    Baylor Bears and send them off to finals week in style. It is one of our favorite campus

    traditions, and although we are sad it will look a little different this year, we invite you to

    celebrate your own Midnight Breakfast at home!

    “ B e r r y ” Y u m m yB r e a k f a s t P a r f a i t

    Y o u w i l l n e e d :

    • 1 large glass OR 1 small bowl

    • 1 cup plain or strawberry

    (for those Baylor Bears who like things a little sweeter) flavored yogurt

    • 1/2 cup blueberries

    • 1/2 cup blackberries

    • 1/2 cup raspberries

    • 1/4 cup walnuts and/ or pecans

    • Honey

    T o m a k e :

    1. Layer 1/3 cup of yogurt into the bottom of your glass or bowl.

    2. Combine the blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.

    Layer on top of the yogurt.

    3. Continue alternating yogurt and berry mixture until glass or bowl is almost

    full, leaving 1/4 inch of space at the top.

    4. Top using walnuts and/or pecans. (The bears have heard that their humans

    think something called “granola” is a tasty topping too, but they love walnuts

    and pecans too much to try it!)

    5. Drizzle with honey.

    6. Enjoy!

    • 1.5-2 tsp premium to ceremonial-grade matcha

    • 2 oz hot water

    • Matcha bamboo chasen whisk (or metal whisk, milk frother)*

    • Milk of choice (we love Oatly oat milk)

    • Sweetener of choice (we use our in-house honey syrup)

    • ¼ - ½ cup ice

    T o m a k e :

    1. Place 1.5-2 tsp matcha powder into a bowl.

    2. Fill bowl with 2oz hot water

    3. Whisk matcha using bamboo whisk in a rapid left and right motion using your

    wrists until matcha becomes frothy. You will see microfoam and bubbes at

    the top of your bowl. If you don’t have a whisk, you can also take a

    shortcut by using a blender!4. Place matcha in serving cup.

    5. Add in sweetener of choice and ice.

    6. Top off with milk of choice.

    Matcha is a great antioxidant-packed alternative to coffee in the mornings. Here is a matcha recipe to make at home!

    Y o u w i l l n e e d :

    • 1 cup old fashioned oats (not instant!)

    • 2/3 cup sweetened, shredded coconut

    • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

    • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (can use dark, semisweet, or white chocolate!)

    • 1/3 cup dried cranberries

    • 1/3 cup honey

    • 1.5 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (not imitation!)

    T o m a k e :

    1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until ingredients are

    thoroughly incorporated.

    2. Cover the mixing bowl and place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

    3. Roll into 1-inch balls.

    4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

    baking powder. Blend until completely smooth consistency.

    2. Grease a large pan and heat to medium heat. Pour the batter into the

    pan to form small, circular pancakes.

    3. Sprinkle mix-ins of choice on pancakes and turn heat down.

    Be careful to not bake the pancakes too quickly so that the middle of

    the pancake cooks properly.

    4. When bubbles form atop the pancake and the edges are cooked, use

    a spatula to flip it.

    5. Once golden brown, transfer to a plate and top with syrup, whipped

    cream, or topping of choice. Serve immediately :)
