The NanoChip CF23 panel is used to detect and identify a panel of 23 mutations and the PolyT in the CFTR gene. The assay is performed on the NC400 or NCXL automated microarray platform using the NanoChip microarray cartridge.

1. Dispense the Master Mix to each well containing the DNA sample

2. Seal the PCR plate with the MicroPlate seals and load into the thermal cycler

3. Run the PCR program (1.5 hours)

4. Load the amplified products into the NC400 instrument

5. Scan and load reagent cassettes and buffer bottles

6. Scan and insert cartridge. Start the run (7 hours walk-away automation for 64 CF23 samples)
