SDC SHAKING SYSTEMThe BRAUD SDC is recognized as the best picking system. Each shaking rod isindependent and mounted at the rear on amaintenance free flexible fixation. This fixationallows perfect control of the shaker action, with maximum flexibility, for gentle picking. Theshaking rods can quickly and easily be activatedor deactivated according to the fruit-bearing zone*.* Not available on the 9090X Dual.

INTELLIVIEW MANAGEMENTThe extra large shaker frame's width can beadjusted from the cab via the InteliView™ IIItouch screen. Once the required width is seton screen, the IMS automatically adjustseach shaker frame side. This enablesmaximium picking efficiency, adapting theshaking parameters to the canopy size.

NORIA COLLECTION NOW EVEN BETTERAt New Holland BRAUD, respect for the vine,grapes and olives is a design priority. LOWER HOPPERSThe hoppers have been redesigned tolower the center of gravity, for improvedstability and improved traction.Furthermore, both hoppers can beempty at the same time.

9090X DUALThe 9090X Dual is able to harvest bothgrapes and super intensive olive orchards:due to its variable width shaker frame, it fitsboth the vineyard and super intensive olivecanopy. The only adaptation required is theolive kit, which is perfectly suited to superintensive olive orchard conditions.

CENTRALIZED GREASINGTo facilitate and reduce maintenance,all harvester head grease points are grouped at a single point. Automatic greasing is available.

LESS WATER AND TIMEThe new picking head is designed to make it easier to clean, the washtime has been reduced by up to 30%.A semi-automatic wash system isavailable. This further reduces wash times and reduces waterconsumption by up to 30%.

RTS ROW TRACING SYSTEMNight harvest becomes easy for theoperator. The Row Tracking System,RTS, can be specified with New Holland GPS guidance toautomatically track the worked rows. These are displayed on the IntelliViewscreen, enabling the operator toquickly identify the rows to beharvested. Work data can be storedon a USB memory stick for traceability.

OLIVE KITThe olive kit provides specificfront tunnel and additional2x6 straight shakers forsuper intensive olive picking.

IMS - INTELLIGENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMDeveloped by BRAUD Coëx engineering, the IMS system was awarded a silver medal at SITEVI 2009. In work, IMS willconstantly monitor the demand on the engine. In light loadconditions, or at the end of a row when the operator switchesoff the shakers and fans, IMS will vary the engine speed toprecisely match demand but with no impact upon performance.This saves fuel, with no need for any operator input.

NEW HYDROSTATICTRANSMISSIONA new hydrostatic transmissiondelivers enhanced traction andimproved performance indemanding terrain. Anti-skidautomatically manages drive to the wheels for optimumperformance on slopes and in wet soil conditions.

TIGHT TURN RADIUSWith a 90° turn angle, BRAUD9090X harvesters have the tightest turn radius on the market.The standard Soft Shift systemautomatically monitors wheelspeed and manages oil flow to thetraction motors. Power is alwaysdiverted to the wheel with the bestgrip, boosting traction and safetyin difficult conditions.

PRECISE CRUISE CONTROLWorking in conjunction with thetrue ground speed radar, the new electronically controlledhydrostatic pump and IMS systemenable the operator to set a fixed and maintain a constantharvest speed. The system willaccommodate changes in terrain.

BRAUD 9090X harvester cabs are fully suspended andsoundproofed for a smoother, more comfortable drive.Pressurized, heated and air-conditioned, the cabs aredesigned to offer optimum comfort and protectionduring harvest, spraying and other operations. In like for like conditions, noise levels are reduced by 3dBA compared to the previous harvester range.

SLIM ADJUSTABLE STEERING COLUMNA new narrow steering column, almost half the size of the previous generation, providesenhanced visibility. Three-way adjustment allows the steering column to be easily set to suit different operators.

INTELLIVIEW III. PLUG AND PLAY ISO BUS COMPATIBILITYThe IntelliView™ III in-cab display has a touch screen interface to makesetting machine functions faster and simpler. Customizable pages can be set to suit specific operations. The system offers full ISO BUS control to enable the IntelliView screen to be used as the interface to operate a range of compatible equipment. This includes sprayers and multifunctionimplements. This saves the need for separate controls and reduces thetime to switch between jobs.

