The Automatic Tool Changer is designed to function reliably for thousands of cycles with the ability to maintain a high repeatability and accuracy. A wide range of applications can be performed with 50,000 RPM spindle speed and it can change up to 5 different tools automatically with a tool length sensor built in for high efficiency. The ATC is an almost necessary upgrade when cutting metal molds.
The Ultra Sonic Spindle allows for the cutting of stone glass and other brittle materials without risk of cracking or shattering the part. The ultra sonic vibrations of the spindle as it cuts allows for the dissipation of heat and prevents tool drag. The ultra sonic vibrations also allow for better metal cutting finishes and the use of longer tools by eliminating tool flex due to drag and reducing chatter in ultra long tooling.

This integrated cooling system uses a powder-coated stainless steel water tray and splash guard to contain the spray from the coolant nozzle mounted next to the spindle. An integrated manifold cutting table with built in filtration system collects any precious metals and the side mounted reservoir and filter keep the coolant sediment free and running smoothly. This cooling system is essential for any shop that cuts hard metals or anyone who wants to keep dust down or make cutting dirty materials easier to collect and recycle.

Integrated controls allow you to easily operate the machine without the need to interface with a separate computer and complicated software. Simple and easy operation allow you to move through jobs faster.
The height adjustable gantry allows you to do large pieces in the rotary as well as large flat pieces on the table with one machine. Maximize the use of your machine by having the ability to engrave items that your competition have to turn down.
The ruled engraving plate allows you to reliably place objects in the same location for doing multiples of the same part, or lay out multiple parts at once in exact positions. Optional self stick pads allow you to quickly change items to be engraved. An included self-centering holding fixture makes specialty holding fixtures obsolete.

The HD (High Definition) pattern process is a patented system for the production of sacrificial patterns used in lost wax casting. It is now possible to produce metal mold quality plastic patterns in clear RTV molds at a fraction of the cost.
Finally it is possible to produce perfect duplication with shape memory, glass like surfaces, crisp corners, exacting fine detail, with strength and flexibility that has been impossible to achieve in traditional wax.
What is the HD Pattern Process?

The HD Firefly unit is a hyperbaric pressure and light-curing machine for HD photopolymer pattern production as well as RTV mold curing.
The hyperbaric chamber uses alternating air pressure and light energy to produce air bubble free HD precision casting patterns and RTV molds for the process.
The Firefly unit cures 4 filled medium-size molds per cycle and is capable of 6 to 10 cycles per hour.
The Firefly unit is easy and safe to use, it is perfect for small shops or model making and prototyping departments of larger jewelry manufacturers.

Allows secure holding of any alloy metal for direct cutting. This set of expandable brass collets will hold from 15-25 mm inside ring diameter in a set of 15 graduated collets. Comes with its own holding tray with sizes engraved in each collet and in tray. All collets can be sold individually as they are meant to be partially machined during many cutting operations.

Stainless steel, high precision rotary table with threaded center hole and T-Slot guides, for precise rotary flipping and indexing. This device accepts self-centering chucks as well as other fixtures. Center is threaded with a M12 hole. A High 72/1 gear ratio makes this a high accuracy and high torque rotary table.
Stainless steel, high precision rotary table with Center hole and taper will accept a Hardinge 3C collet and is tightened with the supplied draw bar. T-Slot guides and threaded holes are also incorporated into the face plate of the rotary for more versatile hold down options. The rotary table is used for precise rotary flipping and indexing. This table accepts self-centering chucks as well as other fixtures in its centering collet chuck and offers a through the table bore.
