The above table reveals that 40 % of the people view that training is for improving skills andknowledge. 20% viewed that training is for improving working ability.10% of the respondents viewed
that training is for changing the attitude and behavior towards work. Remaining 30% viewed thattraining is for improving productivity and quality of output.
INFERENCE:
It is clear that majority of the respondents i.e. 40% viewed that training is for improving the
skills and knowledge of employees.
