Process for assessing our environments

Diane

We need to make progress on the Inputs. (This means many things are changing and before we do any planning, we need to be fully aware of the things that impact our planning)By the end of Dec. our goal is to have the strategic directives completed. (Current plan: Access, directive and continuous improvement)

We will take the three to five strategic directives this group sets and sub-groups will set processes and measures. We will also be taking the directives out to the community to gain their input in Feb. and in March we will go out again.
