If you’ve not been to Nevella before, we suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment time

to complete a medical history form and carry out a skin consultation.

How early should I arrive for my Spa treatments?

If needed for your treatment we will provide you with a robe and slippers. We can supply you with

disposable underwear as privacy is always of utmost importance. Please don’t bring any valuables to

the spa as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.

What do I need to bring?

If you arrive late we will need to limit the time of your treatment in order to avoid delaying the next

appointments.

What if I’m late?

Not at all, we have a number of products and treatments which are specially designed with you in

mind.

Should I avoid the Spa if I’m pregnant?

Yes, we recommend men shave a the night before their appointment.

Should men shave before a facial?

Our therapists are trained to drape towels or sheets discretely to protect your privacy. You are also

welcome to wear your own undergarments, or we can provide disposable ones; whatever makes

you most comfortable.

Do I have to derobe completely for my treatment?

Of course; we can adjust music, lighting or provide more covers for example. If you have any injuries

or conditions please tell your therapist. There is no pressure to chat during treatments; it is entirely up

to you - your therapist will take their lead from you.