REMOTE CAMERA READYThe machines are fitted with two cameras anda third can be added to enhance visibilityand view machine functions. Images aredisplayed on a dedicated color monitor that fits to the top of the IntelliView screen.

SETTING NEW SAFETY STANDARDThe cab structure and chassis of 9090X harvestersare constructed to meet Code 4 of the newEuropean Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE, themost stringent standard applicable. A seat belt,safety glass breaking hammer and electronicoperator presence sensor are standard fittings. A fire extinguisher can be specified.

ARMRESTIntegrated into the fully adjustable armrest, the new "all-in-one"multifunction lever controls travel speed and direction, manualleveling, the harvesting head and the control of multifunctionimplements. Two sets of nine buttons to the right of the armrestcan be allocated to control multifunction implements.

ELECTRIC MIRRORSNewly designed electric mirrors, to include two additional wide anglemirrors, provide excellent all-roundvisibility. The right mirror is mounted on an auto break-back arm. This allowsthe mirror to fold back on impact andthen return to its pre-set position.

NIGHT WORKNew double cab work lights and twoadditional LED lights to the front and rear ofthe picking head provide superb illuminationin low light conditions. An additional LED lightkit for intensive night operations is available.

STORAGE SPACEAttention to design detailincludes improved in-cabstorage positions. A fold-downlaptop table, coat hook andelastic stowage net are standard.

The base unit is designed to be used all year long, from pre-pruning to grape harvesting. In order to achieve this, a newpatented system to couple and uncouple picking head and a newfront tool carrier, to be fitted with implements, were developed.

FRONT TOOL CARRIERPurpose developed for the 9090X series, the allnew front implements carrier can be fitted bythe operator quickly and easily. Implements, toinclude a trimmer, pre-pruner and leaf-remover,can be fitted with fully integrated control via the IntelliView touch screen. The implementscarrier telescopically adjusts both horizontallyand vertically to suit the implements. It can beset to move away from the cab during a turn.

BERTHOUD CO-DESIGNBerthoud spaying equipment*,co-designed with BRAUD &Lcu Holland), can be attached inaround 10 minutes, with full touchscreen operation via IntelliView III.* The use of a pulverizer requires the use

of specific and appropriate items ofequipment. Follow the safety instructionsof the manufacturer of the phytosanitaryproducts used, as well as the operatingmanuals for the items of equipment.

GRAPE DESTEMMER EVOLUTION

All BRAUD 9090X two hopper models are fitted with aSOCMA patent evolution destemmer. Fitted on the top ofeach hopper, the system delivers the best harvest quality.

OUSTANDING IMPURITY ELIMINATIONThe evolution destemmer eliminates on average 20%more harvest impurities than the system employed in previous generation models. An advanced trapremoves the majority of stalks, leaves and MOG,material other than grapes. A dedicated MOG transferauger discharges this material to the ground.

GAIN IN QUALITY, GAIN IN PRODUCTIVITYThe evolution destemmer is positioned so it does not compromise the hopper capacity. It has a highthroughput for optimum productivity.

REDUCED AND SIMPLIFIED MAINTENANCEMaintenance of 9090X harvesters is both simplifiedand reduced. Advanced new materials, sealedbearings and a smoother conveyor path make lookingafter these new generation harvesters less expensiveand more straightforward.

REVERSIBLE DESTEMMERWhen the destemmer is not required, itsrotation direction can be reversed from thecab. To direct all harvested material into thecollection hoppers. Where destemming isnot carried out, a distribution kit can bespecified. This ensures both collectionhoppers are filled evenly.

HIGH YIELDS,EVEN CROP DISTRIBUTIONFor high yielding vines, a distribution augercan be specified. This ensures the crop isevenly distributed over the cleaning mesh.

MESH CLEANERIn crops where large individual grapes areliable to lodge in the cleaning mesh, a cleaner can be specified.This pushes through themesh, keeping it free ofany blockage.
