Surette WärnichSurette Wärnich is a Senior Lecturer of Human Resource Management in the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of South Africa (Unisa). She is a registered psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa and is also registered as a Master HR Practitioner in the Generalist category with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP).

Norbert F. ElbertDr Elbert is a Professor of International Management and a former Fulbright Scholar at Eastern Kentucky University. He has taught in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, Taiwan and China. He currently serves as Chair of the Management and Marketing Department at Eastern Kentucky University.

Michael R. CarrellDr Carrell has been awarded the title of Regents Professor of Management and is the Director of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre in the College of Business at Northern Kentucky University, located in the greater Cincinnati area. Most of his professional career has been spent in the Louisville area and has included positions as an HR director and labour negotiator.

Robert D. HatfieldDr Hatfield is the Associate Dean for Graduate Programmes and Research at the Gordon Ford College of Business Western Kentucky University. He has spent his entire 30-year career focused upon human resources. He was a manager of industrial relations for a Fortune 500 company working out of Kansas City and Louisville for 10 years. For the past 20 years he has been in demand as a management consultant, guest speaker, trainer and labour mediator.
