A Quarterly Publication for the Members of Schlumberger Employees Credit Union • Fall 2017 Net24 Mobile Service With so many Schlumberger employees and family members on the move, Mobile Banking has become a critical resource for conveniently accessing accounts. SECU’s Net24 Mobile service offers the basics: 1) Account Balances, 2) Review Transactions, 3) Transfer Funds, and 4) Pay Bills, but this article focuses on our new Net24 Mobile app features including Instant Balance, Touch ID login, Check Images, Loan Applications, Enhanced Security (Out-of-Band), and Mobile Deposit Capture. Instant Balance Allows access to account balances without having to log into your account. Once activated in your personal preferences, you will be able to select Instant Balance at the top of the login screen and view your elected balances. Touch ID Login For iPhone users, select the Touch ID icon at the bottom of your screen, and after login you will be redirected to activate Touch ID via your personal preferences. This allows you to automatically log into your accounts, using your registered prints. Check Images You may view check images from your checking account history. Scroll down and look for Share Draft items, a small image icon below the check amount. Select the image to view your check (front and back). Loan Applications Select the More link at the bottom of your screen, then scroll down to the Loan App (SSN required) link. This will redirect you to our online mobile app site for easy-to-complete auto, specialty, and personal loan applications. Security and Out-of-Band In addition to the extra security our Net24 Mobile app offers, our Mobile service provides multiple layers of protection, including your login credentials, device type (tablet, computer, or phone), and geographic location. When changing devices, geographic location, or personal information, the system may ask additional challenge questions or require Out-of-Band (OOB) phone/SMS text to confirm your identity. If you enter incorrect responses multiple times, the system will lock you out, requiring SECU staff to unlock your account. If you enter an incorrect password five times, the system will also lock you out. If you have forgotten your password, make sure to select the Forgotten Password link on the login page before you have reached the lockout limit of attempts. Mobile Deposit Capture (MDC) This service is available for remote deposit of USD checks. MDC service is available to members with checking accounts in good standing, but requires the Net24 Mobile app, and a completed Remote Deposit application available on our website: www.secu.slb.com (Ask a Question: Mobile Deposits) 1021 Getting Started You may first time enroll if you are not already enrolled in Net24 Service from the app login page (requires Member number, Net24 PIN and other personal information). Net24 Mobile ServiceWith so many Schlumberger employees and family members on the move, Mobile Banking has become a critical resource for conveniently accessing accounts. SECU’s Net24 Mobile service offers the basics: 1) Account Balances, 2) Review Transactions, 3) Transfer Funds, and 4) Pay Bills, but this article focuses on our new Net24 Mobile app features

including Instant Balance, Touch ID login, Check Images, Loan Applications, Enhanced Security (Out-of-Band), and Mobile Deposit Capture.

Instant Balance Allows access to account balances without having to log into your account. Once activated in your personal preferences, you will be able to select Instant Balance at the top of the login screen and view your elected balances.

Touch ID Login For iPhone users, select the Touch ID icon at the bottom of your screen, and after login you will be redirected to activate Touch ID via your personal preferences. This allows you to automatically log into your accounts, using your registered prints.

From the President: Your credit union remains strong through August YTD with $822.9 million in assets, and 31,138 members. Our capital has grown 7.97% to $109.6 million, yielding a net worth ratio of 13.32%, which is a more than adequate safety margin as per NCUA (National Credit Union Administration – the Federal regulatory agency that insures credit unions) requirements.

SECU remains 5-Stars rated for the 55th consecutive quarter through September 2017. The 5-Stars rating is the highest rating offered by BauerFinancial, Inc., indicating that SECU is one of the safest financial institutions in the U.S.

From South Texas to Louisiana, hurricane Harvey rendered thousands homeless due to flooding. We extend our heart-felt compassion to those families negatively impacted by this storm. In response, SECU is offering special accommodations to affected members, and Schlumberger has setup the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund for those who would like to donate for assisting impacted Schlumberger families. Service Updates

Despite the weather challenges from hurricane Harvey and temporary office closure, we were able to maintain 24/7 availability of our online systems (Net24, and Mobile including AskAuto®, CardValet®, and Net24 apps). Our Internet banking services performed well with all integrated components (alerts, bill pay, check images and reorders, eStatements, external transfers, loan applications, Pay People, secure mail, Trends, and wires) remaining online throughout the disaster recovery period. We hope that you take full advantage of these online services, particularly during times of inclement weather and subsequent disaster recovery period.

We also hope that you will take full advantage of our Net24 Mobile app with its recent service enhancements (page 1).

We are in the process of migrating our website from the Schlumberger HUB environment to a new cloud platform, which allows dynamic web presentation for improved readability on any sized device. The new website will be live by Q4, 2017.
