Prestige PolicyAt Acumentis, we understand our clients’ Prestige property applications are of the utmost importance to their business. We impose rigorous standards in our Prestige property valuations team, and our cleints can be assured of the highest calibre of valuation, reporting, and service.

• Only Acumentis approved Prestige Residential Valuers who comply with Acumentis Prestige Policy may undertake Prestige Residential Valuations.

• Presentation must be to a high standard, commensurate with what lenders and clients would expect; e.g. A suit and tie must be worn to each inspection.

• All contact regarding inspection will be through a highly trained administration assistant who will accomodate clients specific inspection requirements.

• The Acumentis Prestige Residential Team consists of team members holding a Director or Associate-Director position.

• For all Prestige valuations undertaken, the lender/broker/banker instructing, will be contacted prior to sending off the report, to discuss value, risk, and other points of not in realtion to the property.

• Regardless of the value of the property, or fee for the service, all Prestige valuations will be treated with the highest regard in relation to the quality of service.

Prestige Policy • The fee quoted is all inclusive, i.e. no

re-inspection or travel fees will be charged on Prestige Residential Requests.

• Each state’s Acumentis Prestige Residential Team must meet every second month to discuss current events, market conditions and trends, unique valuations, and any further advancements in processes.

• Each member of an Acumentis Prestige Residential Team will act in a manner befitting of such a position and project professionalism in every aspect of their operations

• Each member of the Acumentis Prestige Residential Team must sign this policy prior to commencing any Prestige Residential Valuations.
