The Common App and Naviance integration allows school staff to:

• Send all supporting documents (transcripts, letters of recommendation, etc.) directly to Common App colleges from within Naviance

• Complete all steps involved in processing Common App applications in Naviance (e.g. process Common App Early Decision Agreements)

The integration allows students to:

• Automatically sync their college lists on the Common App and Family Connection

• Request transcripts, teacher letters of recommendation, and counselor evaluations for Common App colleges from Family Connection

Note: Students still complete and submit college applications via the Common App

1• Student registers Common App account and selects high school.• All eDocs CEEBs are flagged in Common App.

2• Student enters Common App login info in Family Connection to match records.

3• Counselors upload transcripts using the Parchment print driver.• Counselors/Teachers submit forms via eDocs using Naviance interface.

4• Naviance delivers forms to Common App system.

5• School forms matched with student upon submission of Common App.

6• Colleges retrieve app and forms from Common App Control Center.

• User name and password will remain the same

• Some items will not carry over, including FERPA response

• Upon first login after August 1, applicants will confirm critical information in a new rollover workflow
