The MAP Classic program provides four levels of vehicle coverage for vehicles with higher mileage that may not qualify for standard MAP Used Vehicle coverage. Due to the high risk factor, EFG pools the losses from all accounts writing this program to spread the overall risk. This allows dealers to pass the losses to EFG on higher mileage and higher risk vehicles, and not negatively impact their standard retro performance on the standard MAP New/Used program. EFG also offers the ability for customers to separately finance their vehicle service contract interest free for up to 18 months.

Signature Finish Windshield Protection protects the most vulnerable area of the consumer’s vehicle against chips and cracks up to 6 inches. Signature Finish offers the option to replace if the windshield cannot be repaired, giving the choice of standard or OEM glass. MVP is a pre-paid maintenance service contract designed to retain customers, improve service drive profitability, and increase repeat vehicle purchases. The schedule of services includes oil, lube and filter change, tire rotations and inspections. The dealer can choose to offer service intervals of 3,000, 5,000 or 7,500 miles that provide a grace period of 1,500 miles on either side. MVP offers dealers three separate reimbursement levels and provides separate reimbursement schedules for diesel and synthetic oil changes.

Claims are processed through an online portal, which is also utilized to view service history, process service requests and produce reports. MVP allows the dealership the flexibility of honoring customer benefits at any single point or multi-store chain if all of the dealer’s stores are on the program.

WALKAWAY VEHICLE RETURNWALKAWAY Vehicle Return gives buyers the flexibility to return their vehicle and walk away from the negative equity in their loan or lease obligations in the event of unforeseen circumstances including:
