Nakika F3 P & A - 2015 & Nakika EA2 P & A – 2014 SCOPE SUMMARY

The ENSCO DS3 Drill Ship was use to P&A both of the wells. Another BP Contracted Rig was used to recover the Tree. Both wells were successfully abandoned, with no NPT associated with Subsea Wells Team responsible activities. The ENSCO DS-3 NOV Dual Triple BOP increases the difficulty to spaceout the BSRTT (Blind Shear Ram Test Tools) and the SSTT Subsea Test Trees.

Responsibilities & Developmental Tasks Included: Plan and maintain Budget and Schedule Activities, inclusive of Billing approval cycles Manage & co-ordinate a Team of BP Personnel to support all operations Co-ordinate with Shell shared Tooling for Nakika Field Identified Rig BOP Connector Interference with FMC Tubing Head Spool Capture Funnel Co-ordinate with Oceaneering means to cut Funnel due to ENSCO’s reluctance to change out BOP

Connector due to ABS Certification Develop with FMC backup Spacer Spool and co-ordinate Dril-Quip DX-15 Connector Rental Co-ordinate with Seanic a Dual Subsea Calibration bucket to conduct Hi & Low Torque Calibrations Manufacture Mock Funnel and co-ordinate testing at Nasa’s NBL for “Life-like” simulations Review FMC procedures for errors and omissions Review Vetco procedures and clarify – creating sequential drawings for MS700 Whd LDS, Seal

Assemblies / Casing Hangers (due to lack thereof) Co-ordinate Vetco Necessary Equipment & Personnel Review HES w/ Spanner Jt. & Lubricator Ball Valve Spaceout Co-ordinate SIT of Spanner Jt. and THRT Co-ordinate with Halliburton Cleanwell the use of the VAC Tech Tool to minimize debris Develop No-Go Landing Sub to facilitate the use of the above mentioned VAC Tech Tool and Centralizer

to enhance stabbing of the FMC THBOPTT Repair BP owned Radoil Umbilical and Stagger end fittings to allow pulling thru the Rig Umb. Sheave Arrange Tooling and Service Support from vendors mentioned above Co-ordinate with NUTEC Back-up BSRTT as contingency Co-ordinate with Workstrings TTM710 Pups for Spaceouts Write BP P&A procedures and incorporate vendor procedural steps accordingly Developed innovative approach to support BOP testing & limit trips in the hole while existing TH was

present during initial latch up and revised ENSCO Open Water Riser Cleanout & BOP Testing Work Instructions to facilitate methods, including sequential drawings to enhance

Co-ordinate with BP Completions Team & Assist Rig Personnel with preparations & implementation Develop Equipment Spotting and liaise w/ ENSCO deck loading evals for Internal THRT IWOCs Reel

Specialized procedures developed, beyond the norm, are listed as follows:

IWOCS – Equipment Spotting Procedure Tubing Spool - Funnel Cutting Procedure Internal IWOCS - Derrick Umbilical Pull-In Spanner Joint Handling Procedure BOP Testing Specialized Procedures BOP Testing Procedures – During the MS700 Abandonment (Attach 1 BSRTT Scenario Ref)

New Products Engineered, Designed and Manufactured by KDOS to support are as follows: Mock Funnel to perform “Life-like” cutting trials with Oceaneering Cutter (Attachment 2) VX & VT Wellhead Gasket Profile Cleaning Tool “Concave to avoid TH clashing (Attachment 3) Inverted Sheave to assist pulling umbilical through Derrick Sheave (Attachment 4) Specialized Spacer Subs to allow Spaceout of the BSRTT Blind Shear Ram Test Tool, (below the

Casing Shear) to reduce TIH and monitor pre-bucking operations to avoid damage to VBR Test profiles (Attachment 5)

Split Centralizer to facilitate interchangeability on the Rig with back-up NUTEC BSRTT & FMC MTHRT (Attachment 6)

Maintain & Document all non OEM products in accordance with BP’s IRN Quality Assurance Procedures (Attachment 7)

Attachment 3) Wellhead Gasket Profile Cleaning Tools The Wellhead Gasket Profile Cleaning Tools are designed to rest directly on top of the High Pressure Wellhead. There are two distinct types; an H4 Model and a DWHC Model. Each of the Cleaning Tools, though similar in function are inherently different diametrically as well as Gasket Profile Tapers. Inherent design features have been incorporated to render these Cleaning Tools far superior to others currently on the market. Said features include: The Capture Ring – helps prevent inadvertent slip off from the Wellhead as the ROV rotates the wrist manipulator. Flowby / Sight Holes – reducing sail area during deployment and allowing profile inspection during use without removing the tool. A Concave Body provides clearance in the event the Top of the Wellhead, Tubing Head or Horizontal SS Tree is occupied. Lastly a means to wrap rolls of Scotch Brite™ prevent frequent tearing, normally associated when Scotch Brite™ Pads are secured with bolts. The H4 Model is available for both VX and VT Gasket Preps. It should be further noted that the VT Cleaning Body is also effective at cleaning the FX prep or FMC’s version of the VT. The H4 cleaning tool Top Plate and Lower Plastic Ring are identical to that used to build the H4 Slope Indicator Brackets previously mentioned.

Step 3A Slowly Pick-up the String and additional 2 1/2 ft to clear the upper most blind shear. Caution: Watch the weight indicator to confirm the J-Bowl Tool is released from the lower half.

Open the UVBR and continue picking up the J-Bowl Tool until it is clear of the BOP Stack and above the Flex Joint

Step 5A Run the No Go Landing Sub Assembly complete with 6 5/8” Special Test Sub across the

VBRs and spacing out the 6 5/8” Pipe across both Annulars. The Special Test Sub is crossed over to 6 5/8” XT65. Close the Test Ram & MVBR and Test the MVBR to 7,600 psi. Open the MVBR Note: Returns can be monitored up the String in the event the Test Rams Leak. Note: Drawdown testing can now be performed at any time from this point onward.

Step 6C Leave the Test Ram in the closed position. Close the Upper VBR and align Manifold Valves appropriately to capture remaining

tests. Test to 7,600 psi. Once Testing is complete Open the UVBR & Test Rams and proceed with the remaining Well Intervention Program.

Note: Returns can be monitored up the String in the event the Test Rams Leak.
