalini Meditation, Yoga and Pranayama.

She has attended many spiritual, and various self-

help trainings to understand the science behind the

mind and how it operates.

Having undergone trainings by leaders from all walks of life, she finds Neuro Linguistic

Programming (NLP) to be one of the most effective tools for Personal change.

She was first introduced to NLP by the NLP master trainer Mr.Ashok Subramanian in

2006. Her search for a tool to assist her in being a master of her mind came to an

end; and her thirst began in how she can take it to the society at large.

She has delivered business trainings to a huge audience of more than 500 people in a

business meet when she was a network marketing professional. She then equipped

herself to deliver NLP also to a large audience.

She is happy to share that she is one of the first female NLP trainers to facilitate

courses using a mix of Tamil & English.

Ms. Latha is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP from National Federation of Neuro

Linguistic Programming (NFNLP), Florida, USA.

She is also a Certified NLP Business Practitioner from the The Association for NLP

(ANLP), UK, directly trained by Sue Knight and Collin Spencer

Jeyapal K - Director

About the Director:

Heartfelt transformation is an instant happening. NLP says transformation does not

necessarily have to be a long process.

Mr. Jeyapal is a living proof of this NLP philosophy. He watched an NLP session. In the

session a trainer was counseling a person who came with a

family issue which was troubling him for the past 10 years.

Jeyapal was amazed to see an instant transformation in the

person’s way of thinking. That was an important revelation

to him and he was thrilled to know that NLP can do so

much! That person has been leading a happy life since then.

This experience prompted him to think how he can contribute

to the betterment of the society at large using this tool. He

left his career of 22 years in IT field to find a way to improve

the lives of people. He was thinking about how to find a

common solution to address all the problems faced by people around him and thus

he got attracted and interested in the field of MIND HEALING using NLP. He was

practicing Yoga and Meditation for self for many years.

Mr. Jeyapal is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP from National Federation of

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NFNLP), Florida, USA.

He is a Certified NLP Practitioner from Shinota Consulting, trained by Mr. Ashok

Subramanian.

He also expanded his skills in the following fields:

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Alpha Mind Power meditation & relaxation

techniques, Reiki healing and Yoga & Pranayama.

He did his Masters from the Regional Engineering College (currently NIT) and was

teaching in the same college before moving to the software profession.

He has travelled extensively including an extended 6 year stay in the USA and 10

years in northern part of India including Delhi.

His exposure to different cultures and regions along with his experience in various

organizations has helped him to excel in his passionate field of equipping the mind

including one-to-one counseling using NLP.
