A nice remember came into my mind being a little boy and playing school with my cousins. From that day on I knew I wanted to be a teacher. But, it was until my experiences in high school that I wandered that I wanted to be a Teacher during all my life. I have always wanted to do something to improve the quality of education considering the fall out in my town's educational system. My aunt was a great inspiration. I loved the way she taught when she worked as a pre-scholar teacher. She was passionate about what she did. My English high school’s teacher motivated me with her unique teaching style and that is why I decided to learn from this role that woman uses to teach or to transmit a purpose. Now I understand what means the role about Woman as Educator and that makes me feel totally sure that I will love this profession because I enjoy teach children or teenagers their developmental stages positively.

I enjoy about being a pre- service teacher knows that I have impacted people's lives by giving them essential skills or positively influencing their lives. Throughout this dynamic process we as Teachers are permitted to learn and put into practice the next day what I learned on the previous day (I mean what we learn at the University), because this is the wonder of teaching and learning does not stop once obtained the Teacher's Certification. Later we find that more than a Teacher we will be transform into Educator. If we are wrong, we can take a step back, look again and walk again. So as Kumaravadivelu explain us: "In our way we will construct our walk". Step by step I find that teaching a language is a matter of facing the unknown. And for me, no matter how deep it can pretend, it gives me peace of mind. In the other hand, there is just one thing that makes me feel uncomfortable about teaching. Sometimes is very hard to see how collide all the ideals we have against a school without resources and support for innovation. Teaching people in vulnerable contexts, trying to balance a lot of things and then require the pace of plans and programs

We understand what actually happens in classrooms and other educational places, but my real purpose or my main quality, what I expect from students, is about asking questions concerning what really are taught and what it means to know something. As a Teacher I must take seriously what it means to understand the relationship between how students learn and how they act as individual and social agents, in other words teach students not only to think but to fight with all their strength with a sense of individual and social responsibility, and what it means to be responsible for their own actions.

I think the main role of a teacher is to go beyond our planning, instructional knowledge and teaching skills. Breaking teachers thought inherited throw the years. This means that sometimes you must put aside the beliefs or value systems to check some details spaces where only we should act more humanistic and forget for a moment the whole academic ego. Teachers Dispositions extend to the ways of behave and the manner in which the beliefs and attitudes held by the actions inside and outside the classroom. Sometimes I see myself as a teacher formed by these dispositions. I'm sure they act so elevate our teaching profession in the eyes of others. But sometime we forget that, and we start to do something totally different that puts us far from the actual Disposition that a teacher should have… To Educate.
