Develop types of artifacts and rubrics
Student creates an artifact in their classroom
They submit the artifact to their teacher’s SharePoint site with a short reflection
Once the artifact is submitted it initiates a workflow on the SharePoint Site
The teacher can elect to have an email notification of the artifact submission, or they can check the document library
The teacher approves or rejects the artifact with a short teacher reflection
If the artifact is rejected, the student can make changes and then resubmit
Once approved, the student will send the artifact to the Documents Records Center
The student must complete the
required fields for it to be sent successfully
The document records center will store all of the student artifacts while they are in school.
Artifacts are read only once they are
in the Records Center
