About FEATEach individual possesses unique set of skills and personality traits that make him different from others. Inorder to judge the suitability of these qualities for certain corporate roles or entrepreneurship, a carefulassessment needs to be done. This assessment can help individuals to not only understand their strengths andcapabilities but can also provide useful guidance for a meaningful professional growth.

On the basis of a comprehensive assessment of analytical skills, cognitive abilities, personality traits andbehavioural patterns, one can fully tap his potential and maximise his efficiency in pursuit of his professionalgoals. Although it is impossible to chart out an exact career path for each individual, a broad roadmap can bedesigned with a clear understanding of their skillsets. This also provides opportunities for improving uponcertain skills which are necessary to succeed in the corporate world.

FEAT helps candidates who are about to begin their professional careers; answer two important questions –

Do they have necessary skillset to become a successful entrepreneur, and Do they possess qualities and traits to have a spectacular journey as a corporate employee/entrepreneur?

FEAT follows a carefully calibrated scientific process to assess individuals for sales orientation and/orentrepreneurship ability by evaluating their learning agility, cognitive ability, analytical skills andbehavioural traits. While this assessment can in no way be a judgment on individuals’ ability, it certainly canhelp them in identifying their strengths and areas of potential improvement. In today’s competitive world, thecost of undertaking a role which does not fit your personality is extremely high. As a result, it is better to takean informed decision which may have a defining role to play in your career.

A first in India, collaborative initiative of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) Industry andAcademia to assess the candidates’ personality traits suitable for primarily customer facing roles. This test isprimarily meant to assess Entrepreneurial Ability, Sales Orientation, Learning Agility & Cognitive Ability ofcandidates who may choose to work as employees (intrapreneurs) with BFSI corporates or be associated withthem as Financial Entrepreneurs (self-employed).

FEAT Report OverviewThe Report is designed to evaluate an individual's overall personality and specifically hisintrapreneurial/entrepreneurial ability. The report outlines a detailed assessment on a person's proficiencylevel across the key factors influencing Entrepreneurship Quotient.

The first section of the report gives a snapshot view of the scores and analysis. The snapshot view helps inquickly understanding the overall scores of an individual. The second section provides further informationand analysis on each aspect of the assessment. The detailed report helps in evaluating a person's inclinationby understanding their expertise level in each assessment category with respect to their overall score

Entrepreneurship QuotientEntrepreneurial MindsetEntrepreneurial ability measures the extent to which an individual excels in factors like drive to succeed,passion, ambition, risk taking ability, resilience and persuasion capability that form the key aspects of anentrepreneurial mindset.

Learning AgilityLearning agility measures the extent to which an individual demonstrates a commitment to professionaldevelopment by proactively seeking opportunities to develop new capabilities and skills.

Sales OrientationSales orientation evaluates the extent to which an individual enjoys and excels at the customer facinginteraction that involves conversations that leads to exchange of value between the buyer and the seller

Cognitive AbilityCognitive ability measures the extent to which an individual cognitive function in areas such as verbalreasoning spatial awareness and general math indicating an individual's general aptitude level

How to read the reportFEAT report outlines a detailed assessment on a person's proficiency level across entrepreneurial factors ofEntrepreneurial Mindset, Sales Orientation, Learning Agility and Cognitive Ability. Each of the factorsentails multiple sets of behavioral traits that cumulatively impact the Entrepreneurship Quotient.

The report is bifurcated into two sections:

Section 1: The first section of the report gives a snapshot view of the score and analysis. The snapshot viewhelps in quickly understanding the overall of the score individual.

Section 2: The second section provides further information and analysis on each aspect of the assessment.The detailed report helps in evaluating a person's fitment by understanding their expertise level in eachassessment category with respect to their overall score.

Each of the factors has been summarized to describe the reflection on the individual’s personality profile. Thelast section covers the Foundational skill of Cognitive Ability, a factor that defines the basic intelligencerequired to process data as well as information.

Overall Summary:The candidate profile suggests that he/she has a high entrepreneurship quotient with very high salesorientation and moderately high learning agility. The factors that heavily influence the candidate’spersonality are Customer focus, Self Motivation/ Perseverance.

The candidate has the potential to build relationships for life, leverages the ecosystem and displays positiveattitude. The candidate is more likely to succeed in Customer facing roles that involve high engagement andrelationship building.
